Smooth muscle exercises are girth targeting, they require conditioning, If you are a beginner, then follow jP90 or any other beginners routine for at least three months or until your gains stop, they will condition your penis for more advanced exercises if you ever need them and will/may give you gains too.Originally posted by oneye View PostSeems smooth muscle is my "limiting factor". Is there a link where we can read about girth exercises? Pictures or videos would be helpful.
Consider implementing this theory to break the plateau or increase gains in a certain direction based on the experience you'll gain about your penis and how it works and how to PE in general.A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

What if your erection quality without using a kegel to make it harder is a 7 or 8 and your bpfsl is 1" longer than your bpel ?
Is this not a conflict on both scales?start: November 1st 2012
BPEL: 5"
EG: 4.4"
current: April 1st 2013
BPEL: 5.9"
EG: 4.8"
Goal by November 1st 2013
BPEL: 6.5"
EG: 5"
Ultimate goal
BPEL: 8"
EG: 6"

You should do more girth work if you are conditioned for it, otherwise stick to your beginners routine but pay more attention to jelqs.Originally posted by Joebonner View PostWhat if your erection quality without using a kegel to make it harder is a 7 or 8 and your bpfsl is 1" longer than your bpel ?

Very nice, extremely informative information. I just keep learning and learning. It's a lot to assimilate, however, it's nice to know I am slowly gaining knowledge.

JP I finished your 90 day routine (6,5+ -> 7 1/8, 7 1/4 now) what to do next? My grith didn't change and my BPFSL is 7" and BPEL is 7.125 to 7.25 please advise. I'd like more grith and 3/4" in length (by end of the year or longer)Originally posted by JonPop View PostDo my routine first, as written. Then we'll talk about what you should do next. (jP

Congratulations High30's, your diploma is in the mail.
There are many fine girth routines on this site, I would suggest that you go read and choose one
that will suit your time frame. Also, if you are still gaining from the 90, why not stay with it for a while longer?
Maybe just add a few of the easier girth exercises into it.
I've got a Tiger by the tail.

Yes. That's how I would interpret the theory.Originally posted by randomalia View PostMy Bpfsl is half a inch shorter than my bpel and I have extremely high eq. I am currently doing jp90 but should I do more stretches now that I have new information?
I've just edited to ask: how long have you been doing JP90? If you haven't completed the program, it might be good to finish it then see your results. It's excellent for conditioning your penis and is a must when starting PE in the opinion of many.
Since the theory suggests stretching exercises would benefit you most, just be sure to take your time on each stretch. I'm not saying do them really intensely, just don't rush them. 30 sex or more in each direction and at least 6 seconds for each rotation.Last edited by Aston Martini; 05-31-2013, 05:51 PM.Start: 12/23/12

Great post! I think that I am definitely tunica limited as my erections are always rock hard, even after cumming. I've been PE'ing for five months now and seen little size increases but good indicators. I've got more vascularity and I'm hanging a bit lower, but like I said, no erect size gains. What are some great exercises for gaining length? I'm going to start stretching more and doing some of these supra slammers that I'm hearing so much about. Other exercises? Thanks guys!!

Supra slammers are a great workout for girth and you may get some length. You may want to try other length based workouts to grow your bpel.Originally posted by jeich87 View PostGreat post! First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

I'm on my 3rd week of the JP90 routine and I think my tunica is my limit, does this mean I should add some more stretching, or just finish out the 90 days and then decide on something like that? If I should add more stretching, should it be on the front end or back end? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!"Slow and steady wins the race" :thumb:
