      I too have sworn off masturbation...I'm thinking it has caused my DE (delayed ejaculation) problem. I don't really have erection problems...but I do loose some by the time I can force myself to cum. So I've tried some supplments to help me stay strong longer. It's bitch to exhaust one arm and have to change hands to finish!

      I'm no weakling either! Even though I didn't get in the gym until I was 50 I can still leg press 700lbs! Leg curl machine-max'd out 210lbs. Leg extension machine-max'd out 140lbs! Bench is a little weak at 200lbs (only three reps). I'm 5'10 and currently at 186lbs. I had shoulder surgery and I'm only doing legs and ab's right now.

        Penis - not bad, no arousal today but been at work all day
        Mood - depression is better today - able to focus a bit more
        Morning erection - don't recall an erection, but I slept pretty deeply

        I am a couple of days behind with my posts. Been REALLY busy at work and felt a bit tired last night so I went to bed and slept very deeply.

        Overall, today my penis is hanging a little more normally. In other words, about 5 inches flaccid and when I kegel while pissing I can actually feel a little blood going into it.

          Day 22
          Penis - hanging a bit normal still, but no arousal today at all. My mind just isn't on sex as I have been busy at work.
          Mood - mood is actually pretty darned good today and it's Friday!
          Morning erection - no erection this morning but slept very deeply.

          I am beginning to dream a bit more vividly. No sexual dreams but some really vivid lucid dreaming. I hate that my posts are fairly boring now but things are fairly stagnant. Not negative, just stagnant.

          I notice my energy is better and my workouts are going very well. I am three weeks into restarting my intense workouts and tonight is chest, tricep, and shoulder night. I just ate a chicken salad from Zaxby's and took 3 g of AAKG and 2 g of L-Citrulline. I do this daily, usually twice per day. It helps my muscle pumps at the gym. Will probably cycle off the AAKG and Citrulline for a few days soon. I have been taking it for 3-4 months.

            Thanks for the info! I am not unhappy with my size and when fully erect I am a very solid 7 inches. No John Holmes, but pretty darned good.

            As far as test affecting penis size, honestly I haven't seen that to be the case. My nuts are certainly smaller some days (a normal side effect of them not producing anymore) but I find Agmatine, Catuaba bark extract, and Muira Puama help that a little.

            So in summary, I do not see evidence that test causes penile shrinkage - at least not yet. I do not plan to stay on test forever if I can get my doctor to prescribe clomiphene or some other substance to attempt to restart my own HPTA. I have seen decent results in the past with tongkat ali, but never had bloodwork done to quantitatively measure the T levels.

              Penis - slightly smaller than normal today but okay overall
              Mood - still pretty good
              Morning erection - partial erection this morning. Took my weekly testosterone injection last night

              Took 2 Catuaba bark capsules this morning and my normal L-Tyrosine (1g). Began rubbing my wife's breasts in the kitchen and did feel arousal and a 65% erection and the desire for sex. Overall still making progress and the good news is that I have the urge now at times to touch her and let my hands probe. As I mentioned before she has a chronic back problem and nerve damage in her legs but she is schedule for a spinal cord stimulator the first week of February 2013 (in about two weeks) and hopefully over the weeks after that her pain will improve enough that we can reinitiate sex. Boy I hope so because I am beginning to want it little by little.

              The raging desire for sex is certainly NOT back yet and may not be for months. The positive things that I take from what is happening though is as follows:

              1. When I do become aroused now (and it is only about 60%) I do have greater sensation in my penis. Not great, but better.

              2. When I piss now, sometimes I feel my prostate discharging near the end. Sometimes I have the milky white stuff dribbling out in small quantities. This never happened before.

              3. I no longer have the urge to masturbate. Well, maybe sometimes when I see a hot woman but I am in total control of it and immediately think of something else.

              4. Mentally, I am a little calmer. My anxiety is virtually gone and my OCD is more controllable. I find myself being more chatty with folks and in more of a genuinely good spirit most of the time. I think I am listening more and being more attentive to people.

                Took two more Catuaba bark pills this morning AND I have just started taking Butea Superba daily - 2 pills in the am and 2 pills in the pm. I am curious to see what effect the Butea Superba has. I have read good reviews but I will let everyone know.

                Drive today is moderate to slightly subdued, but ever so slightly present.

                Also, my weight is down to 236 today, so since August I have lost 24 lbs and since Jan 1 (about three weeks) I have lost about 12-14 lbs. The gym is going pretty well and I find myself still very motivated and focused. My Friday night workout was less than optimal, but I spent more time talking in the gym that normal. I also know from past training that some days are just not as good as others.

                I staying focused on my goals and driving to achieve them. I intend 2013 to be a year I re-invent and re-energize myself in every way. I have been so stupid for so many years and enough is enough!

                  I am curious, how long you masturbated and how frequently? Also, what supplements did you use to stay strong longer? I currently use AAKG with L-Citrulline and I think that helps overall blood flow for the NO mechanism. I also take Pycnogenol with these two things and when I remember to take it regularly it helps. Also, I buy generic Cialis and Viagra pretty cheaply and they have helped BUT I tried them while I was in the midst of masturbation daily.

