Traction Wrapping 101

    Not sure if this is the best place to post this, because it is about extenders.
    Ive seen pictures of your vac extender and really am interested.
    I first got the QEP and somewhat struggled with the noose situation like many do.
    Overall not too bad.
    I do use an ADS like the Phallosan , and originally the PEXtender that was here at the pegym.
    Later got the PF+ and I think it is a total POS.
    The base is way small and uncomfortable.
    Couldn't hardly wear it 20min.
    With any tension, the penis would stick straight out. Push it down and the damn thing snapped apart.
    With that, I started building my own extender with all the parts I’ve obtained.
    First, I used the PF BELL/sleeve and sinched it down with the QEP noose.
    Now I have a super comfortable vac extender.
    I had to add all the bars because the bell was below the QEP cradle.
    In time, the PF bell got a crack and couldn’t keep vacuum.
    Next, I broke out the PEXtender, cheap China bell, and your top shelf sleeves, and am back in action. Vacuum with my Leluv pump.
    I had to add more bars still. At least got something from the PF+.
    I am stretching to about 7”, but with all the extra bars and such, the device is about 9”+ long.
    The extra leverage would weight my penis down, like I wanted.

    I did some experiment with hanging with the PF.
    Hit 7lbs.
    I feel hanging is a very effective program for PE, but have troubles putting that much time into the process.
    Being stationery that much is difficult in my life.
    This is why I like an extender. Can be fairly mobile with it.

    Not sure how much spring rate you can apply before the extender base gets too uncomfortable, but what if you add weight at the end of the extender.
    Maybe enough spring rate, combined with weights, a mobile device can get some serious tension similar to hanging!

    I can’t engineer/ machine this stuff, but thought would throw idea out there to you.
    You probably already thought of it.

      You can add weight to a vacuum based extender.... however a few things to take into consideration.
      If you add weight to the end of the extender doesn't that limit the mobility that an extender provides? Weight has to hang and that would be difficult to do unless you're in a standing position.
      Secondly because it's a vacuum based system that doesn't use a hand pump to regulate the amount of vacuum being extracted, when you add weight the vacuum will spike and 3-5 Hg's of vacuum can be imperceptible and will dramatically increase the likelihood of creating a blister.

      I don't mean to be a buzz kill.... sounds like you've invested a considerable amount of money into PE equipment. Continue on with what you're using provided you feel you are making some gains. When you get to a place where things become uncomfortable or you have stalled, dedicate more time to aggressive hand stretching / jelqing. Be sure to work on erection quality at least 3 times per week. Get an erection and maintain it for a minimum of 15-20 minutes with 75-100% firmness. Include Kegels - 30 to 50 with 2-3 second holds before releasing. Include some pumping if you have that device in your PE tool box.

      Extenders are limited in the amount of traction they can produce. IMO weight hanging is better.

        thanks for the response.
        I have bought some many PE devices, but as far as extenders goes, I really see your LG EXTENDER is a top end device.
        Wish it could be a stand alone purchase.
        I see if you can extend the bars an inch or so, add tungsten weight to the end.
        Guys' that are on their feet all day can get a heavy stretch all day.
        Wished I could get that woody on demand.
        Had RP surgery and typically have trouble with erections , but once and while, a major boner occurres.
        Wished I could put a finger on why and when it happens.
        Big Al , and some are wrong, I have gained size even with ED Problems.
        The routine, manuals , extenders, and pumping.
        I really like the the the products you produce.
        Very high end stuff .
        Your sleeves are the best !

But if you read some earlier posts in this thread, it says that don't wrap over night! You might get erections while sleeping and that's no good because the wrap then might be too tight. You don't want to strangle your ding dong in you rem sleep, right?

          Do your routine, sleep and when you wake up, put it on in the morning and go with your life. It is still a nice way to enhance recovery.
          I have a serious case of ED. Should I wear it overnight if I'm cautious about the wrapping?

