I want to ask a quick question. Is it OK to use lube in the bathmate. I am getting stuck in the tube and I only go up to about the 180 mark. It seems I expand in girth quickly in the Bath Mate. I can go into my larger air cylinder after and get to the 7.5 inch mark.
I need to know if lube will be harmful to the product in any way since it has a foam base.
I use baby oil in the shower/bath to keep the skin from getting irritated around the base. Not because I get STUCK. I agree with you Bnip, what a showoff!
JK, Big-O.
It doesn't seem to have any effect on the plastic, rubber, or foam pad. The rubber bellows has absorbed a bit of oil and "sweats" even after cleaning with soap and water. But, it still works fine after a year.
I have had the exact same problem as BigO. I seem to bind against the side right at the 180 mark. I figured the water would help it slide in better but it just isn't happening. It gets a little uncomfortable after a while.
I also figured that using some type of lube may damage some components. I'll try my almond oil that I use in the air cylinder. That cleans up really easy with just soap, water, and a long brush used for washing glasses.
Bondage.
Some people call it domestic violence.
We call it foreplay.
Got cuffs? GAME ON!
Can I just say that I love the results the Mr is getting with the Bathmate, it looks awesome and they have been pretty quick better than with the air pump from my female perspective the flaccid is just longer, more plump and the EQ seems to be stronger afterwards. The plumpness is directly related with the coloration due to more blood, may be due to the pressure and warm water but it is certainly better than with the air pump.

I'm not gonna lie my b.m is pretty gross on the inside. lol. I wash it with dish soap and a scrubber meant to clean tall drinking cups. I don't wash it enough
another quick question harrison (or anyone else who wants to chime in): i'm about 10 days into my own NOFAP reboot, and want to try for the whole 90 days. definitely won't be easy, but i need to try. therefore, during this time period, in addition to no fantasizing at all (as much as I can help it), and no touching my dick except to pee. my question is this: since I won't be doing any stretches or PE routines, should I bother buying a pump right now? or should I wait until my reboot is over.
during this time period, I plan on starting minuteman's pelvic floor balancing guide to do my kegels, reverse kegels, root locks, and reverse root locks, but nothing else. has anyone heard of pumping affecting a reboot?
So tonight I wanted to use my new bathmate and I went in and started to pump like normal and then out of no where I felt an intense searing pain in my left grown area. I felt it yesterday as well but was able to do a re set and all was good but not tonight.
I am not sure what it was but it felt as iff my skin was tearing. Of course it was not but this happened four times in a row so I finally decided tonight was not a Bathmate night.
Could this be due to an improper fit, I do know that I specified my size when giving my info and explained that I was not sure what size to get. I thought immediately when I seen my new toy that it was too small and now I am pretty sure it is. I did not have enough room to get the base away from the area that felt the burning sensation when trying to apply the bathmate.
I am certain that I have enough experience with getting a cylinder on my dork to eliminate operator error from the equation. Hurt like hell, and I dont give up easily. I know I did not cause any real damage but that crap hurt.
I just figure out how to mange the bathmate and i´m getting happier day by day.
Yesterday i just reach the 7.5 inches (19cm). The first time i ever reach such size. It also improved my flaccid length. People say that the effect goes away after 4hours maximum but it reduces only a little. I just reach the 6 inch (15cm) flaccid length for all day.
No side effects on me. I´m doing the JP90 and after the bathmate.
I think my girth its to big for the Hercules or X30 since i´m 6.30 inches. Right?
Any sugestions?
David
Hi David,
Yes, if you're near 2 inches in diameter (which is almost 6 inches in circumference) than the Hercules and X30 aren't going to allow for much more growth. You're in line for the X40 at that point. It's awesome that you're seeing such good results.
Keep it up - literally and figuratively!
Cheers,
Harrison

Chlorinerush310,
If you're still doing kegels I don't see any physical issue with you using the pump during, but if it makes sticking to your reboot more difficult, just wait until after your done and back on your full PE routine again. Ultimately I think the pump, PE and kegels make for a great routine and you'll see the best results with the balance between the three.
I haven't heard of a pump making a reboot a problem, but there's no harm in taking the 90 period and then getting back to the full routine.

Harrison

If you need a chemical because of skin irritation near the base, I suggest going with something non-oily. Baby oil should be fine, but I wouldn't use the overly oil-based lubes. More change of saturation into the foam pad. That being said, no matter what you use, if you're going to use a chemical, it's best to keep the BM clean - try washing it with simple soap and water to help get any oils or dirt out.

BigO,
I'm sorry to hear you're having some irritant issues - like LND suggested, try a bit of baby oil to help prevent any chaffing. The groin issue I can't be sure about - make sure you have good suction and work up to having more pressure. Let me know if that continues. If the issue is the pump size (we should have you at an X40), let me know via email and we can rectify that.
Cheers,
Harrison
