Current routine (still pretty much the same, and it's working great):
-3 sets of 5 direction stretches (30 sec)
I add an extra stretch for down and right every set. (Tryin' to straighten the curve)
-3 mins of Big Al's S2S stretches. These are Awesome. The flaccid is LONG after these.
This adds to about 13 mins of stretching.
-6 mins of jelqing. (At about 30-40% erect MAX. Just enough to pump the penis. No more girth.)
Philosophy of linear routine: if it ain't broke don't fix it, and less is more.
I will continue to do this until NO further gains are seen from it. It is light no doubt, but it's working VERY well for me.

not bashin man....but no one else can know your dick...push it a bit to the limit and pull back....you dont have to hurt yourself to push it a bit..you know?...get a feel for yourself - none else can
I guess we are scared of doing exercises that turn out to be useless and then months of hard work was all for nothing and we lose motivation to continue etc.. it's better to ask and learn about specific exercises/routines than just doing anything and pushing yourself to the limit imo.

So, you've gained 0.5" in flaccid and erect length after 2 months of basic + S2S stretches? Impressive! I keep reading good things about the S2S stretches.

Yeah, it is quiet the amazing exercise. Not too intense and they give a great stretch.

So it's been awhile since I updated my length routine thread because quite frankly,
I've been doing the SAME thing since I practically started. (Yes still gaining, next measurement is due 2/22/17. I measure every 6 weeks).
However for the sake of keeping my thread somewhat active , I have made 2 minor changes to my routine.
-1st and foremost: the jelqing has pretty much been cut out completely. To get blood flowing, I edge for ~5-10 mins. after stretching.
What's amazing is my EQ is still incredible, besides dropping the jelqing. Stretches only typically kill alot of guys EQ.
2nd: Revised grips. For straight out stretches, I now use an underhand grip. I can lean back easier, thus using more leverage for the stretches.
3rd: Started curve correction exercises. Finally, now that I've got 6 months of conditioning. I've started erect bends. 5 sets of 30 seconds ~80% erection once I grip at the bottom, the veins are poppin'. So these are NEVER done at 100%. Slowly will be adding as weeks/months go by. These will also continue until my cock is as straight as an arrow!
Well... That's it!
Everything else is unchanged, and will remain unchanged for an indefinite amount of time. Until NO further progress is seen... Then there will be revisions.
