Oh and since I warm up under a shower I was thinking of doing A-stretched and Inside stretches under the hot water while warming up. Is that alright?

Is there any theory as to which will gain more easily? A tunica or smooth muscle limiter?July 2016 - - - - Oct 2016 - - - - - Mar2017 - - - Apr2017 feb2019(after mild peyronies)

Different men can have a different number of layers in the tunica. Single layer tunica may gain more easily, dual layer is the most common and may gain moderately, and triple layer tunicas may be hard gainers.
It's not an answer to your question, but is some related information. I wonder if older men with decreased muscle mass might gain easier, because they're building up what they once had before anyway. Just thinking out loud..

There's a lot going for what you pointed out in the end there. A positive frame of mind can make a world of difference in virtually any endeavor. Changing the terminology from "limiting factor" into "optimized growth factor" (or a less crappy name) could help. Instead of targeting what is hindering your progress you are instead focusing on the other factor which will optimize gains. Exact same principle, but with a positive "can do" mind set attached to it instead.Originally posted by XitemeM View PostI wouldn't be too worried about it. Early days, and plenty of time to get there. Have you seen Willo's log? He didn't gain for the first several months and then developed his own routine focusing on tunica. And it worked! You'll get there too. Just stick with it and be patient, and use all the tools and body clues to target your growth areas. "Growth area". Hows that eh? Sounds more positive than limiting factor doesn't it?
Just my 2 cents.

Well, as I've understood it, the general consensus is that girth is easier to gain than length. So I would imagine that the speed of gains relates to the limiting factor: tunica or smooth muscle. So should that consensus hold, a person who finds their limiting factor to be their smooth muscle would most likely have an easier time gaining than a person who's limiting factor is the tunica.Originally posted by SuperDude View PostIs there any theory as to which will gain more easily? Just want to say thank you for all the thought, discussion and effort that went into this theory. It is exactly this type of action that will cement PE and forever change the stigma of theory to scientific FACT.. I too will utilize this theory and report back with progress after a few months.
GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!Well if you can't be handsome, you might as well be BIG :)

Hello guys, Just yesterday I finished my first 3 months of PE workout, so today came here for researching to revise my plan.
Here are my stats to volunteer -
Start - Oct 01, 2011
NBPEL: 5.0'' EG: 4.5'' FL: 3.0" FG: 3.5"
Nov 18, 2011
NBPEL: 5.25" +0.25 EG: 4.5" FL: 3.25" +0.25 FG: 3.5"
Current - Jan 2, 2012
NBPEL: 5.35" +0.1 EG: 4.5" FL: 3.75" +0.5 FG: 3.7" +0.2
Within first two months I gained in length, but no good improvement in last one month. My EQ on average is 7 or less, reaches up to 9 near PONR.
My BPFSL 5.75" is 0.10" more than BPEL is 5.65", I have been jelqing and stretching, around 90% of workout, haven't really done girth workout so far, just squeezes, around 10% in last one month. I gained a little on girth during that last month.
So what could be best workout for next 3 months for both length and girth?
ThanksStart-Oct 01, 2011
