For those not doing any PE, is there still a benefit to all-day wearing? I've been considering a shaft ring only for sex - firmer, longer erections - but then see so much about the "full package" (behind the balls) rings that I'm having a hard time understanding which is better for me. Does the full package ring provide the same benefits during sex? I wouldn't have assumed so since it doesn't encompass the entire shaft. But I'm pretty ignorant about this and would appreciate some words of experience. Thanks!

With time you can get a bigger girth from wearing a c-ring all the time that would be the one and only benefit.

Would that be with shaft ring, shaft and balls, or either?
Also, does the shaft and balls ring have the same benefits for sex as the shaft only ring? Still not sure I understand the difference when it's for purposes of firmer erection.

I'm bummed that the C-Ring I got doesn't work for me. My flaccid doesn't stay engorged, so when it starts to shrink the cock ring is no longer tight. I thought the concept was that the ring KEPT your flaccid engorged. Not the case for me, unfortunately. Really want to wear it all day!

Right now I have a 2 inch ring from Lowes on. Snug but not too tight. Tested it with an erection. Held the blood when hard and and went back with no issue. It was 99 cents.

For sure that's too good to be true. I bet there's a 90% chance you wont gain anything with a cock ring exclusively, no matter how long you wear it. I think any "gains" people report is increased EQ from keeping that flaccid engorged and filled with blood.

Ive worn mine for a very long time, and without using any girth exercises ive seen a lot of improvement. Ihavent taken it off either tho to let it go down if it would. I have no reason to stop wearing it. But sizing is very important! And jock is the pro!
