welp, with most things its all about supply and demand. if the body really needs it, say if it is under alot of stress, yes, taking that much is fine. its very comparable to an elite bodybuilders diet. for a normal person, the sheer amount of calories and protein would cause such a strain on the system that the person would just become obese and more than likely develop kidney problems, possibly even diabetes long term lol. but the body of an elite bodybuilder has such an outrageous metabolism, that it just eats it all up. all of that is to say, if it were not for the fact that i am working out essentially 5-6 times a week i would not take that much. if you are super active, then the body needs superphysiological amounts to keep up with the pace.Originally posted by kirkoloft View PostWell, I've heard that it has a negative effect on your immune system if you take more than 800. yes it is in some compounds that get released through the stinger when stung by the stinging insect, but it is usually a means to incite inflammation(favoring arterial influx and not veinous outflow) in order to maximize the amount of damage that is caused by neurotoxins injected along with the histamine by the insect.Originally posted by phallic1 View PostI've heard of the nettles effect on the penis in different places. Kidds description pretty much fits to other experiences.
It intrigues me as well. Nettles grow thick and crazy all around my property in the summer. I know the effect they have on my legs if I run through them in shorts, so I can believe that it could make a grown man cry LOL.
My concern is that rubbing nettles into your penis causes those tiny sharp fibers to stick into the skin of the penis. How often could you get away with doing this before the skin is inflamed with a billion little spears. The skin is an amazing defensive organ but still would need time to eliminate all the foreign particles.
Isn't the histamine response what happens when a bee or wasp stings?
also, the barbs are very very small. hairlike almost. a gently lather on the area in the shower would be plenty to remove any that did not simply fall out or flake off.

Posts #25 and #27 already answer this.

Maybe there is something to that, and yeah diet is more important than people take for granted. I noticed your runner friend ate alot of meats and protein, what about his sugar intake? Anyway, I felt like taking Niacin/Yohimbe has a similar affect especially for weight lifting size increases, but temporarily not so much for flaccid size. But thing is, foods are so highly processed now that all of those ingredients are lost from our diet.

It is correct as Folic Acid drains out vitamin B-12 from the body. And among several tasks of the vitamin B12, related to the immune system is this vitamins job at creating red blood cells and to normalize the immune system.Originally posted by kirkoloft View PostWell, I've heard that it has a negative effect on your immune system if you take more than 800. So always take solid doses of vitamin B-12 - either as a supplement, or increase your diet with food substances like red meat or cheese/dairies/eggs - while taking Folic Acid in high doses.
And so to my question regarding the topic of this thread:
Do people with allergies have the 'correct' type of enhanced histamine level in their bodies as to the histamine discussed here for penis growth purposes?
Further, will the use of the mentioned histamine increasing supplement (L'Histidine) increase already existing allergies or trigger latent allergies?Last edited by ino; 03-01-2014, 08:17 AM.

Working for you how? I.e. more erections, larger flaccid etc. I've been taking arginine recently, about 10 grams, haven't noticed anything really.Originally posted by jedimaster View PostI've been taking L-Arginine and Ginko Biloba and now recently Ginseng, you should try that, it really works for me.Waiting to be able to paint my fella glow-in-the-dark green and pretend he is a lightsaber...

well would you mind posting a link to some articles? the only reason i ask is that the books ive read said that it injects histamine and not histidine. i would really like to see that if possibleOriginally posted by jason1973Histidine comes from the stinging nettle injection as a defense mechanism. The body converts the injected Histidine into Histamine. Histidine is important to normal sexual functioning, because it gets converted into histamine, a chemical needed to stimulate sexual arousal. When taken together with vitamin B3 (niacin) and vitamin B6(pyridoxine), histidine can increase sexual pleasure by boosting histamine levels in the body. So the plant sticks you with Histidine, the Histidine increases and converts to the production of Histamine in your body. The excessive Histamine causes the sexual side effect. So the plant extract is what causes the sexual side effect. I assume since it is localized at the penis, the body naturally tries to fight the foreign substance and the erection is the byproduct. So you can get the same effect with the vitamins Histidine, Vit B3 and Vit B6. It will just take longer because it has to go through your whole body instead of an instant localized spot.
Just my 2 cents, hell I may have it all wrong.
it could prove to be extremely valuable if you did. also you are spot on. b6 and b12 and b3 all work hand in hand in both sexual responses as well as healing/inflammation responses very nice addition that i forgot to mention. repps for you!
