12mg a day, never exceed 40 as an upper/maximum tolerable limit.

Hey Fellas,
About Zinc!
I read at this site that Zinc has to be taken with Folic Acid, otherwise it's not going to do anything
"Always remember to take zinc in combination with folic acid. Taken alone, neither supplement had a significant bearing on sperm count."
Also, this says that these are for increasing sperm count, not semen volume. So if fertility isn't your thing, it may not help you. If you're trying to get the sperm count up, then it may. Note that sperm is less that 5% of ejaculate from what I've read (1%-3% of total volume)
For stringy ropes it lists these 3 amino acids:
L-Arginine
L-Lysine
L-Carnitine
I also came across this one that says:
Swedish Flower Pollen Extract - "greater volume of semen and sperm."
They also list Horny Goat Weed for blood flow to the P, and L-Arginine for enlarging blood vessels (quality of your E)
Also "Tomatoes and guava contain lycopene, which is essential for good thick semen."
So, eat lots of tomatoes and guava or see if you can find lycopene in a supplement?
--
So those of you taking amped up Zinc may want to add Folic Acid to the mix and see if it helps
I ordered Swedish Flower Pollen Extract and I'm definitely going to try it. $11 at Amazon
I'm already taking GNC Arginmax and Staminol Ultra for general performance health. I can't say it has necessarily increased the load (it wasn't the goal.) I'm still trying to collect and build my list of supplements to try either in combine or individual form here are other's. I'm certainly going to try all or part of this holy grail.
Lastly in several places I read that catuaba bark can be helpful so I might try some of that if I can find it.

I have tried literally E V E R Y T H I N G you could name. And finally at long last I actually found something that works, very well. And I swear after all my time spent researching and testing I am freaking taking this to the grave!! Haha
To get you on the right track, it's as I've always figured - based on genetics and testosterone levels. And no it's not clomid, but it's the same reason it works. It is all natural and raises T.Last edited by hopefuldude1; 05-25-2015, 04:07 AM.

Lecithin increased the content for me. It got much thicker. Took up to 20g.
So thick it was almost clumpy. Upping my water intake then made thinner and also larger in quantity.

It's genuinely just a test booster - though I won't say which one. And is 100% natural. The real key is that it's anything that raises your Test levels, which is why Clomid is professed to work - but only for some people. IE: Only those who had low T to begin with. In any case this is the biggest single key. If you have lower levels you won't have much at all, ever, no matter what you do. This is the 'it's all genetics' thing. The reason some people have big loads is because some people genetically have higher T levels. Cough cough *Peter North* cough cough, hormone replacement therapy, cough. Most porn stars are using 'some' kind of steroids or enhancements, even if it's as simple as just testosterone, or clomid, which is all that's needed.
Why have so many people suggested celery works over the years? How could this be, when celery is just 99% water anyway? Well, the key is, celery is androgenic. Yes, as in hormonal androgens. It also makes you sweat a scent that is attractive to women. Ever heard women say how they LOVE the smell of fresh celery, as well? Ding ding. Smells like grass to us men.
Why has zinc been claimed to work? Because semen/sperm contains traces of zinc? LOL, hardly.
Dah - it helps/raises T levels. That's why. And why it takes so long.
Combo that with kegels, fructose, vitamin e, greens and the amino acids and by far the most important - water- and voila.
If you need an on-demand one-off raised amount of semen:
Drink a few glasses of red wine. The grapes contain resveratrol which will skyrocket T in a short time, boost dopamine and oxytocin.
Drink a few more glasses of water - to keep hydrated. All told a litre or two will do.
And eat a pizza. The tomato base has untold amounts of fructose.
Then in a few hours later that day, cum. I can guarantee it will be messy.Last edited by hopefuldude1; 05-30-2015, 05:07 AM.

Do you think any wine can do it or it has to be red red wine?"Girth over length :D "

You can eat celery all day long. Red wine is the same as white wine except they leave the juice mixed with the skins longer. So the red wine has more resveritol and tanic acis in it. Red is better for this purpose.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Red wine is better.
Celery is basically just water - eat as much as you want. But the only real efficient way to intake it in a decent amount is to juice it, and then drink it. A few stalks. Just a glassful mixed with some water and/or other juice is fine, so long as you do it daily. I personally hate the taste but have somewhat acclimatized to it.
Also, I'm lactose sensitive so I don't drink milk, but instead every time I have cereal or a protein shake I use almond milk or macadamia milk. You get a nice vitamin e hit and the coagulator in most of them is sunflower lecithin as well. Just makes it easier than taking zillions of pills. Lecithin only changes the consistency anyway, making it seem like more, and brighter in colour etc.
The largest part of semen as far as realistic food intake goes is just fructose and fluid in general - ie: water and sweeter fruits.
I've actually heard another suggestion of some actors drinking large doses of straight tomato juice for the fructose hit. Didn't do much for me besides heartburn so I stopped. But I appreciate the theory. Rather just eat a large amount of food containing it - pizza being the drawcard. Get one with mushrooms - also purported to bump T levels. Anything that has the ability to spur your levels on (it's obviously not going to instantly climb for good) can trigger your glands/etc production of semen.

Anyone that has tried the stack
"(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg"
Can you tell me what brands you guys brought?
I looked on amazon and found:
Pygeum 100 mg 120 caps by Swanson
Now Foods Zinc Gluconate 50mg Tablets, 250 count
Sundown natural soya Lecithin softgels 1200 mg 100 count
L-arginine 500 mg 200 caps from NOW foods
I'm interested in ordering these supplements and testing to see how they work on me. I was also reading around the thread and found someone commented on taking zinc with folic acid, any comments on that? I was thinking of just taking it along side a Super B complex which has Folic acid already in it. - Style
