Hanging 100 hours a month challange

    Hanged 1 3/4 hours with 0 blisters and viens pop up.

    hanged while sleeping for the first time
    I have two parts sofa so spread it a bit.
    And hanged vertically

    Has anyone has expirence with that?

    Maybe I will buy bed treatment and create hole for my penis

      I have newbe gains of 0.3 BPEL! (total 7.3)

      So far:

      14.75 hours in 5 days - 2.5 pounds - 0 blisters. 0.3 BPEL gains


      Regarding hanging while sleeping:
      I understand that hanging while sleeping is super dangerous. I can sleep while my blood circulation will stop and end up need to remove my penis at all! so I would never do it.

      However I might hanging while face down again.

      I will try to increase the weight in 5 more days and see if I get blisters or not.

        I do not recommend sleeping with your LG Hanger! Vacuum pressure in excess of a hour will lead to a blister.
        The only time I go beyond a hour in hang time is when I use very light weight of no more than 5 lbs.
        I can do two hours with 5 lbs only because I have several years of training under my belt and have conditioned myself for that. But I do not sleep with anything other than my girth band.

          So far did 25 hours in 8 days.. 2.5 lbs, going to increase to 3.75 lbs in 3 days

          Its looks like 0.3 inch gained

          2 years ago I started the journy at 6.5 x 5.5 now 7.3 x 5.5 but I was super inconsistent.
          This year I hope to be super dedicate and gain extra 1 inch.


          Bought today the phoallasan forte + penimaster pro

          I opend small gym

          In the next year my goal is:
          750 hours LG hanger - 2 hours daily
          2000 hours Phoallasan - 6 hours daily
          366 Penimaster Pro - 1 hour daily
          54 Pumping - leluv - 1 hour weekly

          My plan is to replace my porn addictio with this new pe addiction.

          Plus measure only once evey milestone and not daily/weekly. (next measurment at 100 hour goal)

          What do you think about my new plan? would you change anything? any recommendations?

            Once I get my order I plan to do

            Streaching 10min
            Hanging 2-3 hours (reheat every 30min)
            Streaching 10min
            Jelq 10min
            Phoallasan 6 hours
            Hang 15 min
            PeminsterPro 2hours
            Ads during day

            6 weeks workouts,
            1-2 weeks rest

            Every 6 weeks to make 1 day fully dedicated to pe. To shock things up. Maybe the last day of 6 weeks.

            Milestones - Magic numbers
            1. Every 100 hour hanging
            2. Hanging 8-10 killo
            3. Hanging 17-20 kilo
            4. Every 500 hours phallosan
            5. Be able to wear phallosan all night
            6. Be able to wear ads all day

            My guidelines will be
            1. Rest every 6 weeks
            2. Increase tension regulary
            3. Shock things last day of every 6 weeks
            4. Eat well (I am going to work hard so nutrision is very important)
            5. squats and heavy weights lifting
            6. Work 360 - put preasure from different types different angels

            Key challanges:
            1. Stay motivated
            2. Stay out porn
            3. Not getting injured
            4. Be able to increase weights (hanging)
            5. Be able to wear phallosan all night

            I am hope for 1.5 inch gain after 1 year doing this routine. Very optimistic..

            Alteady gained 0.5 inch in the last two years.

                After tons of read and thinking I will.add the following guidelines:

                7. Baby steps - small increases of tension
                8. If I gain dont change and ride that wave

                So because 7+8 my plan changed to
                (Already gained 0.3)

                Continue just with hanging
                Raise the weights to 3.75 start with 15 min and work gradually to 2-3 hours straight
                Then raise the weights and again start with 15 min and work gradually to 2-3 hours..

                  Well I guess you are very dedicated and I don't see how you would'nt gain if you stay consistent and out of injury. Good luck !

                    Thanks for the kind words!

                    I just started to figured whats give/ reduce motivation. Controling thise factors will be able to give me motivation to keep training.

                    Reduce motivation:
                    1. Measure and not see improvment

                    Improve motivation
                    1. Improve intensity of workout even if it was small improvment
                    2. Write down the hours after every session
                    3. Looking forward start using new device/routine
                    4. Start using new device/routine
                    5. Take a break

                    So given that:
                    1. I will force myself not to measure often (measure only every 1 month or so)
                    2. Every workout I will try to increase intensity even if just a bit. (Baby steps)
                    3. Every time I will need big bost in motivation I will add new device/ routine. I will not open the pnimaster/phalloasan forte/other devices until I will need boost in motivation.
                    4. Take a break after every 6 weeks

                    To stay out of injury I will try to do only baby steps and after 6 weeks will do 1-2 weeks of rest.

