Hey, I was wondering what I should focus on as after reading the Theory Im an unsure what to do. My BPFSL is almost exactly the same as my BPEL and my EQ I think is prob somewhere at 7 or 8. Im Guessing that as I had the Morning wood the other day and my wife was amazed at how hard it was so I guess my EQ is low not sure how to tell.Starting: 06/04/2013
BPEL 6.9
Goal:
8 BPEL

HELLO there....i measured mu BPEL is 7.2 inches and so is my BPFL. My EQ is between 7 to 9....so please...any ideas what to do?
My programm is 15 min warm up,
15 min strech (exactly as jp routine all all the direction he mentions with kegel)
10 min jelq (5 min wet jelqs and 5 min V jelqs )
10 min edging
10 min warm down
should i change something????????????????????????????????????

It seem my BPSFL is around .5 in longer and EQ of around 8, so it seems I should focus on girth.
I'm going to try this out, has somebody confirmed better gains following this theory? As 11/Oct/12 after 1.5 months of PE:
BPEL - 5.5"
EG - 5.0"
As 14/Dec/12 after 3 months of PE:BPEL - 6.1"
EG - 5.2"
First Goal:
BPEL - 6.5"
EG - 5.25"

I don't know if it's been quoted here or elsewhere in the forum, I just came across this page earlier while browsing for penis anatomy.
Medscape: Medscape Access
There's quite a chunk of info compressed in those tabs (my thanks go to the authors and editors). Hopefully others will see and benefit their PE routines from it. I'm already certain that stretches and squeezes in particular should work in theory for all PEers.
Cheers and good luck all

I should have read this a "long" time ago. It makes a whole lot of sense. Just as input or testament to the theory, I was struggling to hit the seven mark. Girth shot up almost instantly and 1/4 inch gain which is not unusual for new PE'ers. My routine has not been consistent admittedly. Life tends to get in the way. PE is more fun more me and not very high on my priority list. However, There was a two week period prior to hitting 7", I consistently for 6 days each week would do stretches, 3-4 times a day as was convenient and jelq at night. That two weeks gave me almost the entire last 1/4" length gain to 7".
For Ramani, with a full 1 inch difference between BPEL and BPFSL, you sound more like a smooth muscle issue. How much of a smooth muscle issue depends, on your EQ. I think it was Part 3 that will gave you an idea of how to balance your routine, girth vs length.Start: 9/2012 6.5x4.5
Progress: 8/3/2016 7.375x5.1
Goal: 7/16/2015 7.75x5.5

Hey guys,
Something originally posted in my Progress Log, but I wanted to know what you all thought about it. Cheers!
-------------------
I had the thought over the weekend that according to TGC, my original suspicion of my limiting factor being my tunica may in fact be my smooth muscle. I’m not too sure. My original measurements had my BPFSL as being < 0.5” to that of my BPEL leading me to think my limiting factor was my tunica, but equally so, this last week or two I feel that my EQ has gone down a little. So perhaps it is more my smooth muscle now that needs to be worked on…? Thoughts anyone?
I will measure up soon and compare my BPFSL vs my BPEL and see if it is similar to my original difference (0.16”). I just had a look at my measurements from my last recording (02/09) and my difference is 0.59”. So….according to TGC, I should probably be focusing more on smooth muscle now.
Is this something common / to be expected? To go from needing to focus on one thing for a time (tunica), and then finding that your limiting factor has progressed on to the other (smooth muscle)??
I will post this as a general discussion in the forum as well as within the TGC thread; I’m curious what the PE public have to say on this…BPEL: (17/07/2013) 6.88 +0.13 [7.01] --> 8.5
MEG: (17/07/2013) 4.63 +0.49 [5.12] --> 6.5

Thumbs up. Sounds like you are progressing wonderfully.
Thank you. But is it common for one's limiting factor to change over time (and as such, one's PE schedule needs to adapt accordingly)??BPEL: (17/07/2013) 6.88 +0.13 [7.01] --> 8.5

During my time here at the gym, I have noted from numerous members, that is not UNCOMMON to have to change up routine for multiple reasons; hitting a plateau, current routine is having little effect, and yes, as is your case, just to keep things balanced and growing.Start: 9/2012 6.5x4.5
Progress: 8/3/2016 7.375x5.1
Goal: 7/16/2015 7.75x5.5

My BPFSL is about 1" (6.5") shorter than my BPEL (7.5"). I find it hard to measure as my ligaments strecth out quite far, maybe the PE'ing has worked my ligaments well?
This came as a bit of a surprise to me as it I believe that means I have a lot of Tunica work to do?
I tend to have very hard erections between 8 - 9.5/10 and sometimes less depending on how tired I am.
My question is will adding Tunica Tugs, V stretches and A stretches into my JP90 routine be safe?
Should I even do the JP90 routine?
Is it OK to do Tunica tugs each day?Solely JP90
September 2013 - 7.5" (19cm) BPEL (90% EQ)
October 2013 - 7.75" (19.68cm) BPEL (100% EQ)
---3 month break----
Tunica exercises, all day stretcher and bathmate started February 2014
March 2014 - 7.9" (20cm) BPEL (90% EQ)
