I am sure you look great . I am also sure it is achievable drug free.

I had low bf through my 20's I am aware what it looks like.
I have allways ttrained more for function and am not really convinced there is any functional advantage (including health) to going to a lower bf . Though to be fair my partner does prefer me under 100 kg (220lb) and what fat I have does tend to collect in the ab area . I suppose for me at least some health benifits are possible.
What info I have suggests pad will come down noticibly over the next few %. Of course most guys seem to have little pad at my current bf%. It will be interesting to see Big O's experience.

My early weight training was dogged by poor advice given to me by guys on drugs . The weight training methodology used successfully by guys on drugs, is counterproductive when training drug free.
Thus when I decided to forget anything any bodybuilder had ever told me, things improved.

Well, there is a functional advantage of going into lower bf. Money. I make money with my body. lol. But it depends on each person. As far as health, is perfectly healthy as long as you have knowledge of what you're doing. Is like everything else in life.