                    The testosterone has done nothing for my libido and although I have erections from time to time (there is no penil damage - it works fine) I just have no drive and a real woman does not turn me on anymore. I have tried Cialis and Viagra, but those drugs merely treat plumbing problems and do not address libido. I take about 6g of AAKG and L-Citrulline daily.

                    As I stated before, I have masturbated daily for many years and aside from the other classic problems that causes, it has ruined my self-esteem and I cannot accept being unable to become aroused by my wife or women in general.

                    As of today, I am on Day 5 of complete masturbation abstinence . As of today also, I am unable to achieve an erection and basically feel flat and lifeless. I am very irritable and difficult to be around. I have no desire to do much of anything. On top of this, I have taken a caffeine pill every morning (because I hate coffee) for many years and I have quit that cold turkey as of a week go. I am taking moderate doses of L-Tyrosine to curb those withdrawal symptoms and it is working quite well. My energy is good and I have started back to the gym as of 3 days ago. I anticipate a long road to recovery but I am determined to beat this!

                    All in all, I have made up my mind that I will NOT live this way any longer! I will keep a daily log of how things go from now until the day I am fully recovered. Hope that won't be more than 90 days but I am prepared for longer if necessary.

                    I think the reason why you dont have interest in you wife or woman is could be the drugs you took (low testosterone levels) and or to much Jerking off.

                    I know when I Edged one time 3-5 days a week for about a month, I was tired and wasnt interested in doing that much sexual activity.. Point is your brain is exhausted from all the masturbating smh.. Dont even masturbate for a few weeks or even a few months just to get your body to normal levels. too much masturbating is not good for you.. Do some research.

                      Yeah it is partially the result of low T, but I am on testosterone replacement now and my levels are staying around 860 ng/ml. The 'why masturbate' is a good question and one I have asked myself. Originally I think it was just that I was addicted to it. The past few years, she has been unable to have sex due to severe back pain and nerve pain in her legs. I have quite masturbating completely as of 25 days ago and will remain in complete abstinence forever. The only way in which I will ejaculate from now on will be due to sex...no exceptions. It may take months for my body to regulate.

                          Keep up the great work. I think the most disadvantages thing you can do at this point is go back to masturbation. I haven't masturbated for over a month (I think it is coming up on two months) and my erection quality during sex is always very high now. About 6 months ago I would rate my EQ a 6-7 and now i would rate it 9-10.

                            I may be in my second flatline - it is hard to tell but I am awaking with no erection this week and since my couple of days of slightly elevated drive I am back to nothing. I anticipated this and it is not a problem. Just riding it out.

                            Went to the gym last night and worked chest, triceps, and shoulders. Got an awesome pump which I attribute to religious consumption this week of AAKG and Citrulline. I am also taking pycnogenol - for those who don't know pycnogenol is good for helping to 'recycle' Nitric Oxide and is synergistic with Arginine, AAKG, Arginine ethyl ester, and Citrulline.

                            For dinner tonight I am having a whey protein shake and a bowl of chicken and rice. Diet is going well and this morning my scale reported my weight as 235. This is a 2 lb drop in the last few days. I weight every morning to track my progress.

Furthermore, I am sure that it altered my dopaminergic system and that is why I am now taking L-Tyrosine and Mucuna Pruriens.

                              As far as alcohol goes, I used to drink nearly every Friday night to unwind from the stressful week. Generally I would cook out and have 5-10 weak Jack Daniels cocktails mixed with water. I have not had a drink since about 6 weeks ago and before that it had been about 3-4 months. You could say that I have virtually quit drinking altogether. For some reason I do not want it anymore. I am very attuned to my mood too. If I have had a great week at work and accomplished a lot and feel positive I may have the urge to have a few but with my moods as they have been lately I stay away from it.                               Yo JQ! Just checking in. I wasn't recommending the caffeine pills. I was trying to say that you should get off of them if you haven't...I was trying to be as subtle as I can with this. As a programmer, I was horribly addicted to caffeine. I switched to a natural lifestyle and have seen improvements across the board--emotionally and physically. I still like my hot coffee in the morning but I have been drinking this product called Dandy Tea (Dandy Blend). Tastes like coffee and for me that does it for me.

                              I was never a big "body builder" type. I work out, but avoided (as tempting as it may be) the other things that some in that circle take. I have been doing CrossFit for about a year now. I follow mainly a Paleo diet with 50% of my diet consisting of vegetables, 1/4 meat and the other 1/4 grains. It works for my body type. Good deal on cutting down the adult beverages. In talking with other guys, they complain about many ofthe same issues you voiced--and many are only in their 30's. I can say that a common factor in all of their conversations was alcohol consumption. BELIEVE ME! Was there done that. I drank beer like it was going out of style. Only till I stopped that I realized how much harder and frequent my erections were. Yes I still go to World of Beers and my local brewery every now and then, but in no way have I resorted back to that lifestyle of a 12pack/day and two 18 packs on the weekend.

                                About 4 times a week on average. I've recently had 6 day runs where I will every night. TwinLabs Yohimbe Fuel will help a bunch! But I only take it when I'm going to have sex. When I masturbate I just have to work it back hard...some nights I can't get him back up so it ends right there. The how long is hard to say for sure. If my arms start getting cramps or the skin on my dick starts to show wear (I feel it) I force myself to cum.
