    This exercise is not for newcomers. As has been voiced above, the stress on the glans is intense. I would not recommend it for newbies, for sure. I also question the one inch claim--seems far-fetched to me--especially based on a single exercise. Whenever I read such a claim, I question the person's motives.

      Some people have reported gains from it, feels intense if done correctly.

        As soon as I figure out how to do this exercise I will post and video of it in this exercise.
        And by the way,I agree with the other senior members about the excercise getting more popularity due to its "Mandingo" name.

          I tried this excersise today, its an intense stretch you can feel it being pulled from ur pc/bc muscle area. I did 4 sets and I could only manage 30-60 second holds.

                      Theres a stong chance it was that, or the PNF stretching, and 50 high erection level jelqs. Thats all I ever do.

                            Ahh the famous proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretch, based on Herman Kabat's principles and adapated to pe.
                            Was it Al who adapted it to pe? This approach is widely used by athletes and dancers.
