L-Histidine and folic acid. Possible key to unlocking massive growth.

I've heard of the nettles effect on the penis in different places. Kidds description pretty much fits to other experiences.
It intrigues me as well. Nettles grow thick and crazy all around my property in the summer. I know the effect they have on my legs if I run through them in shorts, so I can believe that it could make a grown man cry LOL.
My concern is that rubbing nettles into your penis causes those tiny sharp fibers to stick into the skin of the penis. How often could you get away with doing this before the skin is inflamed with a billion little spears. The skin is an amazing defensive organ but still would need time to eliminate all the foreign particles.
Isn't the histamine response what happens when a bee or wasp stings?

I have a friend who swears he's had a 1" increase in his length after taking folic acid for a year. He attributes it to having multiple random raging erections during the day and countless hours of night wood. He says his erections are so hard it hurts. I started taking folic acid a month ago and I have noticed an increase in my EQ and night wood. Nothing as crazy as he describes but a noticeable difference nonetheless. I will add histadine to my diet. Does drinking nettle tea have the same effect?

I think with nearly all types of vitamins etc that are beneficial for PE, we should try to get them from a healthy diet instead, if it is at all possible. There is a list of foods high in folic acid in the link I have attached here. As you can see, it is all the kinds of foods that are known to be really good for your health in general. Perhaps try getting your folic acid needs from these sources instead:

I am about to get my bachelors in Exercise Science with a minor in Dietetics and i am also working on achieving and ACSM certification for personal training. Then on top of all that i am a huge fucking book worm. i have exhausted the books on cardiovascular, physiology, and comparative animal physiology stretching over the surrounding 5 counties. i am also a very connected individual. in the past four years now, i have met a lot of very influential people and have access to the knowledge they possess because of it. These past two recent endeavors i have tossed back and forth with a few friends of mine. The one gent is my college biology professor, and the other is my anatomy professor. Both of them have been at their jobs for 20+ years now and like to stay very current on things just like myself. if you exercise or run alot you can double or triple that dose without problems. i personally take 2 400mcg tabs due to the fact that i run ALOT now that i have discovered the effects of regular cardio. since taking folic acid and histidine, along with my running i have noticed a massive increase in erections and potency. the number of erections increased markedly when i started taking folic acid, and then more so when i started taking 4 grams of histidine daily spread out throughout the dayOriginally posted by kirkoloft View Post400 micrograms/day which is the RDA for a man.

my bad, histamine usually causes a marked increase in arterial dilation, but not in veinous leading to a favorable increase in nutrient and growth factor accumulation in the localized area in which damage of some kind has been sustained. though, certain receptors that histamine touch on can actually reduce swelling as a means of counter balancing the system to keep from having way too much swelling occur, sort of like a bell curve.Originally posted by watersnake View PostSo are you saying histamine is anti-inflammatory?
