    Hey Unkonwn,

    I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work out for you in the end. I was reading over your posts tonight and I decided to purchase the Phallosan Forte for myself. This was, however, before reading to the end of your posts. I am somewhat disappointed that you gave up so easily on the phallosan. I was looking to hear a success story here. Anyway, I have purchased the product for myself and I will track and post my progress on this forum. I guess that the the results of your trial have motivated me even more to try this product and succeed. I hope you will wish me luck and follow my posts when I receive the product.

      Hey Halorific,
      You did the right thing - you bought the product and you'll give it a try yourself.
      I was always encouraging such mentality. After all we are all different, I'm firm believer in this.
      So for some( like perhaps myself) Phallosan was not....optimal may be...or...I had to wear it for longer time...
      I also feel that my unit is not so 'elastic'. Not sure if this will make sense, but I think that the structure of the tissue( of course) will have huge effect and impact on what results one gets from using the product.

      My biggest issue was the purple/blue stains on my head...My GF( now wife) strongly advised against using anything down there that had such effect on the colour of my head..Her words - 'It may lead to development of cancer cells lateron ' And she's PhD in genetics...and her words got me thinking and worried and ..given the fact I got almost no results in 550+hours..I gave up

      But again - it was she that told me how silly I am to try to increase my unit when its already fairly thick and with acceptable length. By her words I should have focused on erection quality and firmness more instead of trying to increase the size.

      So Halorific to recap - use Phallosan, use the protector cap( I could not put it at all and may be that's why I got those bruises) or I even read somewhere that you can use regular condom instead of protector cap. What else...you may even get away without using the protector cap, many guys did, so again it confirms everyone's different.

      I am selling now my used Phallosan forte( I know it may sound gross, but why not after is properly cleaned with hot water). All components are in tact, its fully working.
      I got Bathmate and now I do some 5 min bathmate and 5 min jelqing , 4-5 times a week. I see no increase in my unit but I am not really measuring. However, when erect ,I can say 6 inches NBPEL, and if I measure BPEL I am over 6.3 inches. Erect girth 5.51, thought my glans are huge when I am erect( Bathmate?), so I appear really large.. And I have a hard time...entering...'in the usual places' during intimate play , lol

      I've bought X4 Labs extender Anniversary comfort edition yesterday... Once I get it I will start logging the progress.
      This one is different( no vaccum, even if all people consider vacuum based penis extender to be superior, I do not want to try them anymore).
      And it exerts tension in different way than Phallosan, which might be what I need...I'll see

      Probably will create again another post for my experience with X4 Labs extender.
      What I would like to achieve( if possible) with all of these PE stuff is 4.9 inches NBFL( currently 3.91 or slightly more),
      7.08 BPEL(currently 6.3) , 6.01 erect girth( currently ~5.5).
      But the measurements vary so much when I am taking them, sometimes I look so large flaccid and then erect, like really large unit. Then other times, I do look soft and 'weak' flaccid and then somewhat 'medium' when erect. It really depends with me

        And I got back to wearing Phallosan Forte. Cant manage X4 labs extender, it has ton of straps, wraps, etc, none of them is suitable to me( some bell system might help, need to get one). I cant wear it directly on my glans so I try with the skin on, but the silicone strap is not strong enough and it slips and its just annoying.
        So got back to Phallosan, this time wearing it with my skin on( not retracted). Got an interesting e-mail from PF support - they in fact recommend wearing it that way. Hm, in the past I think I got other information, but they say it might have been old info, that the right way is without retracting the skin( for uncut guys, obviously). So yesterday 2h , to get back in shape, all got. Today was planning for 4h but got more than 6h. This time I am removing very ofteh, 1h or 1.5h. Do not care if too often, want to have my glans and colours in tact. Of course, there was some slight deformation on the head, from all the suction, but boner + massaging helped. So fair 6h with several breaks and all looking good. I am getting hooked again with PF ?! I guess so..

        Further, new system for me - every day 5 min of Bathmate( 4-5 days a week), then some moderate jelq 3-5 min, then stretching with phallosan. Just putting the bell, creating the vacuum and stretch all directions for 30s( it goes to red when I stretch manually, but I cant stretch so good when doing it with my hands only). With the PF bell ,I stretch so good it feels so much better and real, like really stretching the thing. So some stretches with PF and rotation and then putting PF and wearing it, for many hours daily. Not sure how many, 4,5,6, 8, 10, depends on the mood , on the circumstances etc. Shooting for 5 days a week.
        Also 7-10 days some warmup, green level, do not count hours really just to get back in shape.