                        6. Read success stories
                        7. See before and after success
                        8. Get support from the forum
                        9. Get support from bigAl and so.

                        I will try not to use 6+7+9 unless I really need them. That way I will have tons of armor down the road.

                        Just started today 3.75 lbs. Feel great. My plan to do it for 18 days. Each day increase for 10 min 3.75 and reduce 10 min the 2.5lbs so still every day do total of 3.3 hours

                        In 18 days I will measure hope for the best! Wish me luck!!!

                          Did yesterday another 3:20 hours

                          20 min was with 3.75, 180 min with 2.5

                          I will slowly raise the min of the 3.75..

                          Overall did two sets one was two hours and the other one hour and twenty minutes.


                          Started to grow some foreskin, which is something I don't want so I change the way I wrap my penis so my skin will be less pulled by the hanger,

                          Second thing I found is that my penis is quite cold after the first set of two hours so I might try to reduce it to two 1:40 hours sets.. (if no cold mean no blood means no oxygen to my penis which is negative indication.. I will try to reduce that coldness..)


                          The entire time I hanged I read and read and read..

                          So far my observation is that Hanging will work 100%, like a dental teeth.. the two main factors is
                          1. Time under tension
                          2. Overall trend of increase tenstion
                          3. don't use your cards too soon. There are tons of things in PE to try. so easy to loose focus. to jump from one thing to another and to increase tension too fast..

                          Its a long term journy not a sprint, therfore I will hold all my cards fold to my chest and use them only when needed. If I will use all the cards too fast I will loose my confidence and ability to armor for that long journy..


                          Thats my main insights that I think from the couple of last few days..


                          Recently I already made 0.3-0.4 BPEL gains from 2.5lbs.. so I would stick with what works and very slowly raise the weights, I didn't expect such big gains so fast and even its a bit hard for me to believe in them..

                          I plan to finish raising the weights from 2.5lbs to 3.75lbs in 90 days. in case I will see gains I will keep that plan to slowly increase the weights every 90 days (which is much perferable to me.. ) if I will not see extra gains in the next measurment or two I will be probably made some changes to my plan.

                          If that plan will work I will get to 10lbs after 1.5 years.

                          So just imagine how much more weapon I will still have in my arsenal after 1.5 years.. which that idea alone will give me plenty of room to change things if gains will not come.

                          I know 18 months until finish to raise to 10Lbs might sound very long time, and you might think I will not gain from this... however I am flexible to listen to my body and gains.. the golden rule is if something is working don't change it apply here.. I am betting that long time and low weights did the trick and only time will tell if that right or need to change the plan..

                            Did another 3:20, 20 first min of 3.75lbs, the rest was with 2.5 lbs

                            Today is the last day of 20 of 3.75, the day after I am going to raise to 30 min 3.75 and the rest will remain 2.5 lbs


                            I hang yesterday half time while laying on my stomatch and half time sitting on two chairs and my dick was in the middle..

                            So far

                            I am exaclty on plan did 40 hours in 12 days which means 3:20 min a day wich means a 100 Hours a month.

                            Also made an appoitment with my family doctor, I want to check my tetestorn level.

                            Got today my penis pump for mushrum head.. I will not open it until I will have lack of motivation.. its good card, and currently I am holding it next to my chest..



                            15 more days to my next measurment..

                              Did another 3:20 min.. the last day of 20 min of 3.5.. tomorrow raising to 30 min..

                              Temped to do measurments today and measured 7.5 BPEL.. I really don't believe it..

                              It might be because now I measured exaclty after the session.. need to measure in the morning after it.. (so all measurment being equal)..

                              I also got today the idea the EQ are vital to gains..

                              I have tooked today pine pollen supplement for the first time and jesous it give me ton of energy and I immediate saw increase of sperm density.. I am not sure if it had effect on the EQ..

                              I think to take pine pollen tincture + shilajit resin + He Shou Wu as part of supplements and see how things are going.. currenly have only the pine pollen tincture and order shilajit resin and the He Shou wu..

                              Its has both benefits of any aging plus benefits of skin elastic which may help in pe efforts as well..

                                Did yesterday only 1:30 hours with 30 min of 3.75 lbs rest was 2.5 lbs

                                So I am a bit below my plan of 3:20 hours a day.

                                Missing 1:10 hours to meet my monthly goal..
