        Athletes and dancers use it(pnf) to stretch muscles, eg hamstrings beyond the range eaisly atainable by old style stretches.

        Simply put, you stretch to your normal extent then apply isometric force then stretch again. This may be repeated several times, you can usually stretch further using this method,

            wow, i just did this for the first time and it really is a good stretch. good warm up though before trying i would recommend.

                  I tried that Mandingo Stretch and, wow, I could feel a tug all the way to my anus. That's an amazing tug - but hard to hold when you're soaped up in the shower.

                    wow, this stretch is pretty intense. I like it, but I have to be careful that I don't overdo it. It seems like it'll be really easy to overwork my penis w. Probably going to wait a few more months before I revisit this one.
