  • Restarting the dream that was left unfinished ....

    Hello people
I am not new to PE enlargement .I had done it a few years ago and left it because i got into a serious relationship and my ex was OK with my size as she was a virgin and all.Anyways , we broke up a while back due to personal reasons and my goal was left unfinished (to reach 7.0 inch in erect length and 5.0 inch in girth ).

I know PE exercises need lot of time and dedication to see the results .I have done JPs routine and gained abt 0.1-0.2 inch in length nothing in girth .I m only doing the exercises and not using any pumps or hangers etc.

My main goal is to increase my erect length .If anybody has any good suggestions please do tell.At the moment still following JPS routine but modified:
    • Warm up 3-5min
    • Helishake -20 reps/5sec
    • stretches -left,right,up,down.front (30sec hold each)
    • Helishake -20 reps/5sec
    • i pull my flaccid penis down pointing to my toes and move it left to right (1 rep is from left to right x 50)
    • forgot the name of the exercise(but this exercise seems to be helping in increasing my length- can properly feel the stretch)
    • Circular stretch (10 reps) Clockwise + anti Clockwise
    • Helishake -20 reps/5sec
    • Jelqs (wet)
    • 200 reps - 50 reps than 20 pc flex x 4 times
    • Helishake -20 reps/5sec
    • Warm up 3-5min

    2day on 1 day off

Oh and i m trying to stop watch porn because i noticed once i masturbated and do PE exercise after awhile my penis is kinda sore and hence dont feel like doing the PE exercises.

Anyways wish me all the best ....

    Welcome to the gym Bigdreams7!

I'm sure you know about these but just in case PI's <!

If you have had a long time off it might be wise to start with one of the conditioning routines located here.

Also you may want to start a log in the progress forum to keep track of your workouts.

    Good luck, stay safe!

Welcome to the gym and back to PE. Since it has been awhile just remember to ease yourself back in and get that penis conditioned again. Good luck with your goals, and if you have any questions along the way feel free to ask.
