    1. If you set the desired tension with the belt and then sit down, does the tension remain the same? or change?

    2. Does anyone have a picture (or can take a pic) of them wearing it under clothes (no face obviously), so i can see how obvious it is under clothes? I want to wear it at work - i wear lose fitting clothes for the most part, but i'm 5.5NBPEL, and since ive been hanging, my BPSFL was at 7 - this would put the bulb around my hip. I'm worried i wouldn't be able to get away with wearing it at work.

    3. Are there any videos of someone actually putting one on and setting the tension? I have trouble seeing how you set the tension with the animated video, and how you pump to establish suction.

    4. Does anyone use the phallosan along with hanging? I'm 8 weeks into using a bib hanger now, and my problem is i'm having a tough time doing 10 hours/week. My wife doesn't want to see weights hanging from my dick. So my thought is, do 1 or 2 sets to fatigue and then strap on my phallosan for 8 hour days while I work. I would think the lig stretch combined with the ADS stretch on lower weight for longer periods would work really well
Thanks for the answers to numbers 1 and partially 2. I'd still like to see a pic of someone wearing it under khakis, if someone is willing to share. Or a video of someone putting it on. I'm surprised there isn't more stuff like that. Its incredibly helpful for newbies.

still very interested about the combo of hanging and using the phallosan

    • Hi Ender, I'll do my best to answer your questions. I've experimented with different belt configurations, but the traditional around-the-waist setup has the advantages you asked about in your first two questions: 1) It maintains a pretty consistent tension, and 2) it is pretty discrete for public use. That being said it's not perfect on either of these counts. I've noticed small shifts in the tension when I sit down or lie down in bed (maybe going from low yellow to high green, etc.) and sometimes I'll readjust the tension when I'm settled in a new position just to be sure I'm getting a good stretch. I've spoken with other users who have tried stretching down toward the knee or up toward the neck and both of these alternative conformations involve a range of motion that causes more significant and recurrent fluctuations in the tension setting. I've stopped using the foam ring, but still wrap around the hip and then anchor with a loop around the top of my leg. By stretching around the hip, the device maintains a relatively consistent pull. I don't think the exact tension matters so much as the number of hours in the device and I don't worry about readjusting at all when I'm wearing the device in public.

That brings us to your second question. Full disclosure: I think I'm more paranoid about the visibility of the bulge on my hip than other phallosan users (e.g. bigdaws who chimed in earlier). How visible the device is depends on which size bell you're using and how tight your clothes are. I use the large bell and wear relatively tight pants, so that might explain why I'm more troubled by how conspicuous it looks. By stretching low around the hip, it can almost look like you have something in your pocket. I try to play it off by putting other things inside my pocket (wallet, phone, even a sock, etc) so it appears that the bump is an extension of whatever is in your pocket instead of extending from your crotch. I don't know what you wear to work, but a suit coat would probably be adequate to cover the phallosan bump, and you might be able to get away with baggy khakis or an untucked shirt. I've also found that wearing a belt seems to make the bulge more noticeable since it pulls your pants in tight just above where the device is pushing out. I'm looking forward to the winter when I'll have heavier clothes to help conceal it. The only picture I'm aware of here on the forum of someone wearing clothes over the phallosan is in Dreamon's album (https://www.pegym.com/forums/members...apshot-93.html). He's wearing loose shorts and a T-shirt and it looks pretty well hidden (note: In this picture he anchors around the top of his leg, like I do, rather than using the foam ring and he is also using a TLC belt instead of the phallosan belt, but the prominence of the phallosan bell and tension clip on the hip should be essentially the same as the traditional setup).

There are some instructional videos on the phallosan youtube page (Phallosan forte - YouTube) of an actual person applying the phallosan to a fake penis in addition to the CGI video you mentioned, and I think Julian has posted some additional demonstration videos in the phallosan support thread (e.g. https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post770901).

Some of the forum members have tried using the phallosan vacuum system for hanging. There is a general thread on this topic (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...n-hanging.html), and IronMonkey has a thread (https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...n-hanging.html) and an album with pictures of his setup (https://www.pegym.com/forums/members...an-hanger.html). Tbone350 commented in another recent thread about how he uses the phallosan to supplement his hanging routine with the LGH.

I can't specifically remember anyone who is using the phallosan and bib hanger together, but it sounds like a fine idea to me. Personally, I've been using the phallosan vacuum bell adapted to interface with a traditional rod-based extender in addition to the belt. This gives me some of the downward lig. stretch like you're describing and seems to encourage the feeling of fatigue even after I switch to the belt system.

Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions!

I've attached several pictures of my DIY XL bell below and I'll add a couple more in the next post. Here are the original posts about how I put it together: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post901925 and https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post911572. Here is my album photo with the phallosan large bell for size comparison: https://www.pegym.com/forums/members...ell-scale.html. I made mine to interface with a rod-based extender. If I had it to do over again, I would have also made it compatible with the regular tension clip like you're trying to do, but, at the time, my priority was making something that I could use with the traditional extender base. To achieve compatibility with the tension clip, the challenge is going to be attaching the phallosan valve to the new bell with enough strength that it will hold the tension since the ridge of that valve is where the clip attaches and bears the load. I filled in the space along the neck where the clip should connect with epoxy to be sure of a strong hold but this blocks the clip.

