    Maybe your tunica grew faster and/or more than your corpus chambers, thus you need to do internal exercises to catch it up.

      and my BPEL is 6.2

      what is my limiting factor ? it seems to be i'm dead in the middle.

      • Hmm, I think I'm a smooth muscle case. EQ is often 7-8, although when really worked up I can get that 10 but just not every single time...and I'm only in my young 20's. At least half an inch between BPFSL and BPEL, sometimes could probably get .75. However, I'm just starting up and trying to condition the fella and I feel like I'd like some more length first. Maybe just add it a little more girth or just general jelqs with the beginner stretches?
        BPFSL: 5.5inches
        BPEL: 5.1inches (100% erection)
        NBPEL: 4.6inches
        EG: 5inches

        Goal in the next year or two: 6x6 or possibly more :)

        • My BPFSL is like 0.4" longer than my BPEL so I guess I dont have a limiting factor.

          I will work both the tunica and the smooth muscle, currently with JP 90 and the Bathmate X30

          • My bpfsl is 8.0. The one time i got my EQ to ten my BPEL was 8.0 that but its extremely difficult to ever get that again. Without it being a ten my BPEL is about at 7.5 i usually have about a 7 in terms of EQ. So i need girth based exercises then? Based on what i just read. Damn i didn't want girth though. Are there girth exercises that can work while not improving girth that much?

              I think it will take more time to grow enough smooth muscle to catch up with the tunica before you get noticeable girth gains, but you will definitely notice HARDNESS and increased EQ, which will account for girth gains BTW

                So Girth Exercises will equal gains in length and hardness? Due to my lack of Smooth muscle and its inability to keep up with my Tunica? And when Smooth muscle catches up then i wll start to actually get girth increases. This is very cool that people have figured out this stuff on their own.

                  I can't accurately guesstimate the direction in which you will gain, as everyone is different.

                  Growing more smooth muscle to fill in the gap with the tunica will increase hardness and size, it could be just length, girth or both, but for many men girth gains are harder to come by than length.

                    I hope that goes for me as well i just want length unfortunately i have gained in girth already. Also what is the difference between a shower and a grower?

                      A shower has a large flaccid that doesn't necessarily grow a lot bigger when erect, like 5" flaccid, 6" erect.

                      A grower, has a regular or small flaccid that grows double or triple in size while erect.

                      • Hi, I was reading this thread.
                        I have EQ's at about 7-8. And my bpfsl and bpel difference... is about the same.

                        according to theory, because of EQ i should focus on smooth muscles. But based on difference, i should focus on tunica? my goal is to gain length and girth, but i'm at a point where i'd rather gain girth than length.

                            • i have been consitently pe-ing for about 5 months? but have been conditioning for a little over a year. my EQ is kinda poor actually. i dont get morning wood, and don't seem to get sporadic ones. however when i'm with my girl i do get up very easily. but even then i wouldnt say i was a complete 10 EQ. tips and recommendations please.

                              • Are these negative PIs because of your PE routine or were you always getting them?

                                If what you describe is a result of PE then you are overdoing it, if not, then check your diet, exercise plan, and pelvic floor, kegels and reverse kegels help erection quality and control, also girth exercises.
