    Its been a while since my last post.
    Time for an update:

    26.9 - Mixing in water 2 tbl.spoons of hydrolized beef collagen in the morning( very high quality powder) and 10 g of L-GLutamine + using home made cream/paste - virgin coconut oil + virgin olive oil + L-glutamine + L-citruline/L-arginine + 1-2 g of hydrolized collagen. Massaging for 1 min, then left for 2-3 minutes, then washed + 6 min BM 17-17.5 cm + jelq 6 min + 6min stretching(PF bell red tension, all directions + rotation) + wearing PF for 8.5h on past mid green

      Haven't measured yet, I think I'll do that on 500-600h mark. My c*ck seems to be thicker though and does look larger.
      My wife says I have a big dong and that it is thick( she does feel it, I can tell you that).
      When I jokingly start explaining that... I'm trying 'things' and different workouts to try to increase my penis size, she is laughing at me that I'm silly mofo for even attempting such a thing as I'm large enough and is waste of time to want more , lol

      I measured thickness once ,2-3 weeks ago, and it went to 14.5 cm ( erect) which is awesome, but majority of the time when I measure I'm like 14 cm or even 13.7 at times. I guess it depends so much on excitement level and erection.
      Was I super erect & horny and so my erection was so strong so I went to 14.5 on that day, this I cannot tell, but I saw what I saw - 14.5 cm. Goal is 15-15.3( or 6 inch erect girth). I hope I'll get there.

      About length I seem to be the same, I have a slight curve(upwards) so I'm sure I'm losing some length because of this. As I said when I'm erect my dong looks ..well..not bad at all, lol. I'm not really serious in measuring penis length, I somehow expect that on 500-600h mark , I should be more than 6 inches, NBPEL>

      If I bone press and I use tape and stretch it , firm grip etc, I am 17 cm, if not more
      ( I'm or I think I am 15 cm NBPEL) . If I use a metal ruler and I bone press I'm less than 17, 16 and something. There seems to be a difference, but using a tape is such a joy for my eyes
      I do feel that I'm getting some results from all those exercises, but I need numbers to confirm this.

      Still I could recommend( even at this time , even if I'm not yet finished with the process) using PF forte + Bathmate + jelqing + stretching , as I feel those combined is the best routine one can attempt, in hoping to increase penis size.
      And those seems to work best if you are somewhat average( like 6 inches erect length and 5.3-5.5 erect girth). Note that I'm saying best, like getting even more results if you're around average already. If less than that, just more time & patience is needed. My conclusion here is based on many posts where people attempting different procedures to increase their penis size and those who are around average seem to report 'better' results.

      I'm after length primarily, I've been OK with penis girth all my life ( being 13.5 - 13.7 cm erect girth) and now I've even managed to increase my girth as it seems
      But the length is what I want. A 17 cm non bone pressed erect length would be great so...lets see if I'll manage to get that with my routine

      I'll give more updates in month or so, sighing off.

        And then I stopped using PF forte and stopped jelqs and stretching.
        I am only doing BM sessions for 7-8 minutes, 17+ cm( going in erect or at least 60-80%)
        So my total time( 2nd phase) using PF forte is: 388.5h +285.5h(12.12 - 7.3) -> 674 hours in total for my PF experience, 2nd phase.

        I only use BM now - 7-8 minuted, 17+ cm( going in erect or trying to have >60-70% erection ).
        Leaving BM freely hanging on my penis in the air, after I reach the 17-17.5 cm mark. Then I will do kegels for all 7-8 minutes with BM on, trying to actually lift the damn thing.
        I'll do 50 kegels, quickly the first minute( like a warm up).
        Then, the next minute I will do kegel with 1s hold, so 60 kegels in a minute. The next minute as many as I can doing them fast.
        Then another 50, then holding a kegel for 3-4 s, then releasing and holding again. So every minute I'll do some kind of kegel exercise , amounting to 300+ in 7-8 minutes.
        This is what I do now - I use BM and I do BM kegels, all of this 4 times a week( Mon,Tue, Thu, Fri)

        Another thing is - it seems that I'm really bad( and that's lame actually) at measuring... I never was able to measure properly my dick.

        And I cant say for sure, but my dick is larger, its thicker I just feel it. My wife feels it too. My head is fucking large, looks so nice lol. Those BM sessions...
        Plus, the size depends on erection level and erection quality. For me , if morning erection( when I also need to pee), my cock is really hard but seems thinner.
        Or erection when playing with my wife and if it is a hot weather outside,for some reason I get really large and thick.
        There are just many factors that impact dick size( at least in my case).

        Also I think that I'm larger now than 4-5 years ago.
        I said many times that my gf( now wife), thinks I'm stupid for trying to increase my penis size and that I actually will hurt myself in the process( her opinion) And that I'm already large, why would I want more size.

        But if I have to recommend one thing, that will be BM + those BM kegels. Also good erection quality, it is a must.
        If erection is not good or some issue there, it must be fixed it. That might be obvious, but a good erection is super,super important. So good erection is a must and then use BM. I did not get much from PF, this is what I feel. But BM seems to work for me

        So my junk now is thick( not monster girth though). Also let me share a story - we've been to a holiday , tropical island, so you know sun and ocean and palms
        I had erections like crazy there...many during the day, was ready to 'perform' at any given time, anywhere, lol.

