Well I just received my Hercules and I gave it a couple of 5 minute sets. I am not yet ready to write a review but my initial results are this:

1)More suction than I thought it would have. I was surprised by the actual force.

2) It held very tightly to me and even without a strap I could stand up with it on. I will try it in the mornings for a warm up. I was even able to do some upward and downward stretches with it on, I think I could have pulled my dick off if I tried, lol.

3) The expansion I got was also more than I thought and yes, I know that the water creates an illusion but I packed it very quickly so I know that I expanded big time.

4) it was discretely packaged as advertised.

5) I did not get much in the way of length out of it but I am guessing this was due to the lateral pressure created, at least this was the case for me.

All in all I was a bit surprised by the results, I will report further after a few more runs with it.

Its only the pump, with a manual.
In the back of the manual there is some space for week by week progress to write it down, which I find quite handy. For the rest there are no extras.

It's totally normal to have a little air in the pump when you pump out some of the water, but it shouldn't be much. The important part is the suction - you don't want to break the seal so that suction is lost. For many people they're not keeping the base (where the penis enters the pump) tight to the body and so air gets in there. Suction is your key to getting a good pump and developing a pumping routine that leads to gains, so focus on keeping the base tight and not letting much air in.

Hey Harrison! Welcome,
and much respect for being on here as a BM rep, and user helping us out with our questions.
I own the Hercules model.
My thoughts on Bathmate;
-Use in shower is difficult, have to shave area practically bald for suction to work right and stick for 5-10 minutes. Hense why I use in bath now.
-I won't even pump to 100% on the hercules... 90% is like max for my cock. So why need to buy the others which are basically the same but with more suction power?
-And when I do pump to 90%, my cock must stretch to 7.5 inches(Im 7in to start off), and there is still an inch of space in the tube... And they say the Hercules fits only up to 7.08 inches..(Which almost made me spend more money on the goliath or wtv, being 7 inches...)
-To my experience, the Hercules model will take my dick up to 8.5 inches lengthwise, and just under 6 inches girthwise, so I won't need to buy another one. The Hercules model is fine!
Overall though, great product, I've been using for a month, constantly, and I definitely got girth gains, temporary or permanent. I will keep using, measure at 3 months!

Thanks MontrealBoy! Do you use a strap or just hold the pump when in the shower? Even if you've found that isn't ideal for you, I'm glad the bath is working. I agree that if the Hercules is working for you, just keep going. The important part is that you're seeing gains - that's the whole goal, right?

I have the X30.

I have read through more than one supplier and dug for specs of each model to compare. Just as an FYI, The X30 IS the Hercules, but with a stronger bellows.

Not sure if you were aware of that Chuck.

The sizes of the Hercules and X30 are the same, but the X30 has improved suction power (35% more), additional padding and a one-handed valve. It's a stronger beast but it is the same size as the Hercules.

Dear Harrison

I both a bathmate X40 and i'm going to use it for the first time today.
I have a few questions:
- i have 6.7 inches erect length and 6.30 in erect girth. Its the X40 right size for me?
- i look more for length gains, mostelly flaccid ones, should i get the hercúles or x30 insted?

Congratulations on your purchase. For your size, I would have suggested the X30 model. When you opt for a pump with a size where it'll require more water to fill the pump, it'll have to work harder to generate full suction. It can work but it will be tougher, so typically we suggest 'the next size up' unless you're close to maxing out on that size. Users have typically reported more satisfaction with the pumps that are close to their next goal plateau. That does mean that, once you've maxed out on that pump that you might need to purchase another pump, so it is understandable why anyone would want to start with a big pump that can accommodate their ultimate goal.


The X30 has great suction and is your best bet. The bathmate, and all pumps, yield girth gains more consistently, but keep at it and supplement your routine with penis exercises and you'll see your length gains as well.

I just figure out how to mange the bathmate and i´m getting happier day by day.
Yesterday i just reach the 7.5 inches (19cm). The first time i ever reach such size. It also improved my flaccid length. People say that the effect goes away after 4hours maximum but it reduces only a little. I just reach the 6 inch (15cm) flaccid length for all day.
No side effects on me. I´m doing the JP90 and after the bathmate.

I think my girth its to big for the Hercules or X30 since i´m 6.30 inches. Right?

Any sugestions?

I want to ask a quick question. Is it OK to use lube in the bathmate. I am getting stuck in the tube and I only go up to about the 180 mark. It seems I expand in girth quickly in the Bath Mate. I can go into my larger air cylinder after and get to the 7.5 inch mark.

I need to know if lube will be harmful to the product in any way since it has a foam base.