        After that I may finally opt for 'ligh' days and heavy days - low intensity longer duration or high intensity shorter duration. I will see. PF support suggested one never goes to 'red'.

        Not sure if its OK if I post here the e-mail I got from them. If I am violating some forum rules ,please let me know, is not intentional. Is for the sake of sharing as much info as I can:

        It is better not to pull back the foreskin, yes as you mention, the foreskin also protects the glans in a way. We don’t know, that from our side has been some different recommendings before.
        It is okay not to use the protector cap. This is also mentioned in our manual / instructions for use:

        yes, moisture can always happen, but kindly please try to avoid it as good as possible and also clean and dry it as much as possible. Because the moisture inside the bell or at the glans causes the blisters.

        Kindly please continue all you mentioned.
        Tension at traffic light system on the tension clip in the green / end of green area. Andonly if you have the feeling to need a bit more tension to go carefully into the yellow area, but avoid the red area completely. Because too high tension can create inflammation and the cells pull together instead of widening and creating new ones.
        Press the pump 3-5 times, not more.
        Switch the sides daily.
        Manuall stretching is not necessary, using our device correctly is enough, all other things will not help further
        A little pulling feeling or tingeling is a good sign, it shows that the cells are developing

        You have obviously too much pressure/tension at the foam-rubber ring. Could you please have a look into the following link, it will help you immediately to release the pressure of the white foam-rubber ring and get enough force on to the hard plastic bell and sleeve condom:

        Of course they will recommend always using PF in the safest way possible - green tension, after time one can go to yellow, but red is not recommended.
        However, many ppl claim to get results from handing. Now PF red ( high red) is like 3, 3.5 kg, to me that looks like a lot. Imagining that weight hanging on my unit ,is crazy...

        But may be if done right - like 3 days mid green, 4 day yellow, 5th day 1-2 green, 1h yellow, and then 10 min high red, 30 min yellow, 10 min high red, some rest, then red, yellow red and this done for 1-2 hours..perhaps..
        Like a gym workout - light and heavy days combined..
        Also those manual stretches with PF, those are really good, I think they can be very helpful..

        Sure, one needs to check how his unit responds. I seem to have some issues keeping mine hard..its an old one. Not even sure I got to this, never been too extreme in stretching or jelqing, never been too serious about it..so not sure how it happened. So anyway, I may live using Cialis forever( no impact on the health at all, just too expensive, but half pill lasts for 36 hours).
        And I do get a boner, just not so good quality as I want. Cialist helps here when I want to be a bit better. Hence I care only about gains - length + girth. If I feel fatigued I will rest. if I start getting the nasty purple stains again - will ditch PF again.
        Not sure if I mentioned in the past, but when I remove PF, my glans is large and my unit is like 'pumped' I feel it larger, full with blood, feels good.
        It always felt that way, like few touches and I am start getting a boner. But that's normal, from all the stretching there's a blood floating around hence the result.

        So that's some info from me. Trying not to expect much from this 'second attempt' with PF, but I cant help it , I do hope for gains
        I think I will add more later and will share how it goes overall with Bathmate and those manual stretches.

          So I'm back.
          .
          Another 5 hours of PF completed today.
          Those first 6-7 days since i started wearing PF will be something like the warmup period.
          Should I consider myself a 'bit of experienced PF user' since I was wearing it for 550-600h in the past( in 2017)
          This I really do not know...but I am starting slowly again, so will allow myself 6-7 days of warmup, to get used to it again.
          Then I will proceed with wearing it longer ( min 6, max 10 h a day) mid/high green to high yellow( after 1-2 months I guess...)

          Plus, I am thinking to use the PF bell and vacuum mechanism and mount it ( somehow) on the X4 Labs extender, so I can extend my member comfortably using X4 labs, but avoiding those nasty straps ( and using the PF vacuum system instead). I'll see about this though, need to experiment. But straight or down extension of the p*nis ( as opposite to PF left/right) might produce better results for me. Need to play a bit and assess.


          Ok, so my procedure so far (I know its too early but anyway..)


