Well, not explainstion for my Low T. Spent 2 hoirs naked in the sun after a 10 minute tanning session. Nice bronze ass.A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

I can tell you one thing from Personal experience. Testosterone levels in the low 300 & high 200 is absolutely disastrous on EQ or even maintaining Erections. My problem was high Prolactin which was above 3000 & my T levels at its worst was 285.
The thing that turned it around was my schedule usage of my prescription Caborgoline & a combination of my Supplements from GNC.
The Caborgoline medication just put my Pituitary Gland back on track & flipped my Testosterone Prolactin #'s.
At my last blood work my Testosterone was at 847 & my Prolactin was at 5.
I also use a concoction of Supplements along with keeping my gym time & diet on point.
Performix - makes a T-booster Supplement called Super T which was awesome but expensive.
I stick to Muscle Tech Supplements along with using Shisandra & VigRx plus.
My Testosterone jumping up was combination of Edging without Ejaculation & using my daily Supplements Test 3x by Muscle Tech.
The Caborgoline for the high Prolactin levels did exactly what it was supposed to do by dropping those God Awful Prolactin levels.

When my T was in the 300's my eq was fine ,libido was another matter ,energy level was zilch and so on.
A supplement I used a lot was Olive oil . I did ball massage . I kept anxiety under control , Some nutrition and gym stuff and I was back over 500.

Another factor which is little mentioned which can have a large impact is sleep . Getting too little sleep can affect your test level.

The simple answer to this question is that we aim for a testosterone level that reverses the symptoms of testosterone deficiency. Target testosterone levels are simply a guide. What really matters is how the patient responds to therapy as an individual. Some men need more testosterone than others in order to feel well. While treatment should be individualized, certain patient factors may be useful to consider when determining a goal testosterone level.
How low was the patient to begin with? If I see a patient with a testosterone level of 125 ng/dL he may feel like a new man with a testosterone level of 450 ng/dL. If that’s the case, there is no reason to go any higher with his testosterone level. But, the patient who is diagnosed at 300 ng/dL may feel absolutely nothing if I raise his testosterone level to 450 ng/dL. Such a patient may need much higher testosterone levels before he experiences improvement. Confusing, right?
Over the years, I have created a few general rules that have served me well in clinical practice by simplifying target testosterone goals. These “target T” rules are not based on a scientific paper. They are simply based on ten years of experience treating thousands of men with TDS.
In my practice, I take the normal range for testosterone (400-1,200 ng/dL) and divide it in half. We now have the lower half of normal (400-800 ng/dL) and the upper half of normal (800-1,200 ng/dL). In my experience, men with a baseline testosterone level below 200 ng/dL do quite well if corrected into the lower half of normal (400-800 ng/dL) during TRT. Men with a baseline testosterone level between 200-400 ng/dL do better when corrected into the upper half of normal (800-1,200 ng/dL). Simple, right?
Again, this target testosterone rule is more of a guideline in my clinical practice. Some patients may deviate from this “target T” guideline during therapy. Higher testosterone levels may be desired by some men due to better symptom control but this comes at the potential cost of untoward side effects.
For example, a patient may notice more muscle strength and energy with a testosterone level of 1,100 ng/dL compared to a testosterone level of 600 ng/dL. But, this individual may experience fluid retention and acne at the higher testosterone level and no side effects if maintained lower.
Medical treatment always comes with benefits and risks. TRT is certainly no exception. Once an informed decision is made to treat a patient with TRT I set my sights on a target testosterone level. But, I always individualize treatment because no two patients are exactly alike. My goal is to always maximize benefits while minimizing potential risk for the individual but I use these guidelines as a starting place. Keep in mind that good medical practice is not an exact science, but rather an art based on scientific fact and clinical judgment.

In a study published 1997, researchers studied testosterone and health in a sample of 4,393 men between the ages of 32 and 44 who had served in the military between 1965 and 1971. The men were interviewed and medically examined. Testosterone was measured in plasma from blood drawn at 8am. Concentrations ranged from 53 to 1,500 ng/dl with an average of 679. Comparison of men with slightly below average levels of testosterone (400ng/dl) with men with slightly above average levels (800ng/dl) revealed significant differences in health indicators.
Men at the higher level were 45% less likely to have high blood pressure, 72% less likely to have experienced a heart attack, 8% less likely to have 3 or more colds in a year, and 45% less likely to rate their health as fair or poor.
On the other hand, men at higher levels were 25% more likely to report one or more injuries, 32% more likely to imbibe 5 or more drinks in a single day and 151% more likely to smoke.
It is not yet fully understood how testosterone benefits health or leads to behavior detrimental to health. It is clear, however, that men with higher testosterone levels are at higher risk for negative health outcomes. But there are many men with higher testosterone who don't engage in health risk behavior and who do realize testosterone-related health benefits.

On vit d it would be hard to overdose except by supplements . Getting too much by sun or food is unlikely.
