Hey i'm new and asking cause i'm trying to make the right decision here!

Ive been doing the 90 day program and i'm about 3 weeks in. I've seen some slight gains. I was thinking of adding a Bathmate and i wasn't sure on the size i should get. I'm leaning towards the Xtreme X30 ... but my hesitance is: Am I better off getting the bigger one so i don't need to purchase it down the line if i can continue the growth?

I'm currently 6.5 BPEL, 4 7/8ths MEG, and 5.5 at base(Also im not sure if if this matters but i feel as if i have a oval shaped girth that is Horizontally)(Yep just measured at the mid. im 1 3/4ths a inch wide and only 1 3/8th vertical... Is that somewhat normal?)

The sizes im going off of are on Bathmate Size Comparisons ? Which Should You Get?

X30 Xtreme

The X30 is a more realistic goal to fill, and I was reading somewhere else perhaps on these forums that if you fill a pump or close to it girth wise, it will cause more force for lengthening? I guess what it really comes down to if anyone who is or started at my size has experience with either of these could give me some insight, i really cant find measurements or know how the rubber base factors into those measurements.


And on a side note: anyone else who grew up measuring everything in inches find themselves going to the dark... err or wanting to in my case? Metric seems to be much better for judging size, instead of trying to guess you up to that next 8th of a inch mark or not? ha =/ (ive been measuring the under rather then the over!)

I think the decision to add a Bathmate to your routine is a good one - many men, including myself, have found the combination to be the right formula for growth. That being said, I think you're more in line for the X30 model. If someone is close in size to the limit of the particular pump, say only 3/4 of an inch away, then I suggest going for the next size after that. But if you get a pump that's far bigger, it's going to take more effort to generate and maintain the pressure. As with many aspects of PE, you can't make the mistake of trying to get there all at once. It's a long, dedicated process. You don't step into a gym and lift max amounts right away. You build up to it and then increase slowly from there. Pumping is the same in that respect. I suggest going with the X30 and if you max out there you can get the next size up. Your size is fine. If you want the extras that come with the Xtreme model, go with that (there's definitely some good additions with the pump, the strap, etc). I was using it last week and the plastic is now completely removed from the rubber pumping base. I attached a hose clamp to it to secure it but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick.

Is there any suggestions on how to get them to stay together again?

I would think it is held on by some type of adheisive. I'd find out what type that is, then take a trip to home depot.

I'm not an expert on the construction side, but I would think some gorilla glue might serve as a quality adhesive to try repairs with. Give that a shot.

To Harrison or anyone else who can help:

I just got my Bathmate x40 in the mail today and went to the shower to try it out. I feel like I need to work the bellows pump for a bit by itself, as it seems awfully tough to push down on, and causes some discomfort on the pelvic area around the base of my penis.

also, the only gauge on it is size, so what do people newer to the pump do? other than by feel, i have no idea if i'm over-pumping or not. i want to make an effort to develop a regimented routine to pump to, so i guess i just thought that the bathmate would have a little bit more objective measuring system, instead of how big you pump up to.

has anyone had similar thoughts? how do people tend to proceed initially? also, no prior pumping experience of any kind (which you can probably tell)

So you have the original bath mates.... then the hydro max's.... and then the extremes. What are the extremes and how do they differ from the other models?
I would hope there is a reasonable difference considering the price difference
