I always thought it would be fun, but I don't know if I'd ever do it. I don't want to get scammed, robbed, or go to jail. I also don't know if it's what I imagine. I imagine she would do whatever you want... if the price is right.

Many countries /states it is legal and organised and you don't have to worry about the scam/rob/jail bit . Of course there may be other considerations. -
When I was in the army, a buddy and I arranged to have a prostitute visit us in the hotel we were staying at while on weekend leave. Granted we were drunk, but it seemed all she wanted was to get it over as fast as possible so she could move on to the next customer. Very unsatisfying. I would never pay for sex but that's because I can get it myself rather easily. If I was struggling to the point where it crossed my mind my first thought would be to go to a country where as an American they throw it at you.
It would have to be a dark day before I consider it, almost seems like giving up and taking away 90% of the fun in sex anyways.Comment

If I were going to do it I would pay the high price to have the best time. I wouldn't go to some dark alley in the ghetto and have a girl hop in my car, haha. I've never been out of the US, but if I ever go to Nevada or Europe and I might wind up in a brothel, haha.
Also it's not a matter of not being able to have sex, I just feel it would be exciting to have that experienceComment

A high probability of getting an STD and jail time is a stupid risk to take just for sex. I don't know where you are, but if you're in the US, the Bunny Ranch in Nevada would be your best bet since it's probably the only place in the country where it's legal and all their workers are tested for STDs constantly and you have to wear a condom for everything. I've heard it's absurdly expensive though. Or you could just ... you know ... go about it the normal way.

Prostitutes can offer an invaluable service. There's a lot of fruitcakes out there and I'd much rather them satisfy their needs with a prostitute than commit crime.The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".