I have some ideas about how to secure the phallosan valve to the bottle bell and maintain that space for the clip to connect, but it's kind of a trial and error operation anyway and you might figure out a better strategy than what I'm envisioning. Briefly: I'd cut the valve out of the small phallosan bell like before but leave about 1/4" of the top of the small bell around the valve to provide a "lip" as a more secure attachment point and more surface area for the epoxy to hold. Then I'd use 2 shampoo bottles instead of the 1 I used before. I would cut the neck off the first bottle leaving a hole that would fit the valve and "lip" inside. I would cut the neck off the second bottle leaving a hole that is wide enough for the valve neck to project through but too narrow for the "lip" to pass. I'd then cut a slit in this second bottle from the bottom up to the hole at the top, and fit it around the first bottle and the valve like a collar. I'd then epoxy it all together to be sure there were no leaks and that the seam inside the bell transitioning into the valve is smooth and won't irritate your glans.

If my glans gets too big for the large bell, I might eventually try making another XL bell that would work with the clip using the valve out of my medium bell.

Let me know how you decide to make yours, how it works out for you, and if you have any questions about my materials or methods.

            • All Hours are Not Created Equal: Responding to Reports of Zero Gains

I've found kickinthemebs responses to a few phallosan users reporting no gains in recent days to be informative. I agree with the spirit of his advice and thought I would quote some of that here along with an excerpt from my own post in the phallosan support thread on the subject.

KITM is suggesting at least 60+ hours per week to see gains. That sounds like as good a figure to me as any. I try to get 10 hours a day which amounts to 70 hours a week. When I have been consistent with my routine, my growth has been slow but measurable. When I've been inconsistent my growth has been minimal. I'd just add that the effectiveness of each hour depends not only on the concentration of phallosan hours out of total hours in the day, but also on the user's PE history that might condition the penis to reduce the effectiveness of the hour, and if the user concurrently engages in any other PE activities that might encourage pre-fatigue and enhance the effectiveness of the hours. So fewer hours per week might be enough to see discernible gains for someone early in their PE career with no history of previous gains, or someone who does some other forms of stretching before their daily phallosan hours, but more hours might be required for a user later in their PE career, or someone who uses the phallosan as their only form of PE.

                • Schlong Wars: Return of the Phallosan

It is a dark time for the rebellion. I got a blister 13 days ago and have since cobbled together only a few hours a day in the noose extender. Today I'm gradually reintroducing the vacuum. I just completed the first hour and see no signs of a blister resurgence.

                  • The blisters are a bastard! I am vigilant nowadays, if I feel "the pinch", I take it off before it develops. You can definitely feel when you are going to get a blister with the phallosan most times. I think once you get them you are so much more prone to them. I went months without getting them and then got them continuously back-to-back with it. Phallosan hanging is a great option if you ever decide to go that route. However, there will be a definite limit on how much weight you can put on. 2.5 lbs feels gooood now though

                    • I'm still recovering from my last 3 blisters but I seem to be left with marks or scarring where the blisters have been...has anyone else experienced this and/or is there a way to avoid this? I don't want to be left with my glands peppered with marks.

Thanks for the heads up! Another reason to exercise caution as I reintroduce the vacuum. I've only had this one small blister. It took about a week and a half for it to look completely normal, but now I don't see any residual mark. I'll have to wait and see if it comes back or if I get any new blisters before I could say if recurrent blisters give me any scarring. How big were your blisters? How long did you wait before resuming your phallosan routine?

My original blood blister was around 1cm in diameter, which I lanced and treated with antiseptic cream...I left it to heal for around 2 weeks before resuming with the PF and although it had healed it had left a mark. My current 3 blisters all occurred at the same time...2 of them about 1cm in diameter (one in exactly the same spot as the original) and the 3rd only a couple of millimeters across. These were "normal" blisters and not blood blisters as the original one was. Now I have two marks or "scars" where the 1cm blisters were. Not good! My feelings are that these injuries could take several months to clear up completely...if at all!

Yikes! Hope they clear up for you eventually! When/if you decide to resume with the phallosan, maybe you should give up your upward stretch toward the neck strategy (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post935218) and just stick to wearing the belt around the waist. I really think the movement and fluctuations in tension involved with that kind of range of motion contribute to the blister etiology.

I wish I could put the blisters down to that, but I was wearing the PF with the belt around the waist in the normal manner when all the blisters occurred.

OK, I was wearing the belt around the waist when mine popped up too, but I was doing more bending down, lifting, and carrying stuff when it happened than I typically do. Maybe this movement contributed to the blister, or maybe it was just a coincidence.
