Welcome to the forum, fatalbert. We all tended to turtle before P.E. One of the first differences you will notice is that you will turtle less. Hi everyone, I'm fifty one,and have been doing the basic beginners program for a month. The two most important things I learned are.1).The heat up (warm up) which I do for fifteen minutes with a heating pad. 2) Patience is a virtue.I do not believe in the adage,NO Pain No Gain.Where there pain there is problems,and not progression.Imagination expands the mind

Hi, I'm Thez... I've been looking into this for quite a while now, and I've decided to finally take the steps to improving myself. I have to admit, however, that I'm still quite a bit skeptical, but who isn't at first, right? Anyhow, I've read a lot on how "experts" say that it doesn't work, but you guys have convinced me that there is some truth to it. If there wasn't there wouldn't be a site! So yeah! I hope to have positive results!

As far as I can tell PE is fairly anecdotal right now, and the general consensus is you find whatever's right for you. If you get a better stretch in a different position, do that. Basically experiment, but do so with care. You are dealing with what is considered by most men to be their most valued possession.Originally posted by fatalbert25 View PostGreat suggestion. Hi guys i just joined today,
It's amazing to be here in PE Gym. I first found out about Penile exercising in 2003 as i was not satisfied with the size of my unit. I did as much research as i could and came up with a lot of info in the net. I started of doing my exercises after that but was not really dedicated and did set up a complete routine and was on and off/ on and off till now!!!! I was just doing my research two months ago and prior to this website i found Natural Penis Enlargement Exercises . It's not as efficient as this. I love this site as it has every info you really need!!!! Thanks guys!!!!
