I was going to mention the burning method, though probably not using gasoline. Kerosene works just as well and won't flash like diesel or gas. The method I saw was to drill several holes in the top and at a diagonal on the side connecting the two into channels, then burning it down like a candle before taking an ax and water to the ashes to make sure the embers are extinguished. You don't want to start any forest fires or end up burning your own house down.

Option two rent one of these. https://www.sunbeltrentals.com/equip...der-25hp-30hp/ Haven't priced it out yet but probably in the $300 range.

Option 3 Hire a guy at $75 a stump to grind them down.

Option 4 if I let them dry out for a while is go at it with a axe. These are 24-30 inch pine stumps. I know form experience these stumps take forever to rot and using an axe is not fun. they seem to not die all the way for years.
i'd hire the guy to grind the stumps and be done with it.

We took on and old half stone and cob Cornish cottage and slowly got it the way we wanted it from my doing a lot of thinking in bed the day we said we would buy it, and did it all on my own.

Our villa here in Greece have done lots of things here new kitchen, and used the old kitchen to put a kitchen in downstairs, did repairs to the roof, tore out the Greek fire place and refinished the wall with wood and nice round beach stone in fill, and put in a wood burner, went on to do built in bases with shelving above and a corner bookcase for the wife's books and more, built a staircase from stone for our out side front entrance, then carried to a new path, new stone down the side of the pool, and all the way across the back of our villa, with new beds for our plumb trees and more steps between them built in a big ark all the stone was sauced my me from around the village we live in, then went on to stone around the pool with stone we brought in red and cream all the took about 4 months, taking to odd few days off here and there to relieve my aching bum muscles, for me it was all good fun and loved doing it.

If you want to lose weight go lay a few ton of stone but first you have to find it, and the pre-work was laying a new drain and piping for lights building retaining wall and getting it all filled up ready for the big lay, as said this may be a shit arse country but its lots of fun living here.

Done few engine changes, built lots of things, for me I find them all good fun and enjoy seeing the smile on my wife's face, because I do drawing of what I think needs doing, and get told just do it and I will see if I like it, so far nothing has been taken out.

After almost 2 months of semi Spring weather, now we're actually back into winter. Snowed 3 inches where I live. I'm shoveling anything. It'll melt in a day or so.

                Anyone like to cook?

I absolutely love cooking, it's kind of my hobby. I mainly use cooking to relieve stress but I also love food. I love obsessing over recipes, collective kitchen gadgets, and trying new recipes or making healthier versions of my favorite foods. I don't necessarily enjoy eating my food as much as I enjoy seeing others eat it, but I feel masculine when I cook. And it seems to be a turn on to every woman I've ever men, go figure. But I do it for myself and I challenge myself each week.

My latest culinary conquests are as follows:
                KFC Nashville hot chicken
                Nori sushi
                Protein brownies
                Sugar free BBQ sauce
Beef fajitas (using the beef as a tortilla)
                Turkey meatballs and soyghetti
What about you guys? How do you feel about cooking and what have you made lately?

I do some cooking but its hard to do for one person. Usually a friend and I will share a home cooked meal once a week together.

Over the years I've learned recipes from my mother for several of her homemade dishes:

(Still need to learn alot of them)

I love me some Steak and Potatoes/Rice. Learned years ago how to cook steaks over a campfire. God, does meat taste good when good over blazing natural coals. Seasoned beautifully.

I like it RARE. Nothing like cutting through it and seeing the juicy red meat still spilling blood that mixes with the potatoes... AHHHHHH...

Holy snarky this has turned into a massive build. Spent 12 hours building this small condo on Friday and only got half way done. Easily the largest Playset I have ever put together. Came in 4 large 2' x 7' x 16" tall boxes. Nothing but pieces of lumber with numbers on them. Biggest puzzle I have ever had to assemble. Back at it tomorrow, we will see how far I get. Homeowners were understanding that the price will go up compared to what they ordered online as far as installation. I told them it is a good thing this project was assigned to me (a carpenter) and not an assembler as they would have been lost.

I am a certified installer for Amazon (the big online company) and that is where this job originated. They purchased it from another retailer and then went on Amazon and ordered installation. Problem is they ordered a basic installation (cheap). The husband told me he told his wife that there is no way that this would be installed for that price. He was right. This is the set I wish I could have afforded my kids when they were young.

Yesterday, I listen to first half of Marie Kondo's audio book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" (Excellent book BTW) and for the first time decided to clean up my apartment. Full disclosure: my apartment looks like it should be on hoarders, except instead of rotten food and dead cats everywhere it's useless crap from 3 houses I've lived in. It's really embarrassing to let people see it, and needless to say I'm not bringing any girls over. And a lot of the stuff isn't even mine, it's my mother's. I've got pictures of people I know don't even recognize, and crap from the 90s that even collectors don't want. Anyway, there are a lot of boxes and piles of crap I'm sorting through.

So yesterday, I listened to this book and deviating from it a little I cleaned up my bathroom and a good portion of my bedroom. Using methods from the book which sound ridiculous actually worked. You're supposed to pick up one item at a time, hold it in both hands, ad if you don't want to keep it or give it away you thank it for bringing joy into your life or serving its purpose then huck it into the garbage bag. Brilliant! She goes on with a bunch of folding and sorting techniques but I'm not there yet. I have to tidy up in order to tidy up and further downsize my life, but in the end if will be worth it for the sweet poontang and fewer stuff I have to move when I go to a university.

Here's where it gets good. While I'm cleaning I'm noticing all the shotty construction of my humble crapshack, I mean apartment. The pain job is absolutely terrible, I'm finding lots of missed places, drips, pain on wood that is a pain in the ass to remove with a toothbrush and acetone. What gets me is there's a cabinet door attached to drywall by freaking finishing screws. Who in the hell would do this? Not to mention the door is bowed and misaligned. The kitchen timer don't even reach the kitchen cabinets, so dirt collects there, and the door coverings for the faux wood floor aren't even flush with the floor. This place is an absolute money pit.

Now I have to replace the stopper in the bathroom sink, because it was clogged and I used a way too powerful draino on it. I had to go under and take everything apart to get all the gunk out, only to find the little arm almost rusted to pieces, and the stopper had been melted by the draino. Luckily my landlord is pretty cool and will let me replace it and reimburse me, because he ends up saving money not having to hire a plumber. Oh, and three outlets no longer work! I am going to have to buy an electrician's glove, wrap a screwdriver in rubber tape, shut off the bread, and take a look at it. I swear to God, this place is either going to be the death of me or look incredible by the time I move out.

                              End of rant.
