I can safely say zinc and Licithum work...can't remember that spelling sorry
They're cheap, and will last you a good 30 days if not much longer
One thing though, I wanna know if someone knows anything
with these "licithum soya" tabs I got, it says you can take up to 3 a day, I'm taking two, anyone tried 3 before?

Any further updates on this thread? I decided to give it a go. I bought the following products from vitaminshoppe:
1. Navitas Naturals MACA Power (taking 1500mg per day as directed by label)
2. Solaray Pygeum/Saw Palmetto (taking 100mg per day as directed by label - this product also contains 60mg of Zinc per day)
3. VitaminShoppe brand L-Arginine (taking 1000mg per day, 500mg more than label directs)
4. VitaminShoppe brand Lecithin (taking 2400mg per day, 1200mg more than label directs)
Any suggestions for this stack? I am one week into taking this stack, and have noticed that my cum is now extremely THICK but it appears to be the same volume as before, it is just really really thick and goopy now. Also, before I started this stack, I was able to shoot one rope and then dribble about 2-3.. One week into this stack, I do not shoot a rope at all, and it all dribbles out really thick. Will this correct itself as the weeks wear on, or should I adjust my stack? Do I purchase the wrong products?
Note: I also bought VitaminShoppe brand Yohimbe Bark Extract, but am not currently taking it because of the dangerous things I have read about it, and I have had slightly high blood pressure...Last edited by frosty024; 09-27-2010, 07:41 PM.

Hey Guys
I am new here, but done a lot of reading on supplements for cum increase in the past few weeks.
3 days ago, I started taking the following supplements daily:
1000mg L-arginine
30mg Zinc
1200mg Lecithin
I know this is not the complete "Cum Holy Grail", but I have got to say, I have noticed a big increase in the amount of cum I have produced. Also, my cum now seems whiter and this is just after 3 days!
I have also ordered Pygeum which I will add to this daily. I will keep you posted on the results.

Remember that the results with these things can be individual as some people might already be getting enough of some nutrients from food. Zinc is a good example. If you already get a shit load of zinc from your food you will not notice any difference by taking the supplement, but if you get almost nothing you may get a big increase in the load. Just my 2 cents.

I've been taking this for a week now and i'm wondering which should i take together and is anything else needed? at the moment i take lecithin+zinc with breakfast, pygeum with lunch then between lunch and dinner l-arginine and then pygeum with dinner is this right or is there anything i should change?
One more thing my pygeum is pygeum(50mg) & saw palmetto(160mg) is it ok to take 4 a day to get up to 200mg even though recommended is two capsules a day for this? or if not can someone recommend me another pygeum i can take?
All my supplements are from the Now Foods brand.
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg

Hey guys, well I have just started PE'ing and today is my second day, as well as the last day that I would be with my girl for a couple of months and I have always been wanting to cum a LOT on her. Well before I joined this site I had been doing my own research on increasing my load.
