I’ve been thinking about getting my T-levels tested so that I have a reference point for when I’m older.
    Start: 5.875x4.75
    Now: 7x5.125
    Goal: 7.25x5.5

      Physical exercise

is the best way to increase it possible the only natural way.... also stay away from plastics and teflon pans (esp if they're older ones )

80-2010s is when teflon pans became popular they contain estrogen mimicking hormones..... by your photo it's pretty obvious that you have high estrogen. because of the "gynecomastia" and obese "skinny fat" condition..

I also stopped eating "cheap meats" Only Pasture raised organic (natural feed only )
i.e cow eats grass, chicken/egg. eats insects(or foraging)
i started with whey protein as well(it's grass fed organic only) and grass fed milk 3.5%..
also i keep added sugar intake below 30-35 grams a day....

Lol. Thanks but. Ah. No thanks. I’m 59 years old with two knee replacements and live the life I want, eat what I want, etc. Maybe if I was younger, without ED and High blood pressure since I was 21 years old....maybe.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

From what I understand a guy born in 1960 and having his test measured in 1980 (at 20 y age ) would have had test 20% higher than a guy born 1990 and having his test measured in 2010 .

Because the government want to control your mental health and your physical..

They assume your a bodybuilder looking for a boost...

Even if your physic isn't large...

They are told not to give it unless the levels are "dangerously low" which is like under 5 nmol...

It used to be 12 nmol before 2012 and any age..

                Now it's 5 and over 45 considered..

                Ridiculous..

Then they tell you stuff like this

                Physical exercise

                or "weight loss'

legit i bodybuild and there are no studies that suggest you can significantly lift it more than 10-15% naturally.

For someone that sits as low as i do at 7 i might get it to 7.7 or 7.9 woopty doo...

                  Wow so much here .
First bodybuilders are famous for trying to game the system on drugs and you are a bodybuilder so hmm.
I agree they have the levels wrong and have written a thread on that I posted the link earlier in this thread .
Many ways to increase testosterone naturally . Where does this 10 -15% max natural increase thing even come from? It is not only wrong on the facts but dangerous in that people go straight to the drugs . Then again everyone wants the pill not the work and discipline .

I can send you info on natural test increase but you seem set on the drugs.

I don't take drugs i just prefer not to let people think they are going to dramatically increase their levels naturally because they have the right to know what's achievable.

I mean your talking about peoples health here..some people can't achieve erections.. or lose weight...are depressed.. and the list goes on.

It's not fair to say "eat healthy and lift some weights or ride a bike" and your testosterone will increase.. its pure bollocks. it's a good idea to do those things sure but if lifting your levels is the main goal it isn't the most effective way to do so.

It's fine you advocate for "natural increase" but its not fair to speak of it as factual..

And even if i did take drugs it would be my body and my right too.. which i don't. (i have taken performance enhancing substance in the past and i'm not ashamed of it)

Also testosterone is a medicine not a drug.. in this context.

I assure you it's next to impossible to "game the system" as you need to meet the nmol criteria..

Those people you speak of would just acquire it illegally.. it would take far less effort...

I mean the fact it was attainable at 12 nmol at any age for about 20 years.. and only recently went down to 5 nmol and offered to people 45+ speaks volumes..

oh you mean i wanted to achieve something and then i did?

Why yes that's exactly what happened...

Hope others out there can do the same if they want too...

Without anyone judging which way they choose to do it...

Yeah drugs are a great thing to champion.\

So lets se you used drugs which may have caused your current issue .

You then rubbish natural methods without even trying ..

Then you encourage others to do the same .

I don't mind what people do...

However id like them to know what actually works...

If they can lift their test levels naturally great do it and post the screen shots of the doctors tests...

I'll be waiting a while though.. as most of the people i know who are into gym have failed to do so..

Infact post your test results as your such an avid advocate for natural test lifting?

That will clear this whole thing up?

I'd love to see it from the master

Here is a a thread includes studies showing natural test increase beyond the levels you claim . Also the numbers from various members showing increase beyond what you claim yada yada .
Any amount more proof of any kind you want all over the net if you had actually looked .

I post this for other members since you and your friends are entrenched in drug culture .

Endocrine disruptors man, they are in EVERYTHING.
Plastic bottles, preservatives. They are trying to lower our aggression and energy levels so we don't rebel against all the bullshit they have done to change our society. They have all the men looking like morons in like 90% of tv commercials and movies for the love of God.
I swear TRT will be outlawed in the next 20 years from now.
It's petty bull shit nonsense because test levels vary between people. Who are they to set such a threshold without taking that into consideration.
