Thing is, the therapy seems to be very gradually slow. Taking it literally 1 step at a time. Now that a Varicocele appeared on my right vein, I've started worrying. If you know that the Hindi squat and the cat and dog pose relief my Varicocele a 100%, do you know which other exercises could be beneficial?Originally posted by HansTwilight View PostDo what the PT says, the should know more than me.
Thanks! Do you know any poses or exercises that can be beneficial?Originally posted by Wishful10x8 View PostHindi squat, yoga for abs, back, glutes, pelvis and thighs, sit and roll around on a tennis ball.

I find all exercises in this video very helpful for my varicocele, and I noticed my flaccid turned way softer too.

Interesting, because when I have to pee i feel and hold it right in the perineum since HF started!Originally posted by Bam23 View PostI lost the feeling of my bladder. I just get a feeling in my glans if i have to pee. Is this a symptom of pelvic floor tightness?
Does pee dribble after finishing too? I ask because the Corpus Spongiosum/glans is surrounding the Urethra. Can you describe where exactly and how you feel it?My PE-Gym Introduction Anxiety/ Depersonalization since 5 years - Hard Flaccid since February 2017 - very cold and bluish glans

I get this too. The feeling of having to go isn't as strong on the inside anymore and it's more of an external feeling. And I have a lot of tightness, so it's probably related to that. The urine stream is also weaker and lacks the push it had before. A urine test didn't come up with any bad results.Originally posted by Bam23 View PostI lost the feeling of my bladder. I guess I will add this, however this would have to be due to tension on the nerves, the pudental nerve most likely.Originally posted by neatdude View PostHans, just curious, under Signs of a pelvic floor dysfunction:, why is numbness not mentioned? It's a thing I've been dealing with since my injury and I'm just curious why you don't mention that
Thanks for your input

These are very common signs of PF dysfunction if no prostate issues are present.Originally posted by Bam23 View PostMy urine test showed a weaker stream and there always was urine left in my bladder after pissing. I am pretty sure that pelvic tension can press on the nerves which travel to the bladder. My WorkARTICLES:

Do any of u guys have varicoceles? After doing a lot of research on this, I've come to think that maybe varicoceles are a side effect of overactive pelvic floor. I've had a varicocele near my left testicle since I was 14. It is my theory that a lot of ppl have overactive pelvic floors (and they dont know it) but its only when they encounter something major like hard flaccid or severe constipation or not being able to urinate that they realize that they are dealing with something severe.
