        This is my 3rd go at it. Longest I have done it consistently is 6 months in 2011. Im reconditioning right now for at least 90 days, but am researching and learning for what to try afterwords.

              IMO- re:

              Technically you'll be getting a slightly greater stretch with the V-Stretch since it's more conducive to a downwards angle.

                      If you took the time to read then you would know but to save you time, smooth muscle work, such as jelqs and ulis.

                            • Okay, so if my BPSFL is less than my BPEL and my erections are hard it's an issue with my tunica? Just want to make sure I'm doing this right and that's what the first page seems to say.

                              BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
                              BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)

                              Current (4/10/2018)
                              BPEL: 8"
                              MSEG: 5.375-5.45"

                                ince BM works girth, does that mean it also works smooth muscle? Not sure if it works the penis internally or externally. Sorry if that's a silly question, i don't want to assume anything here
