Exactly what the title says. Does anyone know if creatine influences gains at all?

I wouldn't say that it would hurt or help gains, if anything would help it would be any good N.O. product since it increases blood flow so therefore bigger harder erections, it may also help with PE exercises such as jelqing since you can push more blood in due to the capillaries being relaxed I could be wrong on that but it's fairly logical.

From my own personal knowledge Phospho creatine is used in the first energy system of exercise. When you lift and a weight or sprint under 10 seconds that time frame you are not using oxygen... You are using phoso creatine in the ATP-PC system... Supplementing creatine into your diet (for one you need to load it not just now and then) will possibly add an extra second or two of endurance into your weight lifting routine. When your body would usually run out of PC and struggle then search for glycogen and oxygen it will maybe be aided with a minimal extra time. This will help boost your lifts of the 6-12 (dependent on speed) rep area making your further gains of muscle possibly greater do to a higher ability to fatigue your muscles, ergo causing greater hypertrophy (growth).
It WILL NOT aid pe and gains!

Your spot on there, it will however add water weight so your arms might look bigger but once your stop taking it all that water will leave the muscles. I have heard beta alanine can increase Penis Size and it is a great workout supplement as well but I don't believe there are any reputable studies on this.

Nope. Creatine helps with cellular energy in skeletal muscle and can increase water/fluid retention in those muscles as well... it helps to increase strength and power for bodybuilders allowing for a more intense workout and thus helps to grow muscles. It does not directly contribute to muscular growth per se. It definitely does not help make you penis bigger!

Creatine? it's a powder that you mix with milk or water.
Just like protein shakes.
Most good protein shakes will have some creatine in it.
Unfortunately I can't take it because it is illegal in french rugby
