Hmm...Originally posted by Jackxxx View PostEvolution does exist. Now how humans came into the picture, that's a whole different story. The evidence against that theory makes it a joke. Explain to me for example how is it possible that every single primate on earth has 48 chromosomes and humans have 46. Or how ancient humans built megalithic structures that can't even be replicated with today's technology.

That's a respectable decision. However, the matter is as difficult as dreaming with a world without guns. If you eliminate every single weapon in this world, there will always be a human who pick up a stone and will already gain power over the rest. The only way is to pick up a bigger stone or develop a better weapon. Same in case of sports. If you decide to stay natural, awesome. But you will never reach the performance and achievements of those on the top.

Dude, your completely wrong. So, only cheaters win? Is every player in the NFL a on steroids then? Cause its fair to say that 99% of them were at the top of their class..Originally posted by Jackxxx View PostThat's a respectable decision. your method of arguing is invalid. Just because you can come up with an unanswerable question (How do humans have 46 chromosomes.. How bout them pyramids?) doesn't give you a valid stand point.I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

I understand your innocence and therefore lack of knowledge and logic. What I do not understand, is what do you mean by "cheaters" So if I eat 10 pounds of meat everyday to develop better muscle, should I be called a "cheater"? interesting reasoning...but absurd.Originally posted by faithandhope View PostDude, your completely wrong. If you wonder about football players, read a little bit about "breakfast of champions" I am sure you have heard the phrase before, and due to your psychological profile, I could brilliantly assure that you do not know the story/origin behind.

There's many here who have lost some fat pad through weight loss, and others who have lost a good deal of weight and the fat pad does not shrink down that much.Originally posted by Jackxxx View PostTrue. Have you tried those over the counter transdermal supplements? There's a couple with very good reviews for trouble areas.
I just think that $1500-$2000 to consider for pubic lipo to be done at a bodyfat level that you can easily maintain is a good deal. That the fat pad can be nearly completely sucked out down to .250-.500" and as long as you don't gain alot of weight it will stay down.
I haven't seen many real results of people doing it, but I have seen some and this is how it works. I will consider it when I have the funds. Thats a lot of dick in flaccid and erect hiding out under the fat,a nd while I would like to lose enough body fat for it to be gone - I would like to know that the fat pad is gone at my typical body fat level.

No. If the body needs energy to survive, Its not gonna refuse to burn available fat cells just because genes said so. this is common sense.Originally posted by Pegasus View PostActually the body does refuse to burn certain fat cells, which ones are genetically determined.
Maintaining 5% bf lifetime is not a valid option for most people.
Spot reduction (lower ab work) doesn't work.
For ex. Michael Jordan was destined to be no taller than 5"10 but continued to play basketball consistently throughout his life, he eventually shot up to 6"6 even tho none of the men or women in his family went over 5'10. This is evolution at work, adapting to survive, and to pass on better genes than what his dad/family gave him. This is the whole reason PE is possible, "if u dont use it, u lose it" theory
yea its debatable wether or not spot reduction works, but the idea is to build muscle behind that fat pad which improves muscle to fat ratio in that particular area.

Good post, for the amount of time and money involved I think tracking your calories and macros could be a lot better for you, even if you got rid of your fat pad wouldn't it make your stomach look even bigger.
A few people have suggested that if you struggle to get rid of excess fat even when cutting calories, your lean body mass (the amount of muscle you carry) could be to low, this is where the gym comes in. If you had two identical twins, and one was carrying 12 lbs of lean muscle more, he could eat more calories (ie a normal days amount of food) and have a smaller fat pad and less of a spare tyre.
Did my calories and macros the other night on a spread sheet, its amazing to see how you can alter your food to eat less calories with more protein and stay full, this is just an estimate and will need tailoring in the future. Check out IceCreamFitness on youtube for protein and fat intake needs. They say 10-13 times your body weight in pounds is the amount of calories needed to cut weight. You can do this and not starve yourself, you just have to eat clean.
Cheers Lee.Starting stats: 01/04/12 ---- 5 5/8" NBP --- 6 3/8" BP --- 5 6/8" Girth
Current Stats: 01/01/13 ---- 6 3/8" NBP --- 7 3/8" BP --- 6" Girth
Goal for 2013: Lose 4/8 inch off fat pad + Get over 7" NBP

While I am not that concerned with fatpad as it is effects visual rather than usuable penis, I will use myself as an example.Originally posted by purple999 View PostGood post, for the amount of time and money involved I think tracking your calories and macros could be a lot better for you, even if you got rid of your fat pad wouldn't it make your stomach look even bigger.

I am currently at 12% bf which I can eaisly maintain lifetime, now given that the average 20 year old male in the U.S is 18% ,this isn't so bad. This results in a 1" fatpad ;in some others it may result in far more.
Now I am sure if I got down low enough I would lose most of my pad. So the question is how low a bf? Do I have to get down around 5% or is there a tiping point say at 10% where it will just shed off the pad? Now 10% might be maintainable long term, but I don't believe 5% is at this point.
By the way I am 222lb at that 12%bf so few would say I lack muscle mass.
The average guy may be 140 lb odd lean weight and I am circa 196lb lean weight.

In regards to the original thread question. Cool or regular lipo will spot take care of the issue "temporarily" within two years your fat will come back. So the best way as others have suggested is DIET and Exercise. I know this works because after having a really bad accident that put me on a wheel chair for 3 1/2 years I went from a size 5 to a size 28. I went back down to a size twelve through Diet and exercise. I do not want to be a size 5 again as I feel I was too small then but I am getting closer to my goal. Weightlifting has been my main stay with cardio. Good luck!Mrs. L4M

Hmmm so fatpad lost through lipo will return without general fat gain? I havn't heard this before. Or are you saying fat gain will still cause pad gain?
Re rest of your post 4more, my previous post (no28) adresses this.
