Nature will only give you so much through puberty.
Now if you wish to increase the size of your penis manually, that's a different story.

BPFSL is 7" at best, BPEL is 7" at best.
EQ maybe a 8?

My current measurements are 7.4" BPEL, BPFSL is 6.9". Last time i checked, my EQ was 8 to 9. So my limit has to be the Tunica, right?

Great read. I actually stopped making length gains but was getting much harder erecrions from my routine so I just kept at it. I recently just started hanging because I want more length and decided to work on it solely... me assured my flaccid and erect state and they both are 6" so it looks like I'll be working on length for a while then switch it back to girth. I think this theory will defiantly help me in continuing to consistantly gain. More focused than ever now.BPEL: 5.25,5.5,5.75,6.0,6.25,6.5,6.75,7.0,7.25,7.5,7.75,8.0"+
EG: 4.25,4.5,4.75,5.0,5.25,5.5,5.75,6

I am currently doing 45 A-stretches and 50 advanced squeezes. My BPFSL is 5", my BPEL is 5.2". BUT my EQ I would say is at most a 7 (hard but you can squeeze into it like if you squeeze your nose's tip). Also my hanging flaccid is 3". I want length, but TGC now would suggest smooth muscle aka girth work. How do I balance it now?Starting Stats (08-26-2014):
4"x4.08"(Base)/3.77"(Midshaft)
Current Stats (04-12-2015):
5"x4.39"/4.39"
Next Goal:
6"x4.5"/4.5"

Maybe add light jelqing after the squeezes. Consider it more of a massage of the smooth muscle. Also your EQ could be suffering a bit from the A stretches.
A-stretches work the Tunica. Squeezes I think works on expanding that as well but don't massage the smooth muscle to promote growth.
Maybe switch to
35 A stretches
50 light jelqs
35 Advanced squeezes.
And adjust your workload to concentrate more on EQ + stretching/expansion rather than the more stretching/expansion only workout you've got going on now.
Take those numbers and play with them till you find a happy medium and your EQ is heading up.
That's how I would do it if I was that far along on my progress.

Thanks for your workout proposal! I will do research on what the squeezes are targeting and then I will try yours. Since I was going for length I searched what was targeting the tunica, so that was intantionally, but I thought squeezes would be going on to the smooth muscle. Now reading about TGC Theory I was wondering, because my flaccid size isn't that great either, maybe a well blooded (much blood in it, don't know how to say^^) will do him a good size boost^^Originally posted by computerguy View PostMaybe add light jelqing after the squeezes. Main Clue 2: Your BPFSL is more than .5" greater than your BPEL. Remember that tunica is most likely the part of the penis that determines how far the penis can be stretched. So when the BPFSL is much greater than the BPEL, it means that the length of the penis can actually extend further than its length when erect. So your tunica length is already ahead of your erect length -- and thus not the limiting factor, making the smooth muscle the limit here.Originally posted by Cool 8 View PostMy BPSFL is .6 longer than my BPEL.

So, in this case, when you get an erection, there isn't enough smooth muscle to completely fill the the gap between the tunica and the smooth muscle. But if you PE and enlarge the smooth muscle (or create more smooth muscle cells), then:
The gap will be filled
Your smooth muscle size will catch up the tunica
Your penis will get bigger and harder
So according to the theory. If it's correct you need to work on the smooth muscle. So girth work. Mainly jelqing. But if your looking for length do so at a lesser erection level. This should excersise and work on the smooth muscle without stressing your Tunica until your BPFSL and BPEL are closer together
