It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.
Millia's Dick Journey (NEW Introduction post!)

Hi all,
just wondering if there are any traction wrappers who can offer me some support please. Im based in UK and find it difficult to get hold of some of the products mentioned.
Am i safe using an elasticated bandage to do traction wrapping? i have tried it once after my work out but i turtled afterwards and the foreskin kept slipping forward and the bandage almost falling off. Has anyone else had similar problems or am i just doomed to suffer lol.
Any advice for a newbie UK Traction wrapper would be great, cheers

I have recently found traction wrapping unnecessary - if anything it takes away from blood flow and girth. I have found GREAT success with lazy ass stretches. I do fowfers every night for at least 30min before falling asleep - it did wonders for my flaccid. I would highly recommend!6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)

12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

I got one for you guys try this........You will need to pieces of plastic cloths-line 5/16 thick one 10' one 6'. You need a rubber glove the nitrile glove works well. Do all your stretching and then do the cool down (warm towel). Now lube your penis then put the glove on, take the 10' cloths line and start at the bottom and stretch as you rap it all the way to the gland. Be sure not to rap it tight, this way it does not cut off the blood circulation. Now take the other piece of cloths line and bend your penis and form a gap and feed the line in the gap starting at the base, this will stretch that much more if done right. This method is very comfortable and gives you a great stretch for as long as you like. Don't do like me and forget to put lube on your member, it is a little painful pulling the glove away from the skin. Make sure that you rap as tight as you can on the first go so you don't have to keep messing with it. Best time to rap I found is while you are still hanging weight good luck ................two-dogsLast edited by two-dogs; 08-04-2010, 01:03 PM.

Need help with wrapping. I cant get how tight to wrap. I seem to do it too tight or too loose. I know Im wrapping oo loose so Ill skip that.
This is what happens when I think its too tight. Glans bulges out, over a period of time there is less feeling.....as in I cant feel the glans so much on its own but if I was to touch it with an object I can feel the object so not going numb. I can still pee but after I take the wrap off a little bit of urine has been trapped. So does this sound too tight? Using the no hurt tape.....want to try a what a grip but cant find one.
And if I was to wake up and do no pe or maybe pump 5 minutes then wrap for the day is there any benefit to that?

Yes, that does sound like you wrapped too tight. You should not trap pee.
And as to your second question, you can try pumping but soon after your unit will shrink back to its original size and the wrap will be all loose. You don't need the wrap - in fact maybe it inhibits growth from lack of blood flow, who knows?6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)

Its just a matter of personal preference. I wouldn't over-do it too much since hours & hours of being wrapped might be counter-productive to healing. At least some have suggested that. I suppose it makes sense to me.Originally posted by NaguRaza View PostI've just started PE, so should I put the wrappings on immediately after I'm done with the routine and how long should I keep it after a routine? What about off-days: when and how long for, or no wrap at all?
The idea here is, we don't want to allow extreme turtling. A traction wrap can help prevent that. If you really want to counter-act turtling more effectively, you can go for an ADS (all day stretcher). A lot of guys use these to enhance gains.
However, the traction wrap is a cheap, effective way to prevent turtling that anyone can use. Anyone can use it & its safe for even the newest beginners.

yeah, but what about the whole turtling thing when, not only is your penis trtling, but it isnt as fat as after you jelqed it? Like sometimes, actually, after I have a routine, I will only turtle slightly, but my penis will also be noticeably thinner. Like .2 inches thinner around, than before the routine. So what about that? Doesnt this whole idea of prolonged elongation apply to girth as well?

No, not really. Traction wrapping is a length targeting practice. If you are experiencing a loss in girth after jelqing it sounds like you may be using too much force. Your penis should be plump and full after a good proper jelqing session. It sounds like you are causing mild trauma to the smooth muscle tissue causing it to tense up. This will prevent blood from entering the CC & CS causing you to be thinner. You might want to re-examine your technique and force.May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"
Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

Think about it. We go to great "lengths" to elongate our penile tissues beyond their normal resting or tumescent states. However, our masterfully designed bodies are prone to what's known as homeostasis. By nature any adaptations want to quickly return to the previous state. It's really a protection for us, otherwise we would probably be a pretty scary looking bunch with upturned eyelids and stretched out noses and earlobes. Unfortunately, this can work to our disadvantage when it comes to PE.
The idea is - if we apply a stimulus long enough, the body will be forced to compensate. In this case the compensation is elongated penile tissues.
So, what is traction wrapping? Simply put, traction wrapping is stretching the penis out and wrapping it comfortably to prevent retraction.
Traction wrapping works well in the following situations:- Decondition breaks.
- Cementing routines
- After hanging maintenance
- It is very comfortable when done correctly
- It is virtually unnoticeable under clothing
- and of course, it prevents turtling
Several materials can be effectively used as wraps. I prefer self adhesive sports bandages. Generally the more expensive ones work better. They usually have better adhesives that last longer. A single wrap can be used for several days and washed for hygienic reasons. After the stretch and adhesives wear off simply toss it and cut a new one. A roll will last several weeks.
How to Traction Wrap Properly
1. Roll off and cut approximately 18" of wrap (you may adjust this if necessary)
2. In a flaccid state, grip your glans with 2 fingers and stretch your penis out as far as possible.
(Your thumb should be closest to your stomach and your finger behind the glans.)
3. Take one end and put the outermost edge of the wrap just behind the glans, lift and hold it in place with your gripping finger.
4. Wrap 2 or 3 turns just behind the glans and start working your way up the shaft.
5. Wrap as far as possible up the shaft and secure the loose end.
As a bonus I have found this is also effective for glans enlargement. After step 4 I like to push and Kegel blood in to the glans as I wrap. The wrap serves
as a tourniquet to keep the glans engorged. I will "pump" it full of blood until it feels like it is going to burst. It will swing like a pendulum.
There you have it - Traction Wrapping!
I hope you find it as useful as I have!
Hey Iguana!
Now I recently posted that traction wrapping is part of my regiment, after; edging, jelks, corkscrews, uli's, I usually wrap up, after about 20mins depending on how tight i wrap or the position im seated in, my head will swell up monstrously, sometimes it'd be painful, where i'd have to unrap it, and other times i can deal with the slight discomfort. Recently, I left the wrap on nearly 6-7hours, and when i finally took it off my flaccid state was longer than usual, (which usually happens for less than 1/2hr) but this time my flaccid hung longer for about an hour or two. I mentioned this type of traction wrapping on my first post (im somewhat new here), and I was told that it's not good to allow the blood to be constricted in my glands longer than 20mins. Just wondering what's your take on this?

i will try soon, as I am trying to get many videos up. I have some pics up here somewhere in the devices forum, but I will have to find them. Search "WAG" and you should get it.
I LOVE the WAG especially for a foreskin retainer, but its GREAT for an anti turtling device, but I think when I take my DTR (Dual Tension Restorer) my flaccid hang is so ridiculous, so long as I don't overload with coffee.
