This was just my second day with leluv slider. I put the silicon on just behind the glans and when start to increase length even though I feel comfortable, the silicon moves up to cover half of the glans (picture in my album). Does this mean I am putting too much tension (glans get little cold as well)? I am able to press on middle of shaft and it bends a little without discomfort. Am I using too much tension?
FYI - I came twice in the morning and did 3 sets of extender (30 min each) and some jelq after that. I edged and rock hard for 20 min and measured and I was same as after clamp pump days with some expansion from 20 min of edging after extending (I did PE every weekday but stated extended on mon and did it again Thursday).

I’d been extending over 10 hours a day, 7 days a week with no results when I found this thread. I’ve gone up a notch on my extender already and it feels soooo easy following your programming!
I do have a question though, I’m interested in edging/multiple male orgasms but I’m not sure how to fit “training” in with extending... any ideas? I’m doing 3x1h 3on/1off/2on/1off for reference.

I have just finished my 6th week with no results. I have followed the 3 hours a day of 3 on 1 off 2 on and 1 off. I haven’t added in close to a month. Some days I feel like I’m close to adding and then other days it’s really tight like I’m not there yet. Im not sure what to do from here other than to just keep on the same path. Im doing this for curvature correction but I figured length would come as an indicator that the tissues straightening. When extended I can definitely feel one side is a lot tighter than the other which makes sense. I have been doing a 20 min warm up in a heating pad designed for PE and also putting it back in between sets.
Anything else I can do? Or is the process for length/straightening just going to have a different path then just PE?
I have done 7 sessions of leluv extender and trying new things s usually I do 3 sets of 30 min most of the time after girth work clamping and/or pump and edge and cumming. Today I did the same after 1:30 hr of pe which included 30 min of double clamp and bathmate for 3 min in between along with jelq and edge before, in between and after and then came.
In the second set of extender, I watched some porn and penis became 40% flaccid from 20%. Is this good for girth gains specially after lots of girth work when penis already expanded (I have picture of the second set)?

3 hours on training days 60 mins per set is optimal. To maximize results try to extend as close as possible to your bpfsl. If you are slipping out you need a stronger attachment. I've looked at your photos and if your setup causes slipping then you need to change that. The comfort strap depending on what you use to protect your glans can slip very easily. I recommened using a noose. Also try to massage blood into your your glans before extending. Bathmate is the perfect warmup for extending. Try pumping 15-20 mins and then go in the extender right after. (if the skin hurts use babypowder). The big pumped glans will give you a ton of grip and will improve bloodflow. I use a piece of cloth very tightly wrapped under the glans creating an even bigger glans.

I always taught extending required longer hours and once I read this post about gains while using 2 to 3 hr for 4 days, So decide to purchase leluv extender (I have privacy during covid but not for the whole day).
I try to stretch before and warm up with heating pad and through out the extender time I wrap my penis with a electric heat wrap. I can tighten the grip more (same grip as my pictures), but I think the tighter I make, the colder the head and numbness would occur faster. Also, I used to bundle stretch half a turn and used to grabbing right underneath the glans for stretch and used to it and this is the way I put the grip (just under the gland and it comes up when I stretch more inside extender). whenever I put grip way below glans (one inc), I don’t get that much stretch manually. I just did a 50 min set and glans was little cold again even with heating pad the whole time. I always put the nose at least half an inch down from glans to start with but once I stretch more during extending (I am a grower and raise the extender height every few minutes little by little). Sometimes when I raise, penis slips out.
As you said, I think the plastic wrap is horrible and reason for numbness. Next time I will try with just some softer sleeve or other material that doesn’t go completely Around penis to restrict and then tighten the strap to it slip and see how it goes.

I am really confused. I ready studies for the Phallosan forte where people wore it for 6-10 hours a day/night and gained. They did say to keep the tension light, however, I have no idea how tight it is with the Phallason forte plus!
