Is there anything else that could explain the lower EQ?
I would say you should favour length exercises and also kegels/reverse kegels.
Have you considered hanging?
Well it's creeping up to an eight. I'd say lack of daily exercise, but both of these are getting better.
I do both length and girth. I cannot hang yet I am still a beginner. I do however mix some higher level exercises (at lower intensity, durations and short durations) since I can still get positive PIs.
Do you have a log Hanma? I thought for a minute that you might be ready for more advanced PE because of your join date. So how long has it been? It was a bit stop start or something wasn't it?
Well, after conditioning then, if I were you, I'd be concentrating on length and tunica for sure. Got to increase that BPFSL!
Yeah I had to stop for 3 months after about 1.5 months. I started again now I am 1.5 months in. I'm doing every exercises I can. And yeah, gotta increase my BPFSL. I have troubles measuring it, but when it gets closer to my belly button I'll know it's increased.
I wouldn't be too worried about it. Early days, and plenty of time to get there. Have you seen Willo's log? He didn't gain for the first several months and then developed his own routine focusing on tunica. And it worked! You'll get there too. Just stick with it and be patient, and use all the tools and body clues to target your growth areas. "Growth area". Hows that eh? Sounds more positive than limiting factor doesn't it?
Interesting, I've been mostly working my tunica, when it seems my smooth muscle is my limiting factor. I will have to be changing my routine now for more girth oriented exercises. This was a good read.
Just wanted to throw out there according to the tgc theory I needed to work my soft muscle and doing so made great gains at first then lost them...i believe this is because I was not resting as much as I should have with the extra girth work. So anyone who will be working their soft muscle and doing extra girth work should probably cut back to 3 workouts a week.