          6.9.2018 - bathmate 5 min ( 16 cm) + wet jelq 5 min + manual extentsion 5 min ( and rotations) using the PF bell red level(manual stretching) , then wearing PF 2h - mid green, switching sides
          7.9.2018 - bathmate 5 min ( 16-17cm) + wet jelq 5 min + 4 min manual extension + rotation, on red( manual exercise) + wearing PF 6h mid green with breaks every 1h, switching sides( left/right)
          11.9 - bathmate 5 min ( 16-17cm) + wet jelq 4 min + 5 min manual extension( and rotation), on red ( manual exercise) + wearing PF past mid green for 5 h. switching sides

          I have three more days( this is all I can afford ) for the 'warmup' period then I will move onto wearing PF for 6-10h , 4-5 days a week, mid/high green. .

          Also planning on keeping my Bathmate 5 min sessions + 5 min jelq + 5 min extension/rotations using the PF bell system( check my photo albums to see BM pressure and post pics. Also jelq pics and the manual stretching pics using PF bell system).
          Performing those prior wearing PF, usually in the morning. Doing them 4-5 days a week.

          After those three exercises are done I usually continue with the PF setup and wear it throughout the day( without retracting the skin) and removing as often as I feel I need to. I will probably aim for 6-10h of wearing PF...
          Will be adding updates as I proceed with my routine/system.

          Also, my member feels alright, I like what I see so far and how it feels to wear PF again.After I remove it and start massaging a bit, I kinda get erect really easy and quickly.
          My glans also are bigger, longer( due to the suction). A bit deformed, but this goes away very fast. That prolongation perhaps can turn to length gains( on the glans) after time.. Or not at all..
          Also I am thicker when removing PF and while wearing it. That should be normal, since there's a blood flow there during the whole stretching. But it feels nice and good, feels 'encouraging'

          So that's pretty much all I wanted to share at this time. I will add more info later.

            Hey Unkonwn, your new routine looks very good. Adding the Bathmate with PF is a good combination (though you will need to gradually increase the time in the bathmate). A break-in period is absolutely necessary for the Phallosan--in my experience, increasing the time and tension too fast (I know it is hard to resist) will always lead to blisters and/or bruising. Please learn from my experience and pace yourself.

            Another bit of advice: try to pump the least amount in the bell--I know that at first it feels awesome to have your glans pumped up, however, overtime it can cause inflammation and tenderness. Essentially, the purpose of the bell pump is to secure the glans enough to hold tension. It takes a lot of practice and effort to find a happy balance.

            I no longer wear the Phallosan Forte because it aggravated a skin condition called BXO, which I found out was the reason why I could not tolerate the PF. I tried for the better part of two years! My glans especially would get red & tender; I also developed a tight, ring-like band of skin during this period (BXO) that caused restriction when my glans was pulled back. I am glad you can wear the PF with your foreskin foreward; I knew that many guys did, but my foreskin would become thick with edema after only an hour in PF.

            My BXO is almost completely gone after using a corticosteroid ointment. I still have my PF and have been tempted to try it again, but I am concerned that it will irritate my foreskin and glans and cause the BXO to return.

              Hey gregut03,
              hm, hm....thanks for sharing this mate.
              I completely agree regarding the vacuum pump. I may sound like I pump a lot in order to get glans expansion but this is not the case...
              I do feel that the pump should be enough only to hold the glans. Now, 1-2 pumps sometimes suffice , sometimes not. Like today, I had to pump 3-6 times , few times during the day, because I was losing suction.
              My glans actually expands in Bathmate so ...I do not really aim for expanding them intentionally in PF. If , over time, I get some expansion due to PF vacuum system, then fine, but is not like a goal or something.
              Another thing is that I will most probably stick to my 5-6 BM routine for quite a long..I tried in the past 10-12 min and I got negative experience.
              I think and feel that even 5 min( 4-5 days a week) of BM on 17 cm and higher( with time...) , that even this can be beneficial.
              Yeah, in the past I was breaking every 2-3h and got the nasty bruises due to vacuum and no penis skin to cover my glans.
              Now, after BM, jelq and stretch, I am not really 100% flaccid, I just can be. So I wait to be as soft as I can, my glans are usually a bit larger and then i put my foreskin over. The thing is that it does not cover the glans 100%, but there is like an opening, small one, where the tip of the glans is not covered.
              So when I enter PF and wear it and when the time comes for break, that area of the glans is slightly prolonged and bit white/light pink as its not covered and the suction affects it. This causes my head/glans to appear prolonged. Also I am using a lot of baby powder, glans skin, so the whole area down there is dry. That way I handle somewhat better PF.
              The fact that my foreskin does not cover my glans completely means that I do not get 'foreskin suction' which usually cases blister on the tip of the foreskin. It looks like bubble and kinda not good looking and it may hurt( got this in the past).
              So far no blisters and no foreskin suction.

