does kegeling to get what feels like the last bits of pee really mean you have a tense pelvic floor? I have always done this and my pelvic floor doesn't ever feel tense what so ever when I pee. One thing that does happen though which makes me depressed is, after I've felt like i've got it all out, I still have droplets come out when I sit back down or after i've already thought it was all gone. Its been so bad at times that i've noticed spots threw my pants :/. What is wrong with me.....

You may have post void dribbling. It's common. It's not like anything bad will happen it's just better to break the habit.Originally posted by RalphPhoLauren View Postdoes kegeling to get what feels like the last bits of pee really mean you have a tense pelvic floor? Pelvic floor tension will increase the amount of urine you retain after voiding. Try not to kegel it stopped, but rather relax and let it drop. Then shake it. Still there will likely be some drips in the pants. This is so normal I can't beging to stress how normal. Don't worry you are among many men with urine in thier pants.
We used to say "You can shake it, you can squeeze it, you can bang it on the wall. You just gotta put it back in your pants for the last drop to fall".ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

I'm going to read this like a bible!
'If you think you have an actual PF dysfunction. I suggest that you pursue a PT if you can.''
I went to go see one. She gave me strengthening and stretching excercises (the right ones to fix an anterior pelvic tilt and other posture imbalances). Those didn't immediately seem to 'fix it'... she then did internal work and she/myself included couldn't get my anus muscles to relax. She said for a guy you've got really tight BC muscles. Long story short I ended up being told the only other thing is to have a botox injection to see if that could help and continue fixing my posture.
My hard flaccid has gone thanks to deep squats and deep breathing (forgot to mention that she always said that). But i do get a sore perineum when standing/walking for too long. I can do an hour kickboxing class... its just the standing still that gets me.
I tried telling her what reverse kegels are but she didn't really recognise the term... i explained it and she said with an overactive pelvic floor that sounds like it will only make it worse.
EDIT: Sitting on a rubber ball or tennis ball seems to really release a lot of tension. I think that may have done most of the work. Oh and yes I think my pelvic floor issues was caused by severe anxiety (when i was at school i suffered a lot... also having IBS made school very scary and unpleasant... no i didn't shit myself thank god). Also chronic masturbating to porn including endless kegelling caused it. Also I did find after stopping porn/MO after a month or 2 my hard flaccid eased off and my soft penis was larger.Last edited by Jamesol1; 01-29-2017, 04:01 PM.
