Traction Wrapping 101

So I tried traction wrapping for a few days now with the self adhesive sports tape, it works well but I can't get more than a day out of the wrap before I need to cut a new piece. My roll lasted about 3-4 days.

I thought about grabbing an ace bandage that has the Velcro edge but I found these intead:

ViveSole Toe Tubes Sleeves Protector Cushions Fabric with Gel Lining (6 Pack) Finger Toe Separator Tubing for Bunion, Hammer Toe, Callus Corn, Blister

Same internal dimensions as a regular silicone sleeve at .98 and 6" long.

My stretched girth is about 4" so this should work perfectly. Will come back to update when it arrives.

So quick update after having these for two days now. I'm glad I got the 6 pack (2 of each size) because these definitely aren't plug and play.

The biggest size (.98 diameter) - there is a fabric around the silicone that can be taken off if you use some scissors and carefully peel it off but because of the fabric it's impossible to stretch or roll it over. Once you get the fabric off, the silicone by itself is very pliable and stretchy (this allowed me to roll it up like a condom and roll it over my unit). The silicone by itself still allowed me to turtle up but not that bad, just felt a tad loose. I cut the second one with the fabric still on into 1.5" strips which allow to stretch out and put on much easier. Ive been using 3-4 of these and overlapping them like an accordion. Gives a good snug fit and allows to pee still.

The second size (.79 diameter) - I peeled the fabric off of this one and this was able to roll it up like a donut too and seems like a good fit.

Right now I'm testing which one I like better the .79 diameter with the silicone rolled up or the largest one cut into strips.