              But the thing you mention, ring-like band of skin...I sometimes feel the skin behind the glans to be like tighter... Like even if I get erect( some 50%), that area looks like pressed/tight as opposite to the rest of my member. Like a tight ring...Nothing critical or serious so far but..hm...it may turn into a problem later on.

              I really wanted to avoid vacuum system, so I bought X4 labs only to ditch it after and hour or so, when I tried to wear it with the foreskin on( no way i could try with the foreskin retracted). I really feel the stretch when I was wearing X4 labs even for 1h before it slipped. Because with those classic extenders there's no vacuum, so some issues we face with PF can be completely avoided. But the comfort..that is an issue.
              But I think I can overcome that if I find or create some kind of custom wrapper( large on that goes around the glans and part of the penis) from silicone or other proper material. I kinda have it in my mind...but I need to search the web.
              Till then gonna work with what I have which is PF My ultimate goal is 0.8 inch in length , NBPEL and 0.6 inch in girth Hope I can get those in time

                Unkonwyn, it sounds like you have a good grasp and plan for the PF.

                Regarding your extender: it sounds like perhaps you started with too much length on the rods; if your penis slips out (after properly securing it), then most likely you have too much tension. Extenders are effective PE devices, but they can be "little torture" devices--you absolutely have to take them off at regular intervals to relieve pinching, pain, and restore better blood flow. You can read my progress log (especially the first few posts) to see my history/experience with the extenderPro and PF.

                After trying many methods with the extender, I have found a wrapping method that makes it possible for me to wear my extender. I have posted some pics.

                Best of luck on your goals--which are very reachable. Keep consistent and always look for ways to improve your PE experience....you'll get there!

                    Alright, I think i am done with the warmup period for PF. Today last 4h, I just could not do more due to personal reasons, travel, stuff with my wife, etc..

                    So the procedure looked like:

                    6.9.2018 - 2h - mid green7.9.2018 - bathmate 5 min ( 16-17cm) + wet jelq 5 min + 4 min manual extension + rotation on red( manual exercise) + wearing PF 6h mid green with breaks every 1h
                    11.9 - bathmate 5 min ( 16-17cm) + wet jelq 4 min + 5 min manual extension( and rotation) on red ( manual exercise) + wearing PF past mid green for 5 h


                    12.9 - bathmate 5 min ( 16-17cm) + wet jelq 4 min + 5 min manual extension( and rotation) on red ( manual exercise) + wearing PF past mid green for 7.5h
                    13.9 -same as above + wearing PF past mid green for 7h
                    14.9 - same as the above , but 6 min this time + wearing PF past mid green for 4h

                    And I've done total of 31.5h. Should be fine as warmup.
                    Continuing from now for 5 days for 6-10h on mid/past mid green till end of the month. Then plans are to move to yellow.
                    BM routine, jelqing and stretching , those remain and I'll do them every morning prior setting up PF. Depending on the indicators, I may reduce those three exercises to 3-4 times a week, but if all good I'll do them Mon-Fri every week.

                    So that's pretty much it with the warmup period and with the 'getting back to PF' thing...
                    Let see how it will go now when I start to wear it regularly for longer periods

                      Pumping, stretching and jelqing prior to PF should really prime you for gains! Good routine.

                      Does your wife know about your PE? Is she supportive??

                        No she doesn't know and she is not supportive. She really thinks I'm fool for doing this, that in fact I can hurt myself and that I should be happy with what I got. I am large enough already she thinks, too thick for her at times, too big for her at times But its me who wants this whole thing...That''s why I often run in 'doubts' - do I really need to do all of this, after all my wife is fine with me why I should torture myself with these stuff...
                        And then again my inner voice whispers 'Wouldn't be too bad if I was a bit larger than I am' and so it all starts again
                        Anyway, a bit of increased flaccid length , a bit of increased erect length and some girth..all of this ( if I can get it ) will be satisfactory for me personally. Only for me
                        I just hope I do not harm myself and end up with some partially functioning unit or worse - some disease or disorder or else later on in life...due to this 'forced' stretching of body tissue in artificial/non-natural way...

