Yes, great idea. But can you get enough force to push on the head with the rods fully extended, or does it tend to pop out once the vacuum hold is exceeded?
You know you can just take the bell and strap it on the plastic saddle where the strap/noose goes. I've seen someone here do it before a while ago. I think I found it in the support thread of PF.

Can you please tell me where I can get strong sleeves that will work with the PF?

You're right, that would be a much easier way to interface the vacuum bell with a rod extender. My original post on the topic that you might be referencing (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post764473) has a link to a guy on MOS who attached the phallosan bell to the cradle with a Velcro strap.
I didn't have a cradle with the strap slots and couldn't get the bell to attach to the noose system I had. I also wanted to test out my idea for making an XL bell. After my initial attempt started to leak, the "2nd generation" system I made with epoxy holding the valve, rod sockets, and condom lip in place feels significantly more secure.

I haven't had any issue with the extender tension overcoming the vacuum. I actually have to be careful not to apply too much force to avoid glans edema. Keeping the extender at the first tension line seems to be optimal and I get a feeling of fatigue with the rod extender modification that I never get with the phallosan belt.
I've seen people mention the autoextender sleeves and the LG hanger sleeves as viable alternatives to the phallosan condoms. Looks like absilicone.com also carries a silicone sleeve that might work.
I didn't see any gains from 2500 hours to 3100 so I stopped wearing it.
I was wondering why this might be. Even the phallosan clinical study on their website seems to show growth rate slowing during the last period of the 6 month trial. When I mentioned this in an early post (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post724355), Julian from the phallosan support thread suggested that this was because their study participants used the device for fewer hours as the trial progressed:
like in every study, all testers are at the beginning very excited but as you can imagine, some lost this feeling of excitement after 3-4 month, that’s why the results dropped.
His reasoning could be accurate or it could reflect that the growth rate declines after prolonged use as we have seen in anecdotal reports on this forum.
If we accept that the growth rate declines, I guess the most likely rational would be that more tension is required to achieve the same tissue remodeling response. While hangers can continue to add weights, the tensions that can be achieved with the phallosan and other extenders are limited. Some traditional rod-based extenders offer both standard and higher-tension springs. If this really is the reason for slowing growth, Phallosan users whose gains have plateaued and are no longer responding to even the highest red-zone tension could try unscrewing the tension clip arms and replacing the springs with some of the higher-tension options. Alternatively, it is possible that increasing the tension could be at fault. As experienced users start to set the device to the high yellow or red regions maybe they exceed the optimal window and growth would actually have continued at a faster rate using lower yellow or green tensions.
Another possible reason for diminishing growth rates could be that the phallosan becomes less effective as the penis grows long enough that the belt begins to pull it around the hip. It seems to me that less of the shaft is engaged by the tension when the hip begins to stick out against the penis and act like a fulcrum point. Think about the vectors of the force exerted by the tension clip: as the clip starts to pull at more of an angle around the other side of the hip, more of the tension is going toward pulling the penis toward the body and less is going toward pulling it to the side. I am curious if the decline in growth rate correlates with the phase when the penis has grown long enough for the clip or the bell to begin "turning the corner." A possible solution to this problem would be attaching the belt in a way that pulls up or down rather than around the hip.
It sounds like Kickinthemebs is returning to the phallosan after something of a deconditioning break and I'll be curious to hear if he experiences renewed growth.
Can you think of any other explanations for the phallosan's diminishing returns or any other methods to jumpstart stalled gains?
Great post mate! A few points I want to include in this
I am indeed starting back on the phallosan rollercoaster to see what it has in store for me. A lot of good and interesting observations there.
1. The first reasoning given by Julian, that people put in less hours or are less consistent definitely did not apply to me, why I stopped seeing gains.
2. I did increase the tension gradually over the space of 9 months. I was definitely a little by little kind of person when it came to the tension. I realised that constant gradual increases were merited to continue to see gains, rather than spiking up too early too soon. I think staying at a low tension indefinitely will most likely stagnate/stall gains. This method definitely worked for me.
3. It is possible that the age-old point about too high tension with the extender inhibiting gains may have been at fault for my lack of gains. As I mentioned, I did not gain anything from nearly 600 hours of using the device, but the tension was usually between high yellow and low red during this period. I also found that the red zone was constantly giving me water blisters every second week. I was in a constant state of healing or water blisters. It was really frustrating and annoying. I had worn the phallosan for most of my PE career and it was not a problem, but at this high tension I would definitely wear the protector cap if I go up that high again.
4. I don't think the argument that the placement of the phallosan would be a cause for diminished growth. If you are getting and feeling the pull on your unit, it doesn't really matter where it is placed around your hip area in my opinion.
I personally think that the reason for diminishing gains is not a technical issue at all, it is that one's unit is becoming tougher and less pliable as their PE careers progress. If you look at the phallosan gains table and read through the thread, the people who didn't gain at all or gained little are those that have been doing PE ages.
Simply put, PE will be easier for those starting out to see gains, and the phallosan is included in that.
Thanks for your reflections KITM! I think I'm among those you mentioned whose potential phallosan gains were limited by my previous years using a traditional rod-and-noose extender system.

Even during the initial months when I was consistently wearing the device and logging my hours, my growth rate wasn't keeping up with the average of the phallosan clinical study. I increased my tension to the lower yellow zone at your recommendation:
You mentioned you are in high green now. Around the 2 month mark I increased the tension slightly more so it was in the early yellow marker. Would wear it on that tension during the day and bump it back to green while sleeping. Maybe this might be worth a shot.
but I've been keeping it around that level ever since. I think I've gained another 1/8 to 1/4 inch in BPSFL since my last recorded measurement and maybe even a little erect length. Now that I'm back to wearing the device consistently, I'll take an official measurement soon and update the phallosan user gains table, but I won't have an accurate count of my hours.
BPFSL always eventually appears as BPEL gains. I always found my sweetest spot at the high green to medium/high yellow level. This was my gaining mecca so to speak. It is definitely down to how long you have been doing PE though. I will be delighted if I gain 1/8 inch in 1000 hours, that is my aim and goal. So before Christmas I will have gained 1.5 inches from PE, which is phenomenal in my opinion
