New 2 Weeks
Wow there's alot of info. in this forum. I've been training correct for 2 weeks now. Before that just going through what I thought was correct, with no gains (Bad instructions from another site). After starting the beginner routine I have noticed my flaccid penis look better with no turtling. Girth has also changed from 4.5 to 5.5. Started using bio oil this week.

hey guys, i am letz and i am starting officially this day. i am 5,5" long while erect and had been long looking for enlargement.
funny thing is when in flaccid condition my penis can only measure 1,5" (im kinda fat) but it sticks right up to 5" when erect. kinda confused to hit the shower.
i tried the exercise for first time and i actually see a 0.5" improvement long and 1" girth.
well, i hope this exercise works, and i am open for suggestion and guidance from the seniors.6 July '09 long 14 cm/5.5" girth 11 cm/4.3"
Short term Goal : 18 cm !

A few points:
1. "Only being 6.5 inches" to start with is actually very good. You are already above average
2. "Trying to reach 8 inches fast" is probably not the best approach to take. As many will tell you, PE is a marathon, not a sprint, so these things take time. Everyone's body is different and we all grow at different rates. I don't know exactly what you class as fast, but if you reach 8 inches within your first year (that's a 1.5 inch increase) then you'll be doing VERY well! Don't let this put you off, but you've got to have realistic goals from the start, otherwise you'll not stick it out.
3. With regards to a good routine, check out the beginners forum where there is a lot of information (Jonpop's 90 day routine is good). These routines may not seem like a lot to start with, but you need to condition your unit to accept the more strenuous exercises at a later date. In a nutshell though, these routines will focus on a decent warm up to prepare you for manipulation, stretching to stretch out the ligs and jelqing to force blood through your penis and expand it. Have a look at the beginners forum and if you have any further questions, let us know.

Hi I'm new and I gotta say it almost feels overwhelming the amount of information you have to understand to make sure you're doing this whole PE thing correctly. I'm somewhere between 5.5 and 6.25 inches long (having a bit of trouble measuring) and would eventually like to be about 7.5 inches long. I think it's awesome that all you experienced PE'ers take the time to listen to questions and share your wisdom.

Great to have you aboard. Yes, it can be overwhelming, but you can never learn too much, right? I know when I started to practice P.E., (I didn't belong to a forum), I read up and studied better than a hundred pages of information before I touched my one and only. I'm glad I did because over the past almost six years, I have had only one minor injury and my dick looks as pink and pretty as ever.

Yes' there is a lot of information to learn and apply. Read the "PE Book" three times and still use it as a reference. I just kept it slow, easy and progressive. Keeping away from injuries that would delay progress or inhibit use of your most prized tool. Guss I'm with the less is more crowd.

Hey guys,
So. I'm new to all of this, obviously.
I'm looking for general length and girth gains and I am fully prepared for the long haul! I have purchased myself some SYLK Lubrication and have the book advised coming through the post.
My question is...
Should I delve into some light sessions until the book comes and I can really read into it?
I was thinking 10 minutes warm up, 10 minutes stretching, 5/10 minutes jelqing 2 days at a time with a days rest after while waiting. I've tried a few times before but believe I was too intense so i'm here for advise and to see what others do and just generally report!
Anyone think that's a good idea?

Mar 10 - ELBP: 6.8" EG: 5" (2 weeks in after 6 months off)

Been doing JP's 90 Day Beginner's Routine for 2 weeks now... which seems to be working well.
Before PE I was at 7.7" BPEL / 4.8" EG.
As of today I'm 7.9" BPEL / 5" EG.
I don't know if this is an error on my part by measuring inconsistently, cause that seems like a lot of gain for how little PE I've done. Time will tell...
I'm aiming for length and girth, although more emphasis on girth. My ultimate goal is 9" BPEL / 7" EG.
