That's actually pretty cool. Looking badass but having a soft side. I'm sure the women like it!

I've worked as a mover and a life insurance salesman. Both had their ups and downs, I once helped move a huge house with like 4 bed sets and the customer kept saying "thank you" after everything I would do. I took the risk and told him "the best way of saying thanks is a nice tip". He emptied his wallet for us and I got 100$ of it because my boss saw what I did. The downside of moving was 12 hour days and not being able to move your body when you get home. Another upside besides the tips was getting ripped.

Life insurance was fun because I made the calls to schedule my days. I would drive myself to a variety of peoples' homes and get an uninterrupted glimpse into their life at that moment I showed up to their door. Didn't make much money even though the opportunity was there but I did have a good time. Much more laid back compared to moving.

And now I study electrical and computer engineering. I'm on my 2nd year and I'm currently interested in renewable power systems and anything related to computers. I'm glad to be going to college but it's nowhere near as rewarding as working was. Knowledge is great and all but experience is real.

I know what you mean, but bringing work experience to college with you can make a huge difference in what you get out of it.
Plus, I'm sure your female classmates are a lot sexier than the guys you were unloading trucks with, and the guys you were selling

Currently I work as an auto mechanic at the sheriff's department. Also worked in their truck shop on all their prisoner transport buses, dump trucks, military vehicles and assorted sign trailers, generators, etc.
Tried getting out of the field but this is where the money is at for me for now. Looking into building and selling things from home eventually.

I sell hotel rooms. I am a guy who answers the phone and argues wih you! LOL! It gets me by until I graduate with my accounting degree. Ultimately I want to be an actuary!
