  • my EQ has always been on the lower side. even when i edge, it's hard to maintain erection. a lot of people say their EQ got better when they started to jelq. i didn't see any vast improvements. but when i'm with my girl, i have no issue. i dont get the reason. i usually would say i have positive PI's. just low EQ.

    do i focus on SM or tunica? i want to make girth gains. u also said to focus on girth exercises. I currently do some pumping, jelqing, clamping, and want to add in some bundled stretches. I can't seem to find a good routine.

    thanks for L4M's thread. is that routine too light for some1 who has been pe-ing for a while?

      Sounds like overtraining here, maybe take some rest, and check out how your EQ responds.

      L4M's routine is considered advanced, and not for beginners, and as you can see, girth work is not everyday, KigPole advices two days rest between girth workouts, making up to 3 times a week with plenty of rest. And its not advised to pump and clamp in addition to jelqing all together.

      • oh wtf. lol. i havent received any neg PI's. Lack of wood has always been normal to me. and it shows up when i need it most, so it's okay. but i've read that having good EQ helps with girth gains, that's y i started digging for some info. could you help devise a good routine for the new years? in terms of length, and girth exercises. and how long should i do each exercise and also the number of days? or should i just follow L4M's routine and hope to see gains from that? i'm really intrigued by bundled stretches, and pumping seems to be good for flaccid gains. i don't clamp that much, but i do experiment with it. and i do jelqs here and there. i dont have a set time of diong things, just kind of when i have time i'll do this and that.

        • You need to be consistent, and follow a tried and true routine is better IMHO.

          L4M's is a good and solid routine, and I believe it will help you, but if you want to look further, the following threads may help shed some light

                Bundled stretches is an advanced tunica targeting exercise, and may worsen EQ.

                Easing in to them is best, and you should read the exercise instructions carefully, overdoing them may also cause problems if you are not careful.

                All in all, I suggest you work on smooth muscle, and balance your pelvic floor, eat well and workout, as in follow a healthy life style in addition to your PE regimen.

                EQ matters the most, and will feel better than any size for your lady.

                You may use your PIs and convenience to decide how many days a week you may workout, I suggest you try out and decide.

                  So what about if i do girth mon wed friday. Today was the first time i did girth like for real and i definitely feel some soreness unlike the length exercises and jelqing. So im glad i saw you said that cause i would have done them tomorrow. but damn those girth exercises are no joke i saw and feel my penis stretching and it just feel big lol. Happy smiles lol.                         I think it depends on one's interpretation of the feeling, also, not everyone gets it nor has to, positive PIs are a great sign, and feeling good is a good sign too, pain isn't, steer away from it.

                              MrB8 I would like a bit more advice from you if possible. So i do not want extra girth as i am already pushing 6 inches. Is there a way to do these exercises to increase smooth muscle without adding to the width of my penis. I know i need internal pressure and not stretching but dang. I dont want it too fat

                                Also i looked at them both and they were both good i might do them in the future. I am going to post my slightly changed jp 90 routine and can you tell me if you think its too much
