    What you are doing is healing in an extended state - this is good for girth as well as length.

    Don't wear overnight! There have been horror stories about waking up to a deformed or black penis, because the wrap was too tight and circulation was cut off. getting woodies when wrapped is highly dangerous!
    6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
    10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
    12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)

      query?

      hi guys,

      just wonder if your able to use an elasticated type bandage wrap for traction wrapping, read the previous posts and think this might be possible..?

      any help would be great

        Do you mean that you are supposed to wear this all day?
        Is there a happy medium? Like, maybe a couple of hours after a workout?

              I keep it on sometimes 9 hours per day. It's not at a full stretch and it is loose enough to pee while wearing, etc..

                have u seen any noticeably gains in length while wearing this all day? and could u also do this on a rest day as u are not really working it out, u just have it stretched out all day.

                    I do wrap on rest days, but more importantly after PE workouts!!!

                      Iguana thanks for the great post. Just curious, how often and for how long do you do this? I am just beginning, but I am assuming I should wrap all day everyday, but perhaps not at night? At least for the first 6 months or so.

                      The head of my penis has the same width as my shaft (the edge of the mushroom barely sticks out over the shaft) so it seems like I would need it pretty tight around the shaft to have the tape secured under the head. This seems like it might cut off circulation?

                      Just want to make sure I do everything as safely as possible.

                        Does this look correct? I had it on for a few minutes and the head of my penis felt cold so I took it off.

                          thats what mine looks like when i do it. u must have wrapped it to tight for it to start to feel cold. you dont have to wrap it tight just enough to keep it elongated..i usually try to take mine off every 2 hours and shake it around alittle to get the blood flowing back into it..

                            I've tried wrapping many different times with about everything I've read is used to wrap with and it just doesn't work out well for me. I either wrap too tight and cut off circulation or my head sucks back in. I went out and bought a "what a grip" the other day to try thinking it would work. It does to a certain extent in that I maintain circulation and my penis stays in place, but after a few min of wearing it my penis turns into a shoe string. Then when I take it off it stays the girth of a shoe string and turtles like hell for a long time.
                            Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

                              hey guys, im on my 2nd day and 2night will be my 3rd. So i was wandering if i could use traction wrapping or is this advanced? Also can i leave this on overnight when i sleep because i do my workout before bed?
                              Current:
                              Target 1- 7inch by 5.5inch
                              Target 2- 8inch by 6inch
                              Ultimate GOAL- 9inch by 6.5inch

                                Yeah you can do this in the beginning too. It is meant for healing and recovering (meaning loving your penis) so of course you can do it as a newbie too! But if you read some earlier posts in this thread, it says that don't wrap over night! You might get erections while sleeping and that's no good because the wrap then might be too tight. You don't want to strangle your ding dong in you rem sleep, right?

                                Do your routine, sleep and when you wake up, put it on in the morning and go with your life. It is still a nice way to enhance recovery.
