No problem mate, I am here to help. Glad you like the league of legends and Top Performers threads, a lot of work went into them but they are incredibly informative. I often go back and read them myself.

This is the single best thing I've read on this entire forum - and I've read a lot! THANK YOU for explaining that! I feel much better now... So I shall continue forth.

Having just finished jp90 two weeks ago, I made some good gains, I am 46, 5'11" and 210lbs, carrying a bit of extra weight around my middle but the rest of my frame hides it well due to some hard training in the gym for a number of years.
i am inclined to believe that my gains are not eq related as I had some great level 10 boners before I started PE, but perhaps I'm deceiving myself

Either way I don't care what they are from, they are increases and I will gladly take them!!!

I'm real close to your story. Same thing made gains off of JP90, I think real gains but my EQ is also way up.