                        But I'll see, hope everything will be fine now and in future

                          I have a similar situation with my bf of 4 yrs; he has not asked me not to do PE, but has expressed that it is not necessary. As a therapist he knows that body image issues can wreck your self-esteem and self worth; he does not want me to go down that path (which I do occasionally). However, he does not understand--as he is above average in both length and girth. Like you, I have decided that this endeavor is for me--I would like to feel more confident in my flaccid and erect size. For me, approaching PE like a gym routine helps to keep me focused on improvement and enhancement of what I have (as opposed to focusing on me being smaller than average).

                          Side note: I actually made decent flaccid gains with the PF (approx 2.5 cm), which has given me much more confidence (I used to dread undressing in locker rooms, etc..). So keep up the PF and you will likely see those gains first, as they typically come before permanent erect gains.

                          Be cautious, safe, and consistent--you'll be fine.

                            Wow man...2.5 cm??? But you mentioned you used PF for what , 2 years? So you got an inch right? That's awesome. An inch in flaccid translates to half an inch or so in erect gains( I think it should be around this).
                            That was really encouraging thank you again for sharing. I will thoroughly check your log, to see if I can find out your PF routine - like how wear/wore it, days per week, hours per day, the tension level etc.

                            And yeah, I completely agree, being cautious and consistent ,I believe this is the key to get results in PE

                                Update from me:

                                A week passed after my 'warm up' period with PF. The warmup procedure/routine is described somewhere here on those pages.

                                So Sept 17th - Sept 21th, routine:

                                17.9 - Mixing in water 2 tbl.spoons of hydrolized beef collagen in the morning( very high quality powder) and 10 g of L-GLutamine + using home made cream/paste - virgin coconut oil + virgin olive oil + L-glutamine + L-citruline. Massaging for 1 min, then left for 2-3 minutes, then washed + 6 min BM 17 cm + jelq 6 min + 5min stretching(PF bell red tension, all directions + rotation) + wearing PF for 8h on mid green
                                18.9 -same as above , wearing PF for 8h
                                19.9 - same as above + wearing PF for 7h
                                20.9 - same as above + wearing PF for 6.5h
                                21.9 - same as above( just added 2-3 g of hydrolized collagen to the home made penile cream, not sure if it will help , hope it will not cause some anomaly) + wearing PF for 8h
                                Total hours wearing PF forte for week 17.9 - 21.9 - 37.5h ( 50-60h would be better, but hey, working with what I got)
                                Total hours of PF Vol II so far( incl warm up period) - 69h

                                Also wearing PF large bell, large condom, no protector cap( skin on). Not sure if visible on the pictures in my album, so wanted to point that out.
                                Sometimes I'd lose suction, but I will find a away to re-adjust fast, is not happening often. I might get back to large bell, medium condom( I cant use the medium bell, hard time entering there, especially after all my morning penile massages, BM, jelqing and stretching).

                                Pudendal, wore PF for1850 h to gain 0.5 inch BPEL so....man...I have a long way to go. Or we all different and I may gain faster or not gaining at all. Or my other supplemental exercises can help me to gain the same length faster, or not at all. Hard to say

                                So that's all for now, PF Vol. II for me and 69h in total. When I hit 300h I'l measure,.
                                if I measure BPEL I'm past 6 inches, I'm like 16.5 cm, circa. So again setting expectations which is bad, but with my new routine with all those massages, oils, BM , those fancy PF manual stretching etc, and also wearing PF for 300h, after all of this I would really expect to see some 15.5 cm, NBPEL. Damn I would be so happy to see this. And honestly I'd say I would have expected to be more after all those efforts and time, but PF seems to work slowly than noose extenders..so 0.2-0.3 cm NBEL would be so encouraging
                                Notice that I'm not mentioning girth, may be I should, but expanding girth seems to be harder, and I'm not really complaining there
                                Length is what I want most. Anyway, firm 14 cm girth would be great, 13.5 right now, sometimes going to 14 cm , not sure how exactly( this is not after BM, I'm not sure what's my girth after BM, but my erection is not so strong after BM session anyway), but sometimes I get really fat dick and when measure I am at 14 cm. So for 'initial expectation' in the girth department a 'constant' 14 cm girth would be great , Ofc, I'm after 5.9(15 cm) girth eventually and 6.69( 17 cm) erect length( even some mild bone pressing would be Ok and consider it 'victory' if I get to 17 cm erect length)

                                Will add further updates later on.
