Another strange one... where's the roundabouts in the States?! You get on a wrong big road and you're on it for miles.

And this one confused me so many times - when you see a road name on the road your driving, it's not actually for that road but the one going across!

Roundabouts are fairly common on the U.S. East Coast but are now being introduced, for reasons unknown, on the West Coast as well.
The people who live in between, generally, know where they are going and do not need them.

                UK vs USA?

Well, clearly we would dominate you guys.

You had your chance back in 1776. Even had a rematch in 1812.
                How did I get here?

Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.
And I've been here ever since.

From 'telly', I hear Brits are often revealing whether they are going to do number one or two when they head for the toilet: "I am going to wee", or "I am going to the loo", whereas Americans don't reveal this as often, who mostly say they need to go to the 'toilet' or 'restroom'.

                          LOL

I love it. Yes, as an "American", driven lots of things and American cars are total shit at the twisties, so sad, but true.

I remember years ago, a V8 Mustang couldn't keep pace with my old Audi A4 Avant in the Oregon hills on Interstate 5. Even with four less cylinders (albeit with one turbo ), Quattro traction forgives no one.

                          Good one Tam!

Also, I don't know if someone has listed it yet,

Trousers! Here it's classified as underwear I guess, and over in the UK it's your actual "pants".

                            Yes? NO?

An obvious difference, which I don't think is a myth: Most Brits avoid small talk with strangers on subway or elsewhere, unless they are pissed (whatever you put in that word), whereas US Americans are quite communicative with strangers in practically all states (but less on the East Cost).

^^^ This is something I've always wondered about Brits/Germans and some other European countries.

They don't really like to fiddle with strangers.

How the hell do you guys make friends and get to know people? Lol.
Do I have to give some Gin first ???
