Could anyone help me to figure out which one I am? My Bpfsl is like 2.75 inches less than my Bpel and I haven't gotten 80-90% hard for a long time until tonight, is that possible or did I do something wrong?

That sounds impossible to have that great of a difference Kurama. Remember your BPFSL is your Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length which means you stretch it straight out and ghen measure it bone pressed...just incased you measured your normal flaacid or something.
Anywho, I just wanted to post on how things have been going for me. I've been focusing on mainly length routines since my tunica is my limiting factor and I have definately seen improvements especially in girth. I'm thinking about measuring in a couple weeks and I can't wait to see what gains I've made!

I had previously limited my PE to mainly jelqing at a higher erection level around 60-70% or so. I did gain about .5 inch or so over a period of time then any gains stopped. Erections were always great at a 9 or 10 so i kept doing the same routine, pretty much off and on for several months.
A few weeks ago I started using an extender for the first time. I know jelqing can work length and girth but I think I am starting to gain again since starting up with this extender. I measure against a spray bottle that's always in the bathroom and I am reaching new heights on the bottle easily. I press the base of the bottle into the pubic bone and mark where the tip of the head reaches on the bottle. To me after only a few weeks, seems amazing. It would also stand to support your theory posted here. I will take good measurements at a later time and post where I am and continue to update any progress. Excellent info guys. Alright...I just read over this entire thread and have a few questions/concerns.
It appears my BPSFL is equal to my BPEL which means my tunica is my limiting factor. This is also reinforced by my 10EQ which has gotten stronger since I started PEing two months ago. I absolutley love my hard erections and so does my wife. From my understanding after I finish JP90 I should focus on stretching but one of the things that will result is a drop in EQ as my BPSFL moves further past my BPEL. This does not sound like something I want. My question is as I grow in both BPSFL and BPEL by exercising the tunica and my EQ drops to an 8 or so, is there any way to get it back to a 10 like it is currently? I would honestly rather have a half inch less with a 10 EQ than another half inch with an eight.
I'm hoping that as my BPSFL gets further above my BPEL thus resulting in a gain in BPEL that I can then focus on girth exercises to close the gap and bring my EQ back to a ten. Is this doable?
Also, it's my understanding that since my tunica is limiting my smooth muscle a girth heavy routine will add little to no girth...right?Starting: 1/14/12

What an awsome article!! Very informative! That's why I love this site..I am just wondering, my bpsfl is the same as my bpel or less but i have noticed a decrease in eq... Should I add more girth exercises since I have primarily focused on length exercises?? And could this bring my eq up?? I am a newbie and I'm two months into a beginner routine.. Any insight would be awesome.

My BP flaccid/soft length is about 3 inches and my BP full erection length is about 6 and a 1/2 inches.
I'm obviously a GROWER.
What is my limiting factor?
What exercises should I do and which are the best ones? Thanx.Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.
