Surgical steel cockrings, sized correctly, can be comfortably worn 24/7 to gain girth and length passively (IMO). See my thread https://www.pegym.com/forums/groups/cockring-d1421-extended-wear-cock-ring-challenge-girth-length-gains.html
for details on the Extended Wear Cock Ring Challenge I did to gain !/2" in erect girth and 2+% in overall erect length, in 1 month!
HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY:
MAKE SURE YOU Measure completely FLACCID: Using a string, wrap snuggly (but not too tightly) completely around your entire package (beneath your balls just in front of perineum and over top of your shaft flat against fatpad or pelvic bone). Mark or hold the string carefully, then measure the length on a ruler and divide that number by 3.14 (PI) to determine the targeted inside diameter of the ring you will need to order. If you order larger, you run a risk of the ring being too large when flaccid and falling off (particularly if you're a "grower") plus you won't see results from holding any blood in your "flushed" flaccid to cement gains. During sex, edging, and when otherwise erect, your ring will be tight, but not too tight that blood flow is reduced to a dangerous level. A test for proper fit: while holding your shaft with one hand, turn the ring around on your flaccid- it'll be tight, but will turn, and you can force an index fingertip between the ring and your shaft (unless you have GIANT FINGERS)
.
KEY VARIABLES TO CONSIDER:
"Hang": A Guys hang is as unique as his fingerprint or signature. The attachment of the scrotum and how wide or narrow it is are important to consider for both fit and comfort of your ring. I urge you to check my flaccid pics in my profile albums for comparison to your individual "hang". Notice that my scrotum is wider at the attachment alongside my shaft than most guys. An important consideration because pinching here makes long-term wear uncomfortable.
SUGGESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING: Go to a hardware store or Lowes/Home Depot (US) or a local PORN Shop and purchase a couple different sizes of steel rings (cheap) and try wearing those for a day to see if your daily activity causes the ring to become loose or if it's too tight (BE CAREFUL TO REMOVE IT) then try a different size, next day. A good idea, just to make sure you've gotten a perfect fit before investing in a quality surgical steel ring. I urge you only buy surgical steel ones since they are seamless, don't cause skin rash, and are heavier weight (feel great around your package!).
Ordering on-line: Most sites stock a variety of designs and styles. I like plain steel rings 1/2 " wide, but widths vary from very thin low-profile up to 3/4". My favorite is a "Horseshoe" style with a gap for the dorsal vein between 2 steel balls on top. It's the most comfortable for me for 24/7 wear; plus the steel balls give my GF great clitoral stimulation when deep-thrusting or grinding during sex!
(Your mileage may vary)
! PM me for additional sites, as sizes and availability are constantly changing online, or just search on your own. Many good quality rings are available through ebay, amazon, and others. I can't list links here in the open forums as it's considered advertising by rules of PEGYM Admin. (sorry). Most sites stock 1.75" (45mm) and 2" (50mm) inside diamteters. You'll need to do a search for larger sizes, though if needed. 45mm is the most popular size that fits most men. I had to get a 55mm due to my uniquely wider scrotum, and it was VERY hard to find and also expensive! Most standard horseshoes cost around $35 + shipping (US). Standard full rings are usually $18-$25.
I DO NOT recommend Hardwear (Brand) Horseshoe rings, however. They are cheaply made, break, have a weirdly uncomfortable swale or curve made into them that pinches your dorsal vein, and are difficult to put on and take off. If you search forums and read comments, they generally have BAD reviews from those who've purchased them and the CS @ Hardwear is equally unresponsive to customer complaints (IMO).
How to put on/ take off a steel cock ring: Completely FLACCID, hold ring below testicles pulling scrotum skin through ring followed by each testicle, individually. Pull your scrotum down fully, then (use lube if necessary) bend penis head /glans downward through ring while pulling ring back flat against your pelvic bone. Adjust ring beneath your balls so it rides just in front of your perineum. To remove, reverse this process. Takes some practice, but you should be able to put a steel ring on or remove it in about 10 seconds.
Contact me if you have any questions. I'm glad to help you get your custom "FIT" on!
