    My LOT is confusing because I thought it was 6 but even at 10 or 12 I get a lil tug. Seems to me the main thing I wanna stretch on my dick is the top cord you feel on top on the dick when you stretch it cuz that feels less elastic the. The underside

    Just did the LOT again and not I'm more convinced my LOT is 9 Since at 12 I get a lil tug back that feels like it's coming from the ligs and at 9 I'm not feeling the ligs as much when doing like a JAI stretch but still feel as if the top is much less elastic/giving then the bottom of my dong

    Anyone know the top cord I speak of and how to break it down!?

    The "V" jelq at 100% erect is benificial for this. But even at 70% it is benificial. Other exercises would include uli's, squeezes and just jelqing with a higher erection level say 70%.

    Also edging helps with this as well.

      Yea thought about it and my EQ is hard when I have an erection not like it's too big and not feeling up all the way (hence girth work needed)?

      When hard enough for sex it's really hard and the skin seems like it's stretched to max

      • How do you measure BPFSL?? For those of us who are uncircumcised do we retract the foreskin & pull the glans & measure or do we pull/stretch the foreskin & measure without retracting the foreskin??
        I think my BPFSL is longer than my BPEL & my erections are very hard like a 8 or 9 out of 10 so I think my tunica is the limiting factor??

          This is a great question. How do you do tunica-focused exercises that increase girth more than length?

          I guess you could insert a foam tube into a vacuum so that the tip of penis is prevented from extending too far upward. That puts the force of the vacuum on the girth.

          • My BPFSL is .25 inches longer than my BPEL but I also seem to have about an 8 EQ level. I am pretty sure I'm not over training because I don't seem to have any of the negative PIs. What could this mean for me?

              After 3 months of a routine like this:

              Rotational stretches s,u,d,l,r ,each 1 min hold

              120 O.K Grip jelqs(1jelq =each hand)

              I ganined 1cm of lenght and no girth, but my EQ is much lower then what I started with. I have a lot of stress in my life these days but I dont know if that effects it or not. My EQ quality was 8-9 but now its 7 on a good day and usually 6 even 5. What should I do? Should I continue with this routine because I gained a good amount of lenght or should I change it. Poor EQ is really annoying, I feel like shit sometimes when I cant get a good EQ when I decide to edge or masturbate. Should I focus on more girth for better EQ?

                I found that even low numbers of jelqs lowered my EQ as well. I am very interested if someone has an insight on how that could happen. According to the theory here I needed to work on girth exercises not tunica.

                • If my BPFSL is 3/8s more than my bpel and erection quality is decent or usual for me, then how should I focus my training? I'm guessing just a balanced routine. I've been making good gains so I will stick to what I've been doing for now. I'm just curious.
                  8/2015 BPFSL 6.5" bpel 6.5" 5" meg.
                  9/2015 BPFSL 7.0". Bpel 6.75"x5.25"
                  11/2015 BPFSL 7.75". Bpel 7.25"x 5.25"
                  2/2016 BPFSL 8.0. Bpel7.5"x5.3"
                  Goal bpel 7.75" x 5.75

                  • Quick question (as I am new to PE, although I have done kegel exercises before, but stopped until recently).

                    My BPFSL is 4.8 inches (could be more as I have substantial fat pad, working on loosing weight that I have gained in the last few years).

                    My BPEL is (at last measure) around 5.2 inches (see above comment on measurements), although I have measured it a 6 to 6.5 inches. Perhaps due to poor diet that I am correcting or even measuring incorrectly.


                    Doing the math on my latest measurements I get a difference of BPFSL to BPEL of 0.40 inches. My EQ is normally 9 to 10 with sometimes it feels like it will explode, and I can stay erect for more than a few minutes after ejaculating.

                    So, the questions is, if I assume TGC Theory, that I should use Tunica exercises focusing on stretches. Correct?

                    • I really like the idea of this "theory". I wanted some opinions. Been PEing for a couple years on and off gained only .5 inch in length. Tried alot of stuff ,advanced exercises, but decided to take time off then start from scratch. I have less than a month left with JP90 and really haven't gained much but my workouts are going very well great expansion ,very good erection quality, stamina through the roof. Determined that my Tunica is the limiting factor on account that my erections are 9-10 consistently. After JP90, I wanted to change it up some. I really want to gain girth (get to that 6+ range at 5.2 now) but don't want to give up on length(Get over 8+in at 7.5-6 now). So was thinking of 60% length 40%girth routine.

                      Tell me what you think:

                      100 JAI stretch (warm-up)
                      Basic JP90 stretches
                      O-Bends
                      3-5x 30sec Bundle stretch (not sure how many to do)
                      300 total Wet jelqs
                      **180 V-Jelqs (Not sure whether to do away with these for now since they really target smooth muscle well)**
                      End with 20-30 min edging

                      2 days On 1 Off


                      Be great to hear people's opinion. Been PEing for a while. Be nice to start gaining again. Thanks.

                        in some ways your situation is like mine, however. I have just started PE'ing. I tried jelqing a few years ago, but didn't stick with it. I am fairly certain my limiting factor is the tunica, as my BPEL is 5.2 and BPFSL is 4.8. I have already hit 5 with my BPFSL.

                        Your routine sounds good (although I am no expect by any means). My understanding of TGC theory is the difference in measurement between EL and FSL will help determine your limiting factor.

                        I now believe I am one of those in the middle and after my 90 days, I will do as you, mix both girth and length.

                          • Hey guys,

                            Newbie here. I started JP's 90-day newbie routine on a 1-day on/ 1-day off basis and noticed some evident flaccid size gains and erect girth gains after only about 45 days. But my EQ went down proportionally (maybe from 9.5 to 5). I stopped everything for about a week, and while I see my EQ get back to normal, I also see some of those size gains decrease.

                            At this point now, my erections are around 8.5 (recovering, should be better next days), but BPEL and BPFSL are very similar. I haven't measured them while I was bigger and softer, but apart from this, everything points to the tunica expanding and not being caught up by the smooth muscle. Does that make any sense?

                            I'm also reading through the pelvic floor balance thing, maybe that was the cause of loss in the EQ. Well, I say that because I'm actually not that of a newbie, I had tried PE a couple of times before a few years ago and got the same results: great size increases with loss of EQ. It's so frustrating because I got so happy with my bigger unit but didn't have the power to use it lol. After I stopped, size gains decreased a bit and EQ got back. So I decided to stick with an average but hard one at the time.

                            But right now, I'm determined to find a routine that Works for me. There must be a way to gain size and maintain or improve EQ. BTW, this year I tried kegelling with nice results in the beggining but ended up overtraining, so I stopped everything for two weeks and things got back to normal.

                            So, how do you suggest I find out if my problem is proper kegeling/pelivc floor balance or the tunica/smooth mucle thing?

                            Also, any suggestions for girth exercises for the smooth muscle for a newbie? I'm adopting the less is more approach, so I'm threading lightly and safely.

                            (sorry for the long post but I thought it was relevant to include all this info on myself).

                            • I honestly don't understand how your BPFSL is smaller than your BPEL… or even the how this is possible.
                              I know people do on occasion have a longer BPEL, I just don't understand.
