Extending for optimal gains

    Hi TeoDeles, I have gained around 1.2 inches in length and little more than 0.5 inch in girth (MEG from 4.5 in to 5.05 in) with stretching all kinds but mainly last year bundle stretch -and also pump both bathmate and electric (paloqueth) you can see my album for pictures while in use before and after) and clamp and I usually warm up, stretch, edge, pump (2*10) and then jelq in between pumps and edge after pump and clamp for 10 min and then edge.

    I never considered extenders since I am married and not much privacy (much better privacy past year because of covid) and I do all my PE stealth accept bathmate at shower (wife hates the whole PE, even though I have grown so much, she doesn’t it has changed and I don’t discuss much about it).

    Since you mentioned ideal time is wearing it one hour and break for 30 min for two or three times, it is very doable for me. Can you suggest the best extender specially the one that I can only wear for 2 to three hours with 30 min breaks?

      Thank you so much, this definitely helps to steer me in the right direction, with these tips I can pe without much effort and just keep my consistency and eventually grow.
      Im not warming up before extender I saw that by your research you definitely recommend it, could you give some advice on warming up?
      Easiest method seems to be a rice sock in a microwave, but I was wondering what then, do I place the warm sock on my dick by length and let it like that for 10 minutes?
      Do you have any advice or tips in that department also?

        Exactly... this extender ( like the Andro) have to be used ONLY as a rod lengthening system.
        Thats why the springs in these 2 extenders are very stiff-strong and thats why the Andro doesn t even bother to have tension markings. The springs are there just to help you put the front piece on the rods by compressing the springs.
        You have to be adding a little rod ONLY when in the end of your 1st set of the day , your dick is very loose in the extender.
        Then you keep the same lenghth until one day ( usually its after 5 to 10 days) your dick is once again very loose at the 1st set.

            My best and most convinient warming up is heating with a hair dryer pistol for 5 mins and at the same time massaging the dick.

              On the QEP there is 3 lines below the springs. Would you consider those tension settings even though the company doesn’t advertise specific tension settings at those lines? And. Considering that, would you still just use it as a rod lengthening system?

              Also would application play a role in how you use it? I bought it for curvature correction and not necessarily length gains.

                  No.
                  What would you consider to be “loose” and needing to add after the first set? If the base easily lifts off that fat pad? Reading through everything it sounds like you recommend not to have it with a lot of tension and should be able to bend while extended. So what’s the marker to add?

                    That s the indicators that are needed in order to add the next rod.
                    When these indications are happening during the 1st set of the day its time to add a rod and don t go back again.
                    By this way your own dick showed you that it has gained MFSL( and possible EL) and that is ready for the next length step.
                    The length rod progressions extending works simply because you can t overtrain from guesses of WHEN and HOW MUCH intensity to add because your own dick tells you WHEN to add.... the HOW MUCH is 0,2 to 0,3cm as the Andro rods are comming with the device.
                    When you are adding the new length you will see that teh dick is NOT so loose in the extender anyome... so all you have to do is doing your 3X60 mins sessions 5 days /week and it will be loose once again and then you are adding the next rod and this is how gains are happening.
                    And don t even think of doing more volume/sets or skipping your rest days because you are gonna have the opposite results.... the tissues will get stiff and you can stay there for a life time without being able to gain more MFSL in order to procceed in the next rod.
                    Thats the main trap of all the extending guys with no gains.

                      Yes, those marks are a measure of tension applied by the springs. How much tension is going to depend on what springs you got with your QEP. I got the 4000g springs, so compressing the tension rods down to that first line is about 1000g of tension. The second line is about 2100g. I would not suggest you apply any more than about 1000g of tension (first line).

                        The only difference for correcting curvature is you put the glans support on upside down.
                        How would flipping the support upside down fix a left or right curve?