            Is it dangerous to keep blood in the glans? Shouldn’t it flow frequently? I need glan gains and so I’m wanting to try this but a little afraid?

              I would advise taking the wrap off after an hour of use to refresh blood flow. Don't wrap too tight, you only need it tight enough to cause the head to swell when doing kegels.

              • Hey everyone so is traction wrapping necessary?

                Im wrapping up week 2 of QEP, i turtle after the session is finished for like an hour but then goes back to normal. I have tried to do this traction wrap thing with a self adhesive bandage, the ones u get from a pharmacy, i follow the instructions on here exactly of how to properly do it but its like the penis is too powerful and just reverts to a turtle.

                  Its not necessary. Try using a heated rice sock after extending if that is possible to help with the turtling or soaking in a hot bath. I used a steel cock ring to keep it plump. Buy a 1.75" and a 2" one off Amazon and use whichever fits best. They are basically harness rings and can be bought for a few bucks vs paying premium pricing from a sex store lol.

                    Alright sounds good I’ll give that hot bath idea a go since I’m teleworking in the meanwhile, do you believe performing a short 3-5 minute ved session afterwards is too much? Sorry last Q, just asking as I have one but not using it. Thank you

                      How come we can keep blood in our glans whilst traction wrapping for 10 hours straight?

                      Is that risky?

                        After the bath PE needs to be done. Its best to focus on. Just a few exercises at a time so that you can accurately track how they are working for you.

                        • I recently started hanging again with VERY light weights so that i don't over train myself again. I hang 1 hour about 1lbs weight once a day (going to increase weights over time but very slowly). I take one or two days breaks during week.

                          Before and after every hanging session i use silicone sleeves to "warm up". During that i also use compression hanger and i hang this small "hat nut" just to keep my dick in a stretched state. Nut is not heavy enough to give me the sensation of stretching but damn it makes my wang hang low when time passes. if i use it for like one hour, gravity slooooowly starts to pull it down. And when it has been there few hours, my flaccid is almost as big as my erect penis. There's some magic in those sleeves and i'm 100% sure it's the heat they generate or prevent escaping because when i used my ADS hanger nut without the sleeves, it did not hang as low. Heat allows tissue to stretch further?

                          Well anywho, i'm damn exicted to see where this goes. I have very good feeling about this.

                          My sleeves are from my cheap vacuum hanger i ordered from china. Perfect for anti-turtling and very light all day hanging. I don't have to tie the noose so tight behind my glans coz the sleeve helps keeping the lace in place.

                              So it seems. I've red like thousand times about warm up and warm down routines but for some reason i also have neglected them. Well now i know. When i have proper heat going on down there it's easier to stretch. I can clearly feel it. Tissues are more elastic and stretching them feels great. Not bad at all. It feels "right". Well, i'm using light weights at the moment so that makes it also more comfortable ofcourse but now i firmly believe i can safely start adding more weights.

                              Absolutely fantastic thing is that silicone sleeves wrapping combined with little weight hanging all day gives me small fatigue at some point and after i take them off my unit feels a little worked out... like i've just had sex. Again it feels right.

                              • I've read all pages, and this made me very interested in the topic.
                                The route that I would like to go is a silicon sleeve, as mentioned by several users here.

                                The problem is, that I have a hard time finding some.
                                All the links posted and sites mentioned seem to be down and no longer exist.
                                (Which makes sense with a thread that's up to 13 years old.)

                                On European online sex shops as well as Amazon I can find penis sleeves,
                                however, those are meant to go onto an erect penis, as a sort of expansion of your actual size,
                                and they are mostly closed at the top, having a fake head.

                                Now I could buy one of those and cut off the head, but I am still worried that they aren't tight enough,
                                as they are meant for erect dicks.

                                Can anyone recommend one that would fit the purpose of tension wrapping?
                                Or does anyone know an EU store that sells penis sleeves that are actually meant for wrapping in the flaccid state?
