    Hi anon1234. You should start with a conditioning routine before taking on advanced exercises like ULIs and clamping. I bet you anything your EQ will improve after doing JP90, and probably even in the first week.

    When doing more advanced exercises, always start on the less intense side and work up. You may eventually be able to squeeze as hard as you can, but definitely not needed for gains in the beginning, as well as not safe.

      What is my limiting factor?

      remek explained that when the tunica is the limiting factor I should do more length work which he refers to with tunica stretching
      but I thought that tunica stretches mostly result in girth and that real length gains come from the stretching of the ligaments. For example: the A-stretch, tunica tug and bundled stretches stretch the tunica (which is lengthwork and beneficial if your limiting factor is your tunica according to remek) but people mostly gain girth from it.

      I'm confused.

          No, if your smooth muscle is limited, the theory behind TGC says that your erection quality will suffer.

          If you are tunica limited, it might mean that your smooth muscle 'lives' tight inside it, with the result of rock hard erections.

          The idea is that when attempting to enlarge the penis, one should try to balance the exercises that target the increase of the tunica and the increase of the smooth muscle. Sort of interchange betweeen working on the tunica and the smooth muscle depending on which is the limiting factor.

          For instance, if per say your tunica is your limiting factor, it means that you will have troubles gaining length, unless you target to stretch the tunica with exercises. Which means mainly focusing on stretching.

          If then we imagine that one successfully was able to stretch the tunica during a few months of exercise, one might notice that the erection qualithy gradually became lesser than before. Then one should integrate girth work, as to increase the smooth muscle again.

          Edit: I misread your question. Yes, the theory is that if working the tunica, the erection might suffer - but only if you work it for so long that it is a mismatch between the size of the tunica and the smooth muscle, where after overdoing the work on the tunica the smooth muscle gradually gets substantially smaller in correlation.

              • I am glad that I looked this information up! I started hanging a little over one month ago and I've added 1/8 BPFSL, but no BPEL or girth what-so-ever.

                One month ago BPFSL of 7 and BPEL 7 with EQ of 9.
                Now BPFSL of 7 1/8 and BPEL 7 with EQ of 9. I did not measure my flaccid hang but it has changed significantly for the better.

                PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

                    • My BPFSL is 0.5cm more than my BPEL but my EQ is like 7. At the base its like 8 but at the top (head and near the circumcision scar) is 7. So if i look at my lengh my limitor factor is tunica but i dont have good EQ. What is my limitor factor and what should i do?

                      • My brothers, thanks a million for your devotion to self help and improvement. I remember going to my doctor with an article on penile enlargment theories. She snickered and said there is no possible way to increase the size of your penis, which made me feel even worse. Your scientific approach to pe makes alot of sense...im contributing to your case study on TGC..My bpel is 6.5" and my bpfsl is 7" my eq's have been mostly 5.5-7 at best . Ive had a vasectomy in 2005 ive noticed many negative pi because of this, can you suggest a routine for me to maximiz gains ? According to your theory my limiting factor is the smooth muscle tissue. Ive been trying pe for a year on and off but I suspect i havent been doing them correctly due to misinformation. Im starting as a newbie in hopes that I will get this correct with the help of all my new brothers here in pe gym. Thank you all for your help and support... My long term goal is , BPEL8.5-9" and EG 6-7" with the aid of this website and its members I believe I will achieve my goals in due time!! Thanks again..

                          my erection level is probably an 11/10. i think its because i do masterbate and have sex often along with jelqing whenever i can...im currently focusing on intense manual tunica stretches and ball-pumping.

                          I see and feel myself making gains, (haven't made any recent measurments) My gf keeps making comments on how it looks bigger and how it hurts more in certain positions. I also feel my penis bending on her cervix every time i thrust.

                          Ill be focusing more on stretching excersizes until i see a dip in my EQ.

                            • Hit a bump myself with my PE last year, and haven't really worked with it since then. Then I seen this, apparently smooth muscle was my limiting factor since my EQ was like maybe 7.5-8 and stretched flaccid was over a half an inch longer than erect. So I started working with girth exercises since then, and it's been great! Noticed a major increase in hardness, been getting so hard it aches and doesn't wanna go down. Increase in flaccid hang too, even after working out it hasn't shrunk down any. Also noticed an increase in precum and sensitivity as well. Interesting stuff! Think soon it'll be time to switch to primarily length exercises for a while.
                              Starting:
                              12cm Girth x 16cm Length

                              5/2/12:
                              12.75cm Girth x 17.5cm Length

                              Goal:
                              14.5cm Girth x 21cm Length

                              • You should focus on your tunica but you can still jelque and keggle. Have you finished a beginner routine yet? If not do the jp90 first.