            Well, that's the problem with me...
            I never really took proper measures.

            Also, my flaccid and erect size are affected by sooo many factors.
            For instance what is the best' flaccid size? When you remove your trousers and without even touch the penis, you measure it?
            What if its after gym? You're wet and its cold and the unit is really small. What if you sleep naked, say a noon nap, the unit is relaxed ,still flaccid but the length is different , its larger.
            Or what if you're sitting at home with loose underwear? In all of those cases I have different flaccid length.
            About erect - man, where to start.. Whenever I want to measure I am not 'in best shape'. Whenever I do not care, when I am super horny and ready to perform, my junk looks long, thick, large glans

            Bottom line: I think I've gain length and girth throughout the years even if cant really compare it to some 'baseline' or 'before' 'after' , with exact numbers..

            Final words: I think the PE gave me some results. I think I've increased my girth and since I was more 'girthier' than 'longer', it seems I had easier time increasing the girth. If you follow a procedure similar to the one I've described - with jelgs, stretches, BM and PF - and you're more serious than me and more motivated( say, may be smaller penis and really determined to change that fact), I'd say you'll increase your junk's size ...in time..
            I now care only about erection quality so I use only BM + BM kegels. And if I gain anything size wise during the process, that's an extra bonus

              Really nice haha, thanks for your answer and yes I totally agree.

              To me the most important thing is how it looks on the body, the aesthetics of the penis. I always found that number game silly and depressing but it wont change the fact that some woman will think like that.

                I was playing around and I took a lot of pictures of my penis actually, this is my largest album I'd say.
                I'm flaccid, semi erect and around 80% erect on those pics. Not long but thick dick . In reality my junk looks slightly larger vs what's seen on pics.
                Wanted to share some more recent pictures after all my sessions with PF and BM. As I said I'm using BM only now and will continue to do so.
                The pics in my latest album might be even used for comparison - old pics in previous albums vs newest pics to 'spot' a difference in size..

                  So I've been reading the phallosan forte study (the 2005 study with 24 subjects), and it's quite interesting.

                  And after using the extender for 6 months, the 24 subjects were asked if their erection behavior was "unchanged" or "better", and 13 said better, 11 unchanged.

                  In terms of duration of erection, 18 said unchanged, 6 said longer.

                  For erection hardness, 12 said unchanged, 12 said harder

                  For ejaculation 19 said unchanged, 5 said later

                  For sensitivity 1 said less, 13 said unchanged and 10 said better

                  For libido 13 said unchanged, 11 said better

                  For satisfcation, 2 said no, 22 said yes.

                  From your own experience, is any of this stuff true? Have you experience it yourself? Especially in regards to erection quality and sensitivity, since roughly 50% or more claimed to have experienced imporvements in those areas.

                    In some of my older posts I've discussed this. I had some issues with erection quality prior buying PF and even before I read about jelqing and stretching. It was mental thing...Drama in relationship/marriage...bad stuff... But still I was able to get erection, just at times it was not strong or I could not keep it long without manual stimulation. Then when I was using PF, after I removed it every 2-3 h to pee...that 'sweet feeling of fatigue' on my cock, cant really explain it, but in this state just a single touch or a quick massage will get me hard so I could not put back PF and I had to remain in the toilet long till I get soft. I had a deformed head, red/purple with bruises from all the sucking, but I was erect and hard in that toilet
                    PF team told me to wear it with skin retracted and I never managed to learn to use the protector cap - tried 100s of times, no fucking way. So I've never used it.
                    On my second PF period, the same team told me to wear it with skin on. Which I did. They said that the lengthening will still work, it matters not with skin on or off. And I wore it with my foreskin on and the only issue was swollen foreskin, which could be slightly painful upon touching. And not aesthetically pleasant , but it was gone in...few hours, like 1-3 h.

                    However, that 'quick erection' effect was present immediately after I've removed PF( it makes sense, all the blood still there from the long stretching session). After 10 min or so , if I recall, my cock will go flaccid and then if I need to be erect, it will behave in regular way - it will need stimulation etc. But as I said immediately after I removed PF for short time, erection was happening super fast, few touches, a bit of massage and I was rock hard. Long term of using PF( two periods, each 600h..I think my first period is around 600h also, it should be described somewhere here on the forum), it did not help me much in the erection department. Right now my erection is fine, after I kinda realized it is all in my head. Perhaps BM + kegels + stretching exercises + deep squats + running + circuit training + advanced core exercises -> all of those helped. We sit all day( depending on what we do for a living), myself in particular, for long periods of times and human body was not designed for such lifestyle. So I believe this also fucked me up and impacted my erections. When you add to that some personal drama with a woman you loved..there you go, erection got fucked up for good But now is different, I'm kinda recovered
                    About sensitivity - well, Im uncut. So my glans are always sensitive. I'm losing sensitivity only from using BM. After BM sessions my glans are large as a house and not sensitive and I love the feeling of it lol. After few minutes or so, the sensitivity returns. PF did not impact my sensitivity whatsoever.
                    But keep in mind we are all different - that is why PF might have given me low to none results( and I wish it did cause 'a dramatic increase in size' for me )
                    PF did work well for many other guys - so some probably got better erections, better sensitivity. Some as myself were left unchanged
